The RV was in great shape, was relatively new, and ran great. I booked via El Monte RV, which worked out fine. Yet, I doubt the experience would be any different if I booked through a different method. The RV had a ton of storage. There was so much storage that I forgot quite a few items in the RV. They found everything that was stashed around the RV and mailed it to me in California. I got it all back in about two days. Excellent service!

The van I hired from them was in extremely bad condition, broke down three times, charged me for extra miles when I had asked for some extra to be included considering the issues we had. Their customer service was incompetent and rude and never listened to my problems. I can't even express to you how bad the RV we rented from them was! -the radio only worked when the second dual battery was charged, which only charged by driving! Plugging in did nothing! The fridge it lasted about 6 hours after driving. So when you're camping it was useless! The air conditioning only worked intermiddedly and the curtains were just its of cloth you had to Velcro to the walls! Plus it was very dirty when we picked it up and smelt horrible. I was put in touch with SJRV repair and was called very quickly. Rather than follow the manuals troubleshooting instruction, and use a power driver to manually pull in the slide, Sean told me to remove the panel and check the switch, sure enough, it was half way on. Once I seated it properly, everything was fine and we were on our way. He knew the exact problem just by a few minute phone call. He was patient, assessed my technical capability in a polite manner and genuinely wanted to help. I now have a go to place for these types of issues. However, they did send two gentlemen to my house to look at it. It was determined I would need new slide rails. The gentleman were knowledgeable and friendly. I will start off by saying I originally spoke to the Service Adviser explaining to him I needed an…read moreappliance check, and the wheel bearings packed for my fifth wheel camper. And i needed it to be completed by the 10th. The gentleman said no problem drop it off and it would be done. The camper was there for three days so I called to see how things were going with it and I was told it was going in tomorrow afternoon. I called several days after that was told the following day now. I then stopped in the day after and it still was not touched and was told by the same man the camper would be done when it gets done. I was finally able to pick up the camper on the 11th. To shorten this horrible review the appliance check that I was charged was never done, the charge for bearing packing for my double axle camper I was charged for a triple axle instead and for the icing on the cake I was charged for damage done on the 7 way plug on my truck which was caused by their tech and needed to be replaced. After going over this mass with the management they agreed to refund me for appliance charge that was never done, the over charging of the axle bearing packing and charging me for damage to a plug that they caused. Management stated I would receive a refund within 10 days. I waited a month in good fate without receiving a dime, so with no other recourse I notified my credit card company to resolve these issues that Camper Inn had created
