Bentino's Pizza is mediocre at best. We were in the area and wanted to try something new and ended up here and honestly I feel that we wasted the opportunity to try something else. This service was 5 stars all the way but that didn't make up for the mediocre food. The bull sticks appetizer was fine but nothing special, a little dry. The regular gyro, they should be ashamed to serve what I received. It was skimpy on the paper thin, scorched on the edges meat with a few tomato chunks, sliced onion, and tzatziki on the side with ruffles looking potato chips. The Margherita pizza, are you sure that's what that is, because I disagree. What my fiancé got was a cheese pizza with tomato chunks and no basil to be found. read more

Bentino's is a great local pizza joint. We love their veggie calzone and the large cheese pizza. Our favorite is the garlic knots, which are always dripping in garlic butter, as a good garlic knot should be. I would say it is a bit on the pricier side, but being the only sit down pizza place in Jamestown, I guess it is what it is. I also love that they have a drive thru to pick up your orders to go! Everyone is friendly and they always are ready to accommodate a group. Tip-the lunch special is the way to go around lunch hours! read more

My only point of contention with them is similar to a few other businesses in Jamestown - Their prices are quite steep for what you get. Would not recommend this place. $20 for a 16 inch, dry, thin, no sauce pizza. Ordered and paid for pizza at 7 PM, was promised in 30 minutes. Arrive to pick Pizza up, it took 10 minutes for the window to ask the customer two cars in front of me to pull up. I got to the window 40 minutes after I ordered the pizza. Young lady said it would be another 15 minutes. NOTE: I even told his manager, it was my first visit and I am the person that will post a review and she still didn't offer to make it right. I asked if they even made it and she said no. I asked for the manager and it took about six minutes for her to come to the window. She stated her name was Jayla. After giving my money back, she asked me "do you want me to go check and see if it's in the oven. " I said yes, and it took about seven more minutes. It was in the oven all right, just now cooking it 45 minutes later. She came to the window with a pizza and said I'm sorry. She did not offer anything other than taking my $20. No receipt given. You can get the same pizza for around $14 at a LaRosa's or any big name brand that is not dry and very chintzy on the toppings. I would recommend going somewhere else and getting two times pizzas for your money. Pathetic Service. Jamestown Ohio, Whoever the owner is, they need new management. I would not let someone manage my business with things like this happening. This place is way over priced, out in the country and maybe some are willing to pay it, not me. Not worth the trip. Bentino's pizza was everything I ever needed and more. My significant other and I had just crashed at a nearby hotel for the night after four days of camping at a music festival up in Illinois. We were tired, smelly, and sore after several sleepless nights of dancing and romping about the festival grounds and then driving for hours on end. After getting to the hotel, we weren't too sure what we were craving but we knew a night in was needed. Finally we settled on picking up a pizza, and landed on getting it from Bentino's. I'm not sure pizza has ever tasted so good. It had amazing cheese-to-sauce proportions and the crust was toasted perfectly so it had a crunch on the outside but was soft and chewy when you bit into it. Honestly wishing I tried more of their selection of food, as I'm sure it would've been just as phenomenal. If I were to stop nearby again on any travels, I certainly would go with Bentino's again. read more

Love their pizza!!! My family and I drive in from Xenia to get their chicken ranch pizza, it's delicious. They have built a new restaurant and no longer in the strip mall, they did a great job in the construction of the restaurant. Service was a little confusing because one waitress wanted to take our order, but only took the drink order and never told us to put in the pizza/food order. I think they prefer you to place the drink order and pizza order at the counter. We figured it out, and the pizza was delicious. Definitely a gem in Jamestown, Cedarville, and Waynesville. read more

We have had some of the worst, greasiest pizza imaginable. One time the grease dripped of the slice. I refused to back. Recently they opened in a new location with a pleasant looking restaurant and a number of people advised me to give them a second chance. This time it was good! Then we tried a third time. Oh well! Even the delivery man said it lookedf terribly greasy when I showed him. And when I called to complain, I was told that is what happens to pizza when it is order with meat. It is recently opened (they used to be in a smaller spot nearby and just recently moved to a stand-alone location that was just built) and it is obvious that the owner takes a great deal of pride in his product. The dining area was clean, bright and spacious, and while there were definitely a good number of people we had no problem getting seated immediately. Went here the first time recently and was very surprised about the quality of the meal ordered. The House Salad was el perfecto with the right mixture and variety of vegetables. Only lacked olives, and pepperoncinis, which are often standard fare in many EyTy restaurants. I ordered the spaghetti with meatballs. and got a perc; baked in a casserole dish topped with cheese as an added bonus. The meatballs were very generous and the marinara sauce was pure Italian. Not a single bread stick. Everyone who arrived after us were well into their meals. Itsa pizza place. Two pies. A kids cheese pizza. "House special" small order of wings. A kids spaghetti with Duo Meatballs bc this was HER SPECIAL TREAT for dancing in her annual recital. An hour goes by. No meatball. The service wasn't. The food finally arrives---BURNT!! This is ok pizza, and it's a quick and cheapest option for non chain pizza. I would recommend it for a quick small town meal.

Wings and pizza at this place was always just ok. They benefit by being in a small isolated town with few options for eating out. Just had the gyro, and it's less than average. The gyro was very dry, and while the meat on the sandwich was plentiful, it clearly was not freshly carved and had little flavor. The meat was slices of pre-formed meat similar to what you to a pack of baloney. Not a fan. Stick with drinks and salads. read more
