I have lived in this town for over five years and never once tried this place until now. I really have been missing out, this goes down as some of the best pizza I have had in a really long time. It is a local family owned pizzeria. Our waitress, Lex, was absolutely fantastic! If you aren't hungry when you walk into this place, you will be as soon as you smell the fantastic food! I couldn't wait for my food to come out! We had garlic bread, I ordered a pepperoni and cheese calzone with a marinara dipping sauce, we split a pepperoni and banana pepper pizza, and my friend had an Italian steak sub. everything was absolutely perfect. They have specials for each night of the week and on Monday night, you can get a two topping large pizza for only $11. My only complaint is that I waited too long to discover this place, I highly recommend it and I know I'll definitely be back! read more

This is normally a great place , but changes ? Called in for order and kid answered the phone not acknowledging who they were. Was unsure if I even called the right number. Place order for food and the same kid had questions which were odd. Picked up the food and drove home 15 minutes away and open med it to find the pizzas looked great but the appetizers were not what we ordered. Come to find out they don't even offer what we ordered , so they gave us something else. Was not good either. Why charge for something you don't have ? Normally I would give this place a 4.5 but after the last experience, it went down due to service. But the pizza was still great. read more

A little hole in the wall pizza joint, small and unassuming. I like that it seemed like a family owned restaurant. I disliked that nothing seemed fresh. I got a half cheese/half veggie... the mushrooms came from a can, onions, banana peppers, and there were two types of olives were the other veggies that came on it. The ppl that work there did a fine job, and there were chips in the front. If I was in the area again, I might try for the lasagna or chicken Parmesan as other people seemed to enjoy it. read more

How have I not reviewed Classic Pizza before? Classic is a Huber Heights staple. It's a small, clean place, staffed with friendly people and plenty of young high school kids. We generally take pizza home when we go to Classic. This is a thin crust pizza with it's own unique flavor. The sausage is finely minced while the veggies are bigger. Check out their Friday night special- it's a good deal! Otherwise their prices aren't the cheapest... don't go expecting the equivalent of a $7 Domino's special, but then again, you get what you pay for! read more

Ordered carry out for the first time last Tuesday (which by the way is competitor coupon night, any competitor coupon gets you 50% off a pizza with a max discount of $5 ). The place was packed with people dining in as well as carrying out, always a good sign. We got the classic pizza (their deluxe) along with garlic wedges and an Italian steak sub. The pizza was great, thin crust/square cut - for me the standout topping was the sausage! I really want to try it again and dine in as I think the crust would be even more crispy and delicious. The garlic wedges were good - it's like a cheesy garlic bread with marinara dipping sauce. My hubby, who isn't a pizza person (Crazy I know), really enjoyed the sandwich. The steak portion is a hoagie and it's topped with cheese, pizza sauce, onions and banana peppers. I am generally not a hoagie fan but stole a couple bites and did really like this. They have lost of decorations and the seating is in great shape. Our waitress met us right away. It was the typical pizza place food with subs and pasta along with some appetizers. We started with the the garlic wedges. It was a sub bun with garlic butter on it and the cheese that had been baked. Very simple and cheap It came with their meat sauce which is what made it. My kids loved the sauce and so did I. We then ordered two pizzas and a sub. The pizza is a thin crust that has plenty of toppings. I liked the sauce a lot. The sub was OK. Not as much meat as I would like, but it had sweet pickles on it that made it different. Overall, it was pretty good and we would definitely go back. Their specials were really good and something to consider during the week if you are thinking pizza. The staff was excellent and very friendly. Ok. Very good pizza but you have to 1) like thin crust and 2) enjoy your pizza cut into 1.5 inch square pieces. The pizza is actually pretty good. You can get your crust salted... though I'm not sure why since cheese and meat are typically very salty, but for all you high blood pressure addicts, salt that sh*t up! The pizza is cut into little squares. I'm not sure what that is all about, but there it is. The service was insanely slow. Would have been okay I guess but we were there during lunch and it just took forever to get our drinks, food, and tab. I've been eating Classic for years! I love the atmosphere inside. It has an vintage pizzeria feel to it. Their food is amazing. It's one of the best pizzas you can get in Dayton. They have great discount days too. The only con I have is that they don't deliver- which most non-chain restaurants don't. That's the only drawback. My boyfriend and I went Saturday night and had pizza. We both got food poisoning and are sicker than a dog. I threw up before I got home. Never ever again. This is the second time we have tried this place. Both times it made us sick. We were not for sure the first time we ate there ( years ago) but we are sure now! Thanks classic pizza! Now I get to spend my day off sick in bed and throwing up. Does someone working there have the flew or anything? We felt great until we ate there. It was also our one year anniversary. Totally ruined! We will never forget classic pizza but not for good reasons. Classic pizza is like Marions and Cassano's... only they do it way better! Best thin crust pizza in the country. Their bacon and sausage is also the best. Be sure to try their "Loaded Mashed Potato" pizza! Seriously, it's that damn good. To top it all off they have excellent daily specials. Came here for a quick dinner and the food was great! Got the classic pizza and lasagna and both were tasty and large portions.

Really good pizza. Much better than chain pizza places. Also ordered buffalo chicken wings. The flavor was good. They are not breaded so they are not crispy which is what I am used to, but definately will order them again. Very friendly staff. I picked up a classic pizza tonight and was very disappointed. I rate their pizza over Marions but the last few times they've fallen short. The thing I love about Classic is their sausage because I feel Marions tastes somewhat too 'processed '. The supreme "classic" I received tonight about one third didn't even have sausage on it.
