I have a lot to say about this business, but mostly great . What I will say is, this Sky Zone is humongous , it has absolutely any and everything you could think of to entertain the kiddies. It was clean and there were plenty of attendees around if you needed help & they were always telling people to be safe and no running was allowed. My biggest complaint is the lack of parking. I came here for a two hour party and missed over 30 minutes trying to find parking. So, if you're going for a party leave in plenty of time to find parking, or better yet, get dropped off. I'm giving 5 stars strictly because this has only been open a couple of months & I know they're still working the kinks out. But we did have something occur that I won't discuss here but would love to discuss with management. But as far as Sky Zone itself, you won't find a better one in LA county. Positives: The kids played the entire time non-stop and had fun. Even though it was extremely crowded, there were lots of seating options for the adults. The line to get in was long, but it moved fairly quickly. Had to ask a staff member a question and they were extremely warm and friendly. Negatives: The parking lot is small! Cars were lined up trying to get in. There are other parking lots in the area, some safe to use, some aren't. The ones that are, you will be walking a good distance. Biggest gripe: the arcade area (separate charge of course) could be soo much better, especially the area in back, which looks and feels like an after-thought. They enjoyed air hockey and one video game. But the area was FILLED with a ton of super scammy and loose claw machines. A lot of the games used an absurd high amount of credits, so their cards were drained super quickly, but there wasn't much else to do in that area. I don't know why they don't put in more games, and aim some of them at younger kids (kinda like games you would see at a Chuck E. Cheese) Maybe it was because we were there right before the start of school started but the place was absolutely packed and SO LOUD. It was bad enough with the kids screaming, but I kept hearing high pitched loud whistles (from reading other reviews I assume it was staff trying to get kids attention to reprimand them) Misc: $43 to play for 120 minutes. While I want to say this is outrageous, They actually charge nearly as much ($35 for one little tiny climber and ball pit in Santa Monica) But also having to use their specific socks, instead of just grippy socks in general, seems like gouging. read more

We just finished our birthday party for one of my children here. The staff made this event go so smoothly throughout the whole time. There were a few logistical problems during the day regarding when the food came out to the guests although the team and management worked hard to resolve and ultimately rectify the situation. This Sky Zone has enough play zones for the toddlers too, which makes this ideal for big families with a wide age range of kids! The food is on point as well! My kids love the french fries and cheese pizza. Awesome time! The guests had an amazing experience while their kids had the opportunity to wear themselves out for a peaceful ride home! Looking forward to all the fun at Sky Zone and I'm so grateful that this location opened in Culver City! I highly recommend this location for any parent looking to have most of the heavy lifting of a party taken care of. read more

