I'm surprised by the low ratings for this location. I wonder if maybe they've had some staff changeover because I've been coming here about six months now and I've only had really good experiences with the staff here. Meleny is who I typically interact with and she is incredibly pleasant, very efficient and constantly doing multiple things at once. She greets you when you come in & if there's a line, she's attentive about letting you know she'll be right with you. I have had a few interactions with other staff and they've all be very normal as well. The store keeps things well stocked, and I regularly ship & print here. FedEx as a whole has gotten a bit pricey on their document printing which is a bummer, but they do print high quality posters. read more

I'm giving two stars only because of the very least the girl was pleasant. Now this is not for this person, but this is more than a handful of time that I have service. The guy charges you on your leg or something to just give you an instead and tell you how there's an eight dollar modification and you need to go back in. I had a project a couple years ago and I spoke to the third one seeing this and the best person in the world. She was able to help me really well. I ended up to be as far as I didn't even do this other girl approve it and I felt so I'll be getting to pay for it because it was wasteful. I was told that I had a service that he stickers they didn't put me for it. They just told me it would be better to do some other option I go in and do my hands also. They're very robot for very much time and they are just doing something to do. They're not in Customer Service. There was someone who came in because the order was wrong rather than reassuring her or guiding her. They just asked her for the things they didn't explain to her. What the next process would be they don't explain to any process. They just assume you know their job. I am here cutting over 20 stickers that one piece of paper. Basically a manager there they really need Customer Service because they really need to keep Discuss because it is not very helpful but I purchased what I purchased because already printed everything and I didn't wanna waste more. Am I unsatisfied extremely I'm sitting here cutting 20 pieces of sticker from a middle of an A4 letter people. It was very clear. I wanted the most affordable option I wanted simple etc. I don't think they know how to really even describe it? They are just taken an order and executing it without anything in between therefore there will be a lot of mistakes. Do not go here go to Staples go somewhere else. We'll figure it out online it. The assistant manager at the shipping counter was extremely unhelpful. I had a return packaged according to the company's video instruction I was sent for how to send the item back, and the manager refused to take it because I had two "different" types of plastic taped to protect the item (again, as per the company's instructions). When I reworked to her specification, she wouldn't even provide tape and told me "she was happy to sell me tape." She stubbornly refused to offer this piece of tape even with a line of people waiting behind me. Lousy. read more

I went to ship a holiday package with 15 minutes before they close and the associate named Lindsey, did not greet me and started with threating me that, if you are not out of the store by the time we close, I will have to escort you out. I asked to speak to the store manager, she said she would call him over, a young man named Zane took his time and then finally walked over and I asked what his position was, he said sales consultant. not only does Lindsay threaten customers but is a liar and untrustworthy personnel for the store to entrust in. There was no one overseeing these employees and they had they and pushing customers away so they may lazily hang out and get paid. the store was empty and two employees with 15 minutes on on the clock could not accommodate a customer to ship one package. Today I added something to my usual routine, transferring digital copies to a USB so they can be attached to an email. Since I wasn't sure about the new procedure, I approached a young man whose name is Saul. He came to my aid quickly and was an effective and polite teacher. She basically told be I should have known what would happen to my job based on size of document. Although I had been printing with no problem until then. We printed invitations from an Etsy design for my daughter's birthday party, as well as a couple large posters for another party. The turnaround time is so quick, and the print quality is great. They deliver excellent customer service and Quality Printing, they as in " Lucy, Domonique & Luis" also work effectively to make my project easy and a Quick process. I called in early morning with information about a email sent PDF and soon enough they received it, they gave me suggestions that the Quality was blurry and the resolution was low, soon after I modify the problem they gave me samples of before and after with better Resolution. I was glad to trust them being honest and professional about my Printing. I'm going to be a continuous customer for any paper work or imagine outlook projects. The employees said that the shop's internet either never works at all or works at a very slow pace. The employees are friendly and courteous but don't seem to know how anything works. It took over 2 hours to print a 2-page document from my email. I paid $2.00. I went there only because my printer wasn't working that day and I needed to print something urgently. The 2-hour delay made it impossible for me to get my work done that day. I will never go back to this shop. I strongly advise against using this shop for printing needs, especially if you need something printed quickly. read more

My FedEx experience has been miserable. We paid for Pack and Ship service. My item was demolished by FedEx enroute to Austin. FedEx Austin said it was because the item wasn't packaged properly. FedEx Claims has been a total nightmare. I've provided everything Claims has asked for. They keep jerking me around for "more information." But, I can't talk to a responsible person. No one calls me back as agreed to. There doesn't seem to be any one person who is responsible for dealing with me. The item never made it to its destination. It was returned to me (the shipper). I can't get the shipping charges refunded. I can't get the Pack and Ship charges refunded. Claims says those charges are the stores responsibility; the store says it is Claims responsibility.The customer support 800 number is worthless. My problem can't be dealt with with an automated response system and it won't put me through to a person. read more

I begrudgingly agreed and after being on hold for over five minutes, gave up and hung up. Brandon picked up my call, instructed me on how to properly save my document for printing, printed my document immediately, and checked me out in under one minute when I arrived at the store. Located on Thousand Oaks Blvd, this is a fairly Large FedEx Center with everything you need to print, pack or ship. Exactly as it says on the tin! As you walk in there is a row of copiers and printers for all you printing needs, as there are quite a few you never have to wait for one, although I have never been on a busy day. I was simply shipping a small box, the staff were very pleasant. the lady took my envelope, typed in the address information and the account number for the fee and I was in and out in about 5 minutes. There is curbside parking, so its pretty easy. No issues, great service. read more

This was the closest FedEx Kinkos that was open 24 hours, so my husband and I have both gone to it several times, but would not rather drive to Woodland Hills than deal with the horrible service here. We brought in metallic-colored 24# paper to have some of our wedding invitations printed on and were told that their printers couldn't print on the paper because it was vellum (no, it was not vellum). They refused to print them, so we went to the Woodland Hills store and they printed them without any issues or comments what-so-ever. We ordered a sign, which this Kinkos does not do in-house (they do them at Simi). The worker took down some of our information and grabbed the file off of our flash drive and said he would have the person who did the signs put the order in the next day. Two days later, we call to check on the order. They have no idea what we're talking about. We had it dealt with at Simi (no problems there!). We've also have them mis-cut things and ignore us to gossip for 10-15 minutes multiple times. The owner of this store needs to reevaluate what kind of people he hires. read more

Extremely slow service, the people working there seemed that they were taking their sweet time while multiple people were waiting. There was no specific line so I waited under the full service. No one greeted me or asking me for what I was waiting. Then when I asked myself I was sent to the pack&ship line. There was only one more person there ahead of me so I thought it would be quick, but then I realized no one was give a damn about people waiting in that line. I made program copies for my son's 5th grade culmination. The colors were off and quality of paper was horrible. Heavier paper should have been suggested. When I picked up I mentioned the yellow is green, but the clerk didn't seem to care. I received a call from Fed Ex asking how was my experience; I told them I was really disappointed and was told that a manager would be informed. I just think there might be a few employees at this location that are overworked and are uninterested. They are just going through the motions. The cover was supposed to be yellow and Blue, the school colors, and the yellow was an ugly yellow green and the blue was not bright either. It was obvlously not good looking.
