I went to Color Me Mine on a whim and ended up having such a good time. I didn't really know what I was doing at first but the staff made it super easy. They were really kind and explained everything without making me feel dumb or rushed. There are so many pieces to choose from and once I started painting I honestly got so into it. It felt really calming like I could just sit there and focus on something simple for a while. The space was clean, not chaotic, and just had a really nice energy. I could see this being a cute date idea or something fun to do with friends but I also liked going just by myself. I'll definitely be back. I had not been to Color Me Mine since I was a kid and I can confirm that it is still fun for all ages! The staff was really helpful in getting us set up in a packed studio on a Sunday evening. There are tons of fun functional or decorative ceramics to choose from as well as a wide array of paint colors and any materials you may need to add additional designs that pop. My friend and I spend a relaxing 2 hours here and look forward to picking up our glazed pieces. It takes about 2 weeks for them to glaze it before you can pick up. read more

I left an earlier review a number of years ago, but recently went back to Color Me Mine last week with my son and one of his friends. Apparently it's under new ownership now, but they're doing a great job of continuing the tradition. The vibe is fun and welcoming, the staff attentive/helpful, and the selection of pre-cast pottery pieces is large enough that everyone can find something they're excited to paint. I had such an awesome experience here at Color me mine! The staff was so friendly and set me up and then let me do my own thing. They checked in and offered support but I loved that I could actually just work independently. I listened to an audiobook on my headphones while painting a pot.
