I am a beginner, and I'm so glad that I got an in-person recommendation from an expert on what kind of machine is good for me. I picked up a gently used machine that works like a charm for my basic needs (hemming, small repairs, etc). This machine was as good as new, including with the manual and accessories, but for less than I'd pay for a lower quality new machine. The staff here are so friendly and knowledgeable. I look forward to taking classes sometime in the near future. This is a must-stop place if you sew or want to learn to sew.
