She let me know before hand that the color we originally wanted might not be possible since my hair is a bit fine and she didn't want to damage it. I was glad she informed me on this because my biggest concern is damaging my hair beyond repair. She went in initially with a lower grade bleach and then a slightly higher one after evaluating my hair and was able to take it. I love that she was careful about this even though this meant we were waiting a bit longer for my hair to lift. She was also able to recommend some great products to do which I was grateful for because I've been on a hunt for products that is color friendly and helped control my oily roots. I absolutely LOVED how my balayage came out which you can see in the pictures. My hair is still very healthy and does not feel DRY at all from the bleach. She definitely was able to melt and blend my hair so well that it'll be low-maintenance and I'll just need to tone again in about 3-4 months.

It's my fourth time getting my brows done in the last decade and this time was just as good as every other time. As someone who has eyebrows that naturally grow just a little too far apart microblading has been a god send. So far I'm over a month out and it doesn't look like I'm going to need any touch ups but she said if I did just call in and she'll get me in for whatever needed to be touched up. Also had a Brazilian wax done by Jihan while I was there it was perfect! A little more time consuming because they use sugar rather than hard wax BUT again I am a month out from my services and just now starting to get regrowth. As a girl with THICK, dark hair having 4 weeks with almost no regrowth is amazing!

We agreed on the booking, I informed her I had a Groupon, and everything was confirmed. When I arrived and she finished the service, she suddenly told me she was not accepting Groupon because "Groupon wasn't paying her." She then forced me to pay an extra $100, charging me $250 total instead of the $135 Groupon price. She told me to go to Groupon for a refund, but when I contacted Groupon, she refused to approve the refund. I was stuck going back and forth between Groupon and her with no resolution. It was extremely frustrating and unfair. I even tried filing a dispute with my credit card company, but it did not work, and I strongly believe she misrepresented the situation to avoid accountability. To make it worse, I later received a notification from Groupon that the business name had changed from Masha to Gina Cosmo, which made the situation even more suspicious. Even the work it self also turned out really bad. This was one of the worst experiences I've ever had through Groupon. Deceptive, manipulative, and dishonest business practices. Avoid this vendor at all costs.

She didn't want her time wasted and didn't want to wait - despite others already having appointments prior to hers (which she arrived 30 mins early for). The owner stayed professional and kind, and the woman customer did not deserve it. I highly recommend this place because they are just great and affordable, and very friendly and professional.

Hi, please be advised that although Sonia has had several years of experience doing eyebrow…read moremicroblading, she does not have a high-level of detail artistic skill. I took a picture to her of my penciled in eyebrows so she can see how I wanted them to look. I have a wide forehead so I didn't want the tail end of my eyebrows to come too close to my eyes. She said she could do it. After the work was done, the tail end of the eyebrows came close to my eyes. I was disappointed, but they didn't look ugly, so I didn't have a fit. I just had to accept it - it's permanent ink. One eyebrow was noticeably lower than the other side, so I have to use a lot of eyebrow pencil every day to make them look better. The worse thing she did was use a tattoo machine to lengthen one of my eyebrows that was shorter than the other side during a touchup. She recommended the tattoo machine over microblading, since it was just a small area. I agreed to let her do it because I had seen tattoos that look like hair strings on people, so I figured she would lightly fill in the area the same way. Instead she put a heavy blob of ink on the area and made it crooked (see picture attached). I was afraid to go to someone else who may make the work look even worse, so I reluctantly went to her to try and make it look better. Other tattoo artist do not like to work on botched up microblading by other artist. As you can see on the photo attached, my eyebrows do not have the level of detail and niceness that's marketed on their website. I had an expert look at it and they strongly criticized her work. Hopefully, I'll find someone who will be willing to fix it, but it will be hard with that blob of ink at the end of the brow area. My advice to you is to go to an expert who does microblading and shading and can show you several pictures of the work they have done. I've seen two people on my job whose eyebrows came out perfect the first time and they don't have to fill-in their eyebrows with pencil every day like I have to do. I hope this information helps you to make a wiser choice than I did. P.S. - Attached is a picture of how my eyebrows looked after the microblading she did. Attached is another picture of how microblading looks from a skilled artist. Notice the lack of attention to detail on the work done at the beginning of my eyebrows.

Anytime I go to wax, the person who waxes me asks if I want my eyebrows waxed and I look at her as if she is insane and tell her "NO one is allowed to touch my eyebrows except for ONE person" and that person is Vicky. If I moved to another state, I would wait until I came to visit Los Angeles before getting my eyebrows done rather than risk getting them ruined by someone else. I messaged through Yelp and got a response within 20 minutes which was great. I was a few minutes late to my appointment, but wasn't a problem. I was in and out in 1 hour, 15 minutes including signing the waiver and sitting in me in the lobby a few minutes which is amazing because I've stayed as long 2 hours at other spots. Josie was AWESOME and I LOVE MY EYELASHES. I would gladly come back to get my lashes done again without a Groupon and/or filled. Definitely recommend!