Sky Zone is again an absolutely great place for kids. Absolutely love it. They just opened up this location in Culver City, so we had to go check it out. Probably the only issue they're gonna run into is parking. We had to park over in the See's Candy area and walk over, so just know that going in. But facilities wise, this place is a very large area. The jumping, the rims, all of it was great. They had glow night going, which the kids loved. They got the food, they got the games, they got the area to play in, so there's something for everybody and plenty of room to do it. I was excited to take my child to this new Sky Zone location. We had high hopes coming in, but we were truly disappointed by the whole experience. This Sky Zone facility is not welcoming to people of color and children who are differently-abled. I hope this place eventually closes down. That's how terrible our experience was. If there is a way to give this place negative stars, I would do so. First, read the multiple reviews on Yelp. They are correct - the Sky Zone staff discriminates towards guests. The "funny" thing is that those who discriminate are young people of color themselves. Disabled children or those on the spectrum are not welcome here. We paid $150 for 3 tickets, which gives us 2 hours to use the facility. But we left barely an hour after trying out their facility. Sky Zone has several employees "policing" the area. These employees literally embarrass the little kids and families as they use their whistle loudly when they see any deviation to their policy. I am supportive of ensuring safety especially for children. But the way the employees were acting was somewhat like gangster behavior. Seriously. My child is on the spectrum and takes a while to warm up. He sat in the bouncy quietly looking down or looking at others while they play. No less than three Sky Zone employees kept coming back to tell us that he has to jump on his own and we cannot stay in one "square" with him. So we moved to try out the slides...but were told that my disabled child needs to slide down on his own and we cannot slide down with him. So again, we turned around and this time, we moved to the obstacle course. My child was swinging in one of the tires, and like clockwork, the harassment continues...another Sky Zone employee comes over and says that he cannot swing or sit like that. He needs to keep moving through the obstacle course. I do see their point, they want to ensure the obstacle course is not blocked. But there was hardly anyone in the area where my child sat for less than a minute. The "funny" part is that I saw grown white men in the foam pit playing with their white kids. You would think that's not safe since they can fall hard and injure the little kids. But I didn't see them being reprimanded or told to stop like we were. On our final few minutes there, we went back to the square trampolines. Just when I thought it cannot get any worse, this one young employee kept coming back to us and asked us 2-3x until what time are we staying. At first, I thought nothing of it. She even touched the head of my child, which I thought was sweet. But she kept coming back asking the same question and wanting to take a look at our tags. I guess we were a deviation to their Sky Zone policy. She eventually told me that we need to leave if my child is not jumping because others may complain about us. What in the world?!? There was a lot of room in the area where my child was sitting. And again, we were not in anyone's way. I replied to her that he needs time to get acclimated and we still had over an hour for the time we paid. By this time, I had enough and looked for a manager. I spoke with Yudhi (sp?) who seemed to listen to me for about 15 seconds before his gaze kept darting around. I must not have been the first or second person to speak with him. I see others here on Yelp have done the same. He said that he would speak with his staff and offered me food which I declined and a VIP card that I will never use. It's too bad because I'm the kind of person who would ensure that I would recommend a business to others IF you treat my child well. But it was a HORRIBLE experience. We're in 2026, Los Angeles. What is going on with these discriminatory practices and the lack of training to recognize special needs children?!? Sky Zone, you need to retrain your staff. Teach them to be compassionate. And teach them to be non-discriminatory. This kind of behavior against disabled individuals is an offense punishable by law. It would only take one or maybe two lawsuits from parents of disabled children to close this place down. We are never coming back here. And if you support the autism community and are an advocate for disabled individuals, please do not give your business to this place. Thank you. read more

Kids had fun, staff making sure kids follow the rules. But... bathroom needs to be brighter and checked in on, the womens bathroom smelled. Lot of wet spots on floor from bathroom to food court. I'm hoping they put little signs on the napkin holders for some common decency, because the patrons put their shoes on top of the tables. Could put some sanitary wipes out. Our chicken tenders came burnt. Overall friendly staff. But really need more attention to small details mentioned above. read more

My first visit to this location, parking isn't great, hopefully they are able to expand the lot (seems like there's a section vacant & ripe for it). Couldn't sign waivers absent the help of staff, the system would not advance forward, fortunately MONICA was there to provide an assist, she was able to have the cosmic aura to make it function for her and complete the process despite an internet issue . Now the DJ was talking a bit much for me at first BUT HE WORKED IT OUT!!!!! The flow and sampling needs a bit of work but he got it going ok, super spotty on the reverb! Have no idea where my two are they must be having fun! *they want 20 hots for French Fries, score drops for this insanity! The worst part is they aren't even seasoned!!! And there is no pepper or salt available! The nice crew member offered bbq sauce or ranch I tried the later, not good, not good at all. The one huge positive is the snack bar crew maintains the cleanliness of the dining tables promptly and fully, kudos to them! Couldn't find a kiosk/machine to purchase tickets for the arcade, looked up and down couldn't find one, decided to not ask to figure it out and went to the local TARGET to grab a treat and not fork over another dime to Sky Zone ***MANAGEMENT***: there absolutely needs to be improved signage for the restrooms and add bathroom attendants, the ladies room was deplorable! Terrible Birthday Experience! Had my son's birthday here and to start the host showed up about 2/3 times during 2 hour reservation period, didn't not give a run down that food would arrive an hour after your reservation period, I had to go hunt down a random staff member.When the food arrived fries and tenders were burnt, no sauces, so invites ate tenders with not even ketchup, they were brought after everyone was done eating. To top it off during cake time I gave a time, had the kids waiting 15-20 mins, taking away from their jump time to sing happy birthday. I had to go look for another staff member to bring me a lighter for the candle. Lastly, the kids got some coins that allowed kids to get chips, cotton candy or icees and about 3 kids left without being able to get icees when it was included in the birthday package I purchased. I guess I had higher expectations from Skyzone and was a total bummer. Parents are paying for a good time for birthday kid and their invites, was not it for me, never again. Need to assign a dedicated host instead of assigning a host multiple party rooms in my personal opinion. Maybe it's just this location. read more

