I walked into this dealership today fully prepared to purchase a small RV for an upcoming trip to Florida next week. I had $25,000 in cash ready to complete a deal immediately. I was a serious buyer, ready to do business on the spot. Unfortunately, from the moment I walked in, I was completely ignored. No greeting. No acknowledgment. No basic level of professionalism or courtesy. I was treated as if I didn't belong there -- as if my business had no value whatsoever. It was clear that customer service is not a priority at this establishment. The staff projected an attitude that unless you arrive in an expensive luxury vehicle or visibly appear wealthy, you are not worth their time. Instead of earning business, they dismiss it. After waiting and realizing I was not going to be treated with even basic respect, I walked out. I am now taking my $25,000 to another dealership that actually understands how to treat customers and appreciates legitimate buyers. Businesses that behave this way forget a simple fact: every customer matters. Respect costs nothing, but losing customers costs everything. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this dealership to anyone looking for professionalism, respect, or even basic courtesy. These people are only looking for customers that are multimillionaires. If you're a base ordinary person look out they will treat you like a third class. They do not want your business.

The RV was in great shape, was relatively new, and ran great. I booked via El Monte RV, which worked out fine. Yet, I doubt the experience would be any different if I booked through a different method. The RV had a ton of storage. There was so much storage that I forgot quite a few items in the RV. They found everything that was stashed around the RV and mailed it to me in California. I got it all back in about two days. Excellent service!

I was put in touch with SJRV repair and was called very quickly. Rather than follow the manuals troubleshooting instruction, and use a power driver to manually pull in the slide, Sean told me to remove the panel and check the switch, sure enough, it was half way on. Once I seated it properly, everything was fine and we were on our way. He knew the exact problem just by a few minute phone call. He was patient, assessed my technical capability in a polite manner and genuinely wanted to help. I now have a go to place for these types of issues.
