I've always had a great experience coming here. The beds are clean and easy to use. There is one girl in particular (not sure of her name but she is blonde) who is often there who is super nice, friendly, and very knowledgeable on suggesting times and levels. As a tanning newbie, I trust her recommendations and her confidence. I'd always used the level 2 beds (lowest level) and on my most recent visit she invited me to check out a level 3 bed because they were having a free upgrade special that day. Glad I tried it! Even better experience just due to the bed alone. I will always come here to get my tan on or just to feel some warmth during winter. read more

I have been coming here for years. I love the beds and the staff has always been friendly. Not that big of a lotion selection but the staff is usually very knowledgeable on the products to help you pick what's best for what your wanting to achieve. They offer monthly unlimited packages for levels 1-3 and offer several other types of packages for levels 1-6. I have been to many different tanning salons and hands down this is my favorite!! read more

The owners rules are forever changing. I have only tanned at this business for the past 10 years because I loved the beds and girls that worked there, the past couple of years the costumer service has done nothing but decline and I had a Groupon bought as a gift for me as she also bought herself one and when we went to redeem the girl said we could not use the groupon price again as we had bought one in the past, mind you the groupon CLEARLY states "may repurchase every 30 days" which we have also done in the past. So we showed the girl the fine print and so she called crystal the owner and she denied as well. Failed advertising to me. read more

Going to Mexico in a few weeks and wanted a base tan. Usually not one to frequent tanning salons. I came here because of my northern lights coupon- buy 5 get 5 free. Considering the cheapest tan is $10, I guess I got a pretty good deal? I have no idea what tans usually cost. It is very clean and some of the girls there are helpful, others not so nice. They have a lot of beds and I haven't really had to wait yet. The girl at the counter suggested trying a packet of tanning lotion so we wouldn't burn. Zero stars. There were used hair covers all over the floor (and I'm not confident that the one I was given to use was new). The spray tan left me with blotchy orange patches, uneven and it would be almost comical, if I did not have to cancel a planned photo shoot until after the orange fades. I ended up opting out of the bed tanning that I had prepaid for. I was not given any info on the operation of the bed and had to call the attendant to ask her how to start the bed. Then, the bed was dirty. I was not given a towel, nor eye protection, and after using my shirt to cover my eyes and finding a small, ragged towel in their cabinet to use, I could not stay in the bed longer than 30-seconds before I realized I better get out. It was BROILING hot. When I got out, another person had been using another bed and when asked how it was he said "too hot!". My husband was there for the whole thing, being very patient. I told the attendant I decided not to use the bed after all, and she told me she could not refund my money because she was not a manger. I told her ok, when they could generate it in day or so, that that would be fine. After three days, I never heard from them so I called the owner after tracking her down (Crystal), and she told me she "tough" and hung up on me. Their motto is ""We promise to deliver the highest quality in customer satisfaction through our knowledgeable, highly talented and friendly staff", but what I experienced was the complete polar opposite of that. In every sense. The worst part was the owner Crystal's complete unprofessionalism and rude, desperate behavior. It is clear she needs the $49.00 bucks more than I do. She hung up on me when I told her I would like the refund that I was promised and I guess that's what she calls "customer satisfaction". And yes, I have been to tanning salons, and received spray tans and been in tanning beds before. Just never had such a negative experience. In fact, I used to own a private, commercial grade tanning bed of my own when I lived in Palm Beach. read more
