My car was broken into at their shop in broad daylight. To top of off I ordered $700 Worth of two box samples. He floors came warped and not usuable. Hey asked me to bring them back in which I did and refused to give me any sort of a refund. The owner himself tried o sell me the first day saying he always stands behind is products but that is clearly not he case. I have them several opportunities to make this right but to no avail. It had never been laid properly (no re-bar, one section done in the pouring rain) and was riddled with very large cracks. Adding to its demise were sections that had to be broken up and replaced years ago due to required foundation work. All in all, it was an eyesore and, with now uneven sections due to the cracks, it was becoming at times dangerous to walk on. I'd had enough of it. I did my research on replacements (pavers vs. concrete). When we decided to go with stamped concrete, I sought out three bids for the approximately 350 square foot job. We needed the existing patio to be demolished and hauled off, a new one (same size) framed and laid with rebar installed. We opted to have the new patio colorized and stamped with a flagstone pattern, then sealed. This was not merely an overlay (as some contractors do) - this was a completely new structure. Stamped Patio Solutions was not the cheapest, but I felt confident that they would do the best job. I was right. Ariel was great to work with and Manuel (his "concrete guy") did an absolutely amazing job. Meticulous in every detail from start to finish, they ensured that this would be a stable structure, less prone to future cracks and aesthetically pleasing. The entire job took about 5 days. Care was taken to reduce any impact on our house and yard. Clean up each day was thorough. Measures were taken to ensure the safety and availability to the back yard for our three dogs. Clear instructions were provided regarding care and maintenance of the now-sealed new patio. No down payment is required, since you pay in full when the job is complete. I highly recommend Stamped Patio Solutions. They made a very ugly space into an area that I'm now happy to look at every day - and they did it very, very well.

My house is very clean so that's not it. - Backsplash - didn't seal grout, didn't finish edges, didn't use waterproof seal at joint. Grout is cracking. The follow through and neatness of the job was the big upset for me. I waited a month before writing my review and I find something each week that was not finished well on top of the many things I pointed out while they were still on site. Overall the job was okay, for the amount paid, I went with them because of the reviews and the price. You get what you pay for. Note: A lot of the google/ yelp reviews are written by family.