My family and I were extremely disappointed with our experience at Sky Zone. During our visit, we felt that we were treated unfairly and discriminated by Devonte. What was most upsetting was the way the manager Yuhdi handled our concerns. Instead of listening and addressing the issue professionally, the manager was dismissive and failed to make any effort to resolve the situation. We had invested in a yearly membership because we planned to visit regularly and support this location. However, due to the treatment we received and the poor customer service from management, we made the difficult decision to cancel our annual pass. Since then, we have chosen to visit the Alhambra Sky Zone location instead, where we have had a much more positive experience. Every guest deserves to be treated with respect, professionalism, and fairness, regardless of who they are. I hope Sky Zone takes these concerns seriously and provides additional training to its staff and management team. No family should feel unwelcome or uncomfortable while trying to enjoy a day out together. I came here expecting a trampoline park with lots of areas to freely jump, but I was disappointed. There were only a limited number of actual jumping areas, and the foam pit was small and served multiple purposes, so it felt crowded and busy. It wasn't really a dedicated foam pit it was also being used for activities like aerial silks, which made the space feel even more limited. There are plenty of basketball courts and several fun slides, which might appeal to some people, but if your main goal is to simply jump on trampolines, there aren't many options. If you're specifically looking for a trampoline park with more space to jump, I'd recommend the Sky Zone in Van Nuys instead. I found it to have a much better layout for that experience. read more

My two complaints are: The staff at the front desk could benefit from additional customer service training. I witnessed some male staff members placing their hands inside their pants or waistbands (not the same as placing their hands inside their pockets). Went to Sky Zone in Culver City tonight and it was a blast. Love the glow vibe after 6pm. We had a little hiccup with our membership benefits and gaining entry, and Zuriel at the front desk was kind and friendly. He helped us smooth things out and we ultimately had a great time. This place is brand new, but so many things don't work. The staff don't always know what to do. They have $1 Slurpee Thursdays, but the slurpee machine is always broken. If you go early, the experience is a little more pleasant because there are fewer children jumping, but for a new establishment, there are too many things not working. This was my first time entering a Skyzone and this Culver city location was pretty cool.It was well thought out. I think that it is a great deal of fun for kids. I was not familiar with the protocols or fees. The woman at the front desk was not kind or inviting at all. She was frankly unfriendly at best. The fees for two children to play for 2 hours was over$100.00. I do not consider that a good deal at all. They are gauging people in my opinion. At the same time the kids had a great time. It was pretty clean which is really important. There are all sorts of activities for a variety of ages. I am definitely torn on whether or not I would visit again. There is no doubt about it. This is a fun place for kids and adults. The reason I would not go back is their fees and their lack of customer service when they are charging so much. read more

I may have to call and report this location. They hire teenagers and mislead them in their hiring processes are like a herd of cattle and they have to look an app to get hours weekly and asked to clean out bathroom that should be a janitors jobs. The management team doesn't respond to phone calls or emails or texts to the kids and it's a poor example of management and a 1st job! read more

