This place is so cool! I've never been and was a little hesitant given it's next to some interesting businesses. But it was such a cute hangout spot. This would be the type of place that you'd hangout for a couple of hours. They have a huge selection of board games to play which was awesome to see because I love board games. This review is purely for customer service. My 7 year old daughter got a yogurt drink and accidentally put the straw in the wrong way and yogurt went flying everywhere. We profusely apologized for the innocent mistake and grabbed some paper towels to help clean up - the lady behind the counter GLARED at us, didn't say a word (except to tell us where the napkins were), and made her frustration very apparent. My daughter burst into tears after we left. She already felt bad about the mistake but the cashier's unnecessary curtness really sent her into a tailspin of hysterical crying. Located around the corner from Safeway, parking is in the same plaza - I had a little bit of trouble finding this place with Google Maps, but eventually found it and am very glad I did! The staff is very nice and helpful with any questions a customer might have. I originally ordered the medium size of Honeydew Milktea with boba and pudding, but they kindly just gave me a large since I got two toppings. They have a nice selection of toppings (like pudding!) that I can't always find at other bubble tea locations. So I came to Boba Zone after a workout and was recommended by a friend to come. I usually frequent TBAAR in Denver and rarely Kung Fu Tea. Those two have been my favorite for some time but I figured I give this place a try. At TBAAR, I usually get their milk green tea with boba and their milk green tea has jasmine in it which is absolutely delicious. Today I tried the Jasmine milk tea with boba at Boba Zone and to be honest it wasn't that good and I was a bit disappointed. I will say the boba was delicious and chewy but the jasmine milk tea didn't taste like jasmine at all, it kinda tasted like a shadow of jasmine tea and the sugar tasted artificial, as if they used an artificial sweetener, and there wasn't creaminess to it at all.
