Until I found out how much they overcharge for everything. For tabs they charge $3/minute while another salon that has the same beds and is just as clean charges $5 for a 10 minute tan. And then the lotion. I paid $25 for lotion the last time I was in (about a year ago) now all of the sudden their cheapest lotion is $65! When I look online or look at other tanning salons that exact same lotion, same brand type scent etc, only cost $28. On top of that a bunch of their desk staff has been creeping on my social media after I made a post about the prices. They've been repeatedly checking back for HOURS and viewing everything I'm doing. It's so creepy and unprofessional. Don't ever go to sunsation! Don't support these scam artists! Find another salon!

The spray tan left me with blotchy orange patches, uneven and it would be almost comical, if I did not have to cancel a planned photo shoot until after the orange fades. I ended up opting out of the bed tanning that I had prepaid for. I was not given any info on the operation of the bed and had to call the attendant to ask her how to start the bed. Then, the bed was dirty. I was not given a towel, nor eye protection, and after using my shirt to cover my eyes and finding a small, ragged towel in their cabinet to use, I could not stay in the bed longer than 30-seconds before I realized I better get out. It was BROILING hot. When I got out, another person had been using another bed and when asked how it was he said "too hot!". My husband was there for the whole thing, being very patient. I told the attendant I decided not to use the bed after all, and she told me she could not refund my money because she was not a manger. I told her ok, when they could generate it in day or so, that that would be fine. After three days, I never heard from them so I called the owner after tracking her down (Crystal), and she told me she "tough" and hung up on me. Their motto is ""We promise to deliver the highest quality in customer satisfaction through our knowledgeable, highly talented and friendly staff", but what I experienced was the complete polar opposite of that. In every sense. The worst part was the owner Crystal's complete unprofessionalism and rude, desperate behavior. It is clear she needs the $49.00 bucks more than I do. She hung up on me when I told her I would like the refund that I was promised and I guess that's what she calls "customer satisfaction". The times that I went here I had Meli do my spray tan and she was phenomenal. For those of you who haven't done it, spray tans are a somewhat comical experience as you stand naked and someone essentially sprays you down like you're a car getting a fresh coat of paint. But meli did a phenomenal job making the experience enjoyable providing great conversation and making the awkward positions required to minimalist weird tan lines feel less awkward. She did so well I came back and referred her to a friend. She will definitely be my go to person in the future!

I flew in from out of town for my girlfriend's wedding and there are a group of us booked for manis/pedis. When we arrived, there was one girl there while we waited for the other techs to arrive. The "techs" were in an out and the placed reeked of marijuana!!! It took 3 hours to get a full set of acrylics on our bride. One of the techs didnt even wipe down the nails after dousing her with a bottle of oil. Nail polish was out off the very next day. They have pictures of great nail art displayed all over the salon, but none of the nails looked anywhere close. One of the techs came in late, shaking like she was high on something and blamed it on an addition to coffee but had bruises and tracks on her arms!! When one of the girls went to pay for the three combined services, mani, pedi and full set, the girl who rang it up could not add three services and stated she does not know how to add because she wasnt good at math!!!!!! I've heard of this place a few months ago because a co-workers friends daughter has came here before. My friend found this place because they're open til 12 am (REALLY good thing if you work nights, but more on that later) so she called me and we went in at 10:00pm and actually got massages! The owner called a guy, who thought he wasn't working there anymore, and he stopped by to give my friend and I massages. I went first while she got a mani-pedi. By the time I was done, somehow she still wasn't done! She only had her toes done, so she went in to get her massage. We paid and left, with the owner promising to give her mani part of the mani/pedi for $10 tomorrow afternoon...because the owner said that she isn't a morning person....I guess. We came at noon to a closed store....wtf? My friend kept calling the business phone to just get her voicemail. Later that day she calls us and tells her that her employee got her purse stolen and that the store keys were in the same purse and she had to make copies. Sounded like a bs excuse to not open her store (since she did mention that she isn't a morning person so she must have chosen to wake up late), but we agreed to go there at 10:30 pm the next day. So the next day comes and we go there at around 10:20....why is she closing the store early?!?! Her excuse? "Oh I'm so sorry I forgot!" So we're told to come in the day after at noon. By then we really should've given up but we didn't because both of our work schedules are crazy and we try to to girly things together...SO WE GO IN AGAIN...and this time she's there. She starts taking care of me immediately because I have to work at 1:30, and my friend has to wait for the other girl to come. My friend waited for a cool 45 minutes before she comes speeding in. My nails were done okay, the designs were really nice, but the fill was subpar and my nails weren't straight even when I asked her to fix it. Luckily my nails ($42 for my crappy fill and good designs w/rhinestones btw...smh) were done in less than an hour even though they had flaws. My friends "simple" manicure however took two hours!! Also for some reason, they put a gel coat on her natural nails (instead of arcrylics like its supposed to), so the two hour mani peeled off the same day. This review is way too long to mention her making fun of her employees at their expense. Long paragraph huh? Well that was our experience there. It gets a half star for being open late when she feels like it, and the other half star for doing decent nail designs. I see on her website that she does a lot of different nail art that nobody else has yet like aqua nails, but I won't be back to try it out because of the reputation she has given herself to my friends, my friends friends, and of course myself. I commend her for running a business that is supposed to close late at night, but be consistent please. I'll find another place.
