    Ken is a good guy, he was prompt, I explained my issue and He went to work. Very knowledgeable. Fixed my issue, & no related issues since.

They carry everything you for any type of RV, from a travel trailer to a Class A motor home... This store is well stocked... Every Saturday they grill hotdogs and hamburgers on a grill outside for the staff and customers... This business is affiliated with Camping World... But it has a more friendly feel and as I said above they make sure your happy with your products... As most of you know I don't give a lot of 5 star reviews but I think they earned it here... We left that day and returned with a deposit to hold the camper and start the buying process a few days later. Unfortunately, we were not able to close the deal. When I asked about our deposit being returned, I was told 7-10 business days. Ok, no big deal. One week, two weeks...a month goes by and nothing. I called to speak to someone and was directed to Zack. I spoke to Zack and was told that the request had been sent to corporate, but being that it was Saturday, he would have to wait until Monday to call and see what information he could find out for me and that he would return my call that following Monday. Again, no big deal. I received no call. Another 3 weeks go by....nothing. I called again on 7/1/26 to speak to Zack, he wasn't in. I was directed to Dan and once again explained the situation. I was told that since Zack wasn't in, he would have to wait to speak to Zack when he got in later that day, and that either he or Zack would get back to me that afternoon. Again, no one called, emailed, or left me a voicemail. Being that it has been two months now with no communication from Forest River as to where our deposit is, I felt that I had to leave a review to warn other potential customers. I have been nothing but incredibly patient throughout this whole process. I have called twice in two months. Unfortunately, Forest River lacks in their communication skills and customer service. I guess since our deal didn't go through, we are not as important as any other customer and don't deserve the same respect. Beware of leaving deposits....you may have to fight tooth and nail to get your REFUNDABLE deposit back, IF you ever get it back.

I would definitely feel comfortable referring people and purchasing again from Andy. In addition, their Delivery Coordinator, Ernie Sanchez is a great guy and always willing to help. I was getting ready for our maiden voyage to Colorado and we were having an issue with our Insta Hot Water Heater. I called Andy and he got Ernie on the phone right away. Ernie is not fast to say he has a solution, he is thorough and wants to make sure he has a good answer for you. He asked if he could go verify a few items and when he called me back, he had a suggestion. We found the hot water heater valves operate in the opposite direction and suggested I try to reverse them. sure enough we had hot water. The day and trip were saved and these guys care. They want your experience to be great and I believe they try to make it that way, before, during and after the sale. I am very pleased and have driven to Arizona and about to head back home.     Every time I had work there or needed something it was anything but a good experience. 1st they…read morereplaced my roof to my Pop Up camper. $1,200 plus later I had leaks which they replied wasn't covered. I can't imagine after putting a new roof on, leaks were not covered and they would not stand behind their work. Also, after completion of the job and returning home (40 mins. away), I noticed my crank for opening up the camper was missing. When I returned the mechanic had more than 6 for me to choose from. Can't imagine who else doesn't have their crank too. Just recently my lock broke to the access door. When I called to see if they have a replacement part I was given a song and a dance why I should get rid of the camper because they didn't sell Coleman campers anymore. Guess what that was about? Only as a very last resort I will ever return there and I would advise the same to anyone that reads this review.

    stay away from this business!! i would give this company 0 stars if i were able!!! we were offered…read morebumper-to-bumper warranty with the sale of our camper. when the main cable snapped 2 years ago we used the warranty with no problem! this summer, the cable once again snapped (????). now they have no record of this warranty???? bullshit!!! and now the lifting winch is fried???? they want over $1000 to fix this??? so, we go to pick up our camper today (that they have had all summer) and the battery is stolen!!!! they say "sorry, we are not responsible for lost or stolen items!!" are you fucking kidding me?
