Been following this spot for their seasonal Match lattes and reusable glass bottles on IG and TikTok. Finally stopped in and wowsie wowsers- this was very deserving of all five stars! I got the sun-dried tomato cheddar danish and it was perfection! So flakey and fresh. I also tried the tahini cookie- slightly savory and I was intrigued; glad I got it. I've been seeing the hype around Hearth for a while so after a walk-in downtown Littleton, my parents and I stopped in one Friday afternoon. FIRST: The space is crisp, clean, and new - featuring white walls, accented plants and tons of natural light. The space is inviting and welcomes parties of all sizes with various seating options. SECONDLY: The staff is SO friendly, welcoming, and down to chat. We were greeted by a smiling face behind the register who was happy to assist us. She provided us with her recommendations, new seasonal menu items and was very complimentary of our choices. Our coffees were ready in record time, featured latte art and from start to finish, our interaction as pleasant and nice! THIRD: The menu itself is robust, filled with a variety of items like drip coffee, specialty lattes, iced creations and SO many delicious looking pastries! Because we arrived in the late afternoon, many of the offerings were gone, but just looking at the menu (and social media presence) you'll see the vast, delicious looking items! We all opted for different things - a peppermint mocha, orange latte and a crisp iced coffee with vanilla syrup and a splash of cream. YUM! Came here for breakfast. They only had street parking. We ordered the churro waffles and it was really good. We, also, ordered the breakfast sandwich and it was really good as well and so was the baker's breakfast. It wasn't until over the holidays I realized this location had changed completely. Hearth Bakery & Cafe is a great local place for fresh and made-from-scratch items. I found out when I asked about the hot sauce and the employee told me everything is made there. There are breads, baked goods, breakfast, and lunch items. We were there on the weekend for breakfast. The food was really good. I'm glad on the weekends they have signs that ask patrons not to work on their computers. Too bad two people could read the signs posted throughout the building. It's a small space, and with lots of locals coming for food or coffee, it's just respectful. The staff is super friendly and helpful. We went here on a Monday morning around 10am and it was pretty busy still! We ordered an iced raspberry mocha, hot chai tea, chocolate croissant, and a raspberry white chocolate scone. Love Hearth! Their food items are a little on the pricey side, but the coffee is spot on for price! I always drink their honey latte with oatmilk, it's great! My fiancé came with me once and got regular milk, and he couldn't taste any espresso in it which he was disappointed by. Overall, I like the vibe to work in! This is a simple and lovely shop just off the Main Street in town. Plenty of seating indoors and nice patio area. Nice variety on the menu both for carry out and done in. I checked this place out on a Saturday morning. (Mistake.) It was crazy crowded, and the staff seemed overwhelmed. After waiting in line to order (and reading all the signage with "rules" - such as no computers on the weekends), I put in my order for a breakfast sandwich and hot chai latte. You're "allowed" to take a table after ordering, so I waited for my drink and took my number to a table to wait for my sandwich. I had asked for my breakfast sandwich without ketchup on it. (Seriously, who puts ketchup on a breakfast sandwich? Gross.) But when it arrived, I took one bite and realized... it had ketchup. Good thing it wasn't an allergy. So I took it back up and asked to have the english muffin replaced, but they made a whole new one. The sandwich was very tasty (minus the ketchup). And the chai was not bad. I had come to get some work done on my laptop, but their rules made me feel uncomfortable, so I just ate, read my book, and left. I would recommend you give it a try, but not on a weekend. Hearth just opened a few weeks ago, and we've been a few times. The food is good and the drinks are delicious! This is a small space, so if you're planning to eat breakfast there you have to get lucky to get a table, so that could be a downer for people who go there expecting to sit and eat food from the cafe and not just pastries. I did notice they put a sign up that says on weekends they don't want people camping out with their laptops at tables, which makes sense and will help combat that the space is small. The pastries are delicious, I just wish they had microwave ovens to heat them up. All in all, cute little spot with great coffee and pastries, will definitely be a frequent for us. read more
