My concern was that I wasn't told in advance that a large vacuum machine would need to be brought into my condo and that it would require two electrical outlets on opposite sides of my home. I had expected a setup similar to previous duct cleaning services I've used, where only hoses were brought inside from equipment that remained in the truck. Had I known what the process involved beforehand, I could have decided whether I was comfortable with it before the technician made the trip. Because I canceled only after learning this information, I ended up paying $49 for a service I wasn't prepared to have performed, which is difficult for me financially. The Master Bath was a 'down to the stubs' remodel and the Guest Bath was more an aesthetic upgrade.
