His guys came within a week to begin to start from scratch to redo the mess of what this other horrible company had left . I did not have to baby sit them , and went off to work. While everything was ultimately addressed, it would have been better if those issues were avoided from the start. In the end, the finished bathroom looks really nice, and we're happy with the final result. That said, I would recommend the company be a bit more cautious about assigning the right workers to the right tasks to prevent unnecessary fixes along the way. Carlos was great and very polite.
