He directed me to the self-service copier, so I explained that I needed cardstock paper. He then told me he could not assist because he had 40 projects to complete and several coworkers had called out. I understand that staffing shortages happen, but customers should still be able to receive basic assistance. I left disappointed that I was unable to get help with a simple copy request. Staples needs to do a better job of ensuring adequate staffing and customer service, especially during busy times.

When I got there, she told me to email her the document and she printed it out right away. The lady accommodated my special request in a timely manner and for that, I will think of them first when I need a service that they actually specialize in.