We recently hosted our daughter's birthday party at Sky Zone, and while the kids had a great time, the overall party experience was disappointing due to several organizational issues. The first problem was check-in. Our party guests had to wait in the regular admission line, even those who arrived early. There was no separate check-in process for party guests, which resulted in some people waiting close to 30 minutes just to get into the party. This caused unnecessary delays and frustration before the celebration even began. The second issue was the food service. The food came out very late and did not arrive all at once. Our guests were hungry and spent a significant amount of time waiting for food, which disrupted the flow of the party and made it difficult for everyone to enjoy the scheduled party time together. To Sky Zone's credit, the staff acknowledged the delays and extended our party time to help make up for the issues, which we appreciated. The kids still had a lot of fun, and the facility itself is great for birthday parties. However, for the price of a hosted party, I expected a much more organized experience. Better communication, a dedicated party check-in process, and improved food service would go a long way toward making the experience match the quality of the venue. read more

He was incredibly organized, calm, and helpful from start to finish, especially with such a large and energetic group of kids. recently visited Sky Zone in Culver City and overall had a mixed experience. I want to start by recognizing Zach, who was very helpful, kind, and provided great customer service. He made part of our visit enjoyable, and I truly appreciate his professionalism. However, I did have a frustrating experience with another staff member named Kez. While I was waiting in line and had been there longer, he chose to assist another customer ahead of me. The reason given was that the other customer had a membership, but it turned out she didn't even have it ready yet. Meanwhile, I was fully prepared and ready to go. This situation felt unfair and disappointing, especially after waiting my turn. Bought my daughter the yearly pass and have been 8 times. Each time the zip line is closed, which is her favorite thing. Each time I've asked them to open it, there's always some excuse saying they didn't have the staff and to give them like 10 min. And guess what, that 10 min never comes even though we ask many times during our two hour session. One time it was that they had to "fix the boltage" whatever that means. The place is packed, fix it immediately. Don't wait for parents to complain about it! You know you have a full house, everything should be working. Today an employee told me they were short staffed and when I asked if they were hiring to ensure the apparatus would be staffed she told me they have the employees, they're just always short staffed by management. They also removed the silks that hang above the foam pit and some other items too. My main issue is the zip line is never open and you have to beg for them to open it, which rarely happens. read more

Walked in today on Tuesday to purchase a annual pass and enjoy the trampoline park at 230pm. Firstly there were no signs for parking so we pulled into the Sees lot, and had to figure out how to maneuver to their lot, which was behind the building in the far back. Upon arrival there was not a single car in the lot besides a construction truck, which was odd. We walk thru the doors and enter into the building which was COMPLETELY empty but wide open. We then walked thru the facility and found nobody there whatsoever, and we walked around for about 5 minutes before a random security guard walked in and said "hey" and walked right past us to the back somewhere? After that we waited around confused for another few minutes before leaving? Not sure what is going on with this place but their professionalism and the way the owner is running this business is extremely strange? I guess they don't want long term customers? Mind you the place is brand spanking new, and looks super fun, but to stand inside a business for over 10 minutes and nobody to even come out from anywhere is odd to me. I've never had such an experience in 40 years of life lol. Upon calling a few minutes ago, the AI "Cody" answers and sends us to a repeating answer machine. this was by far one of the most terrible experiences I've ever had at a trampoline park. I don't know if everyone was just super bored or something, but me and my friends literally could not do a single thing without being hawked down by the managers and staff here. The female staff were decent, but there was one staff with a terrible haircut that treated me and my friends very poorly. it's super unfair because we spent our hard earned money to enjoy our time here, but literally couldn't enjoy a single minute without being harassed constantly and segregated against by the workers here. mind you we did absolutely nothing against the rules. They wouldn't let us do things that are allowed at the sky zone and unfortunately they lied about the parking situation. They said that there was no available parking and we had to park somewhere else, but as soon as we entered the parking lot, there was there was so many free spaces available. This is by far one of the worst sky zones I have ever been to in my entire life and if I could rate this zero stars, I would rate it a -0 actually I would rate it the most negative number that exist in this world read more
