No delivery cancellation notices. Waited 2 hours for scheduled delivery window. Called 15 minutes before the window was over and they told me the delivery was cancelled. I stated that I hadn't received a cancellation notice and was told "Yeah. We don't send cancellation notices. You have to call to reschedule". Um. No. Cancelling order. read more

Despite the advertisement on their website, they do not offer next day delivery. Even though it was in stock, I still had to wait 8 days for delivery. I purchased a washer/dryer and made it clear a huge truck (it can fit a normal size Uhaul) would not fit in my parking lot for delivery. The salesman said he would request a smaller truck. The delivery showed up and was too large to fit. They driver said they will come back in a smaller truck, potentially even the same day. Not only did they not come back or call me, I called the store, the delivery number, and the president's hotline over ten times over a 36 hours period, and couldn't get any answers or calls returned. Finally, I hunted down the store manager who advised they have no smaller trucks for delivery and gave a refund. I went elsewhere, bought the same product for the same price, brand new in the box. Not only did this place lie upfront about delivery and not return any calls, it wasn't even a discounted price anyways. read more

I purchased a microwave here last year, which they installed. The price was decent and it was delivered quickly. I went back recently for a fridge, which I am now waiting on. They didn't have it in stock but they were able to beat the Amazon price, even including delivery. Happy to say I will continue to shop here for appliances. Buyer Beware!! They have a 50% cancellation fee.  Was told items were in stock delivery would be the same week. Delivery date arrived No delivery, contacted them was told items were not scheduled for delivery until next week & that the units were not even in stock. Regarding the 4year extended warranty that also appears to be a scam. Cancellation fee of 50% for undelivered units would be thousands of dollars. BUYER BEWARE, COMPANY KNOWINGLY SELLS LUXURY APPLIANCES THAT LEAK CARCINOGENS: Please read before making a purchase at Fine Lines. We recently spent 48 K with Fine Lines on our kitchen remodel. Adam Feldman, our sales associate, adamantly stated that we would receive a state of the art dishwasher with our package-standard for all large purchases. This man, and his sales manager, Adam Dunn, are liars and con artists. Upon running the dishwasher, a strong chemical gas began leaking through our home called Bitumen, AKA asphalt. When their technician came out to run diagnostics, he informed us that there was a model recall on our dishwasher and that it shouldn't have been sold because it was not sealing the bitumen. Adam Dunn and Adam Feldman stated: "the tech said everything was fine, no issues", and ignored my husband and I. I personally called the tech, who stated his report clearly outlined that the dishwasher was not sealed, recalled and was emitting bitumen, a highly carcinogenic chemical, and would need to be replaced. After months, they eventually replaced the dishwasher with the same recalled model. Sure enough, the asphalt continued to leak into our home every time the dishwasher was run. Again, after days of demanding a properly functioning and safe dishwasher..it was writing a review on Google and Facebook outlining our honest experience that finally reached Adam Dunn's attention to stop poisoning our family replace our dishwasher. AGAIN, they replaced it with a model leaking asphalt. Their tech came out and diagnosed the dishwasher AGAIN as "leaking Bitumen on the left side, recommending replacement dishwasher". Fine Lines again lied regarding their techs report. Fortunately, I recorded the technicians statement and will be suing Adam Dunn and Adam Feldman for knowingly poisoning my family with recalled dishwashers over the course of 6 months. I believe they include their broken dishwashers for a reason, because they're malfunctioning and they absolutely do not care that they're poisoning families. In addition, they sold us a broken custom hood. Their solution was to spray paint the hood and they once again tried to blame our GC to avoid replacing it, claiming "the ceiling is crooked, it's not the hood". After more wasted time and technicians coming out and carelessly leaving deep black scratches on our ceiling, it was of course determined that the hood was not manufactured correctly. They assured us a new hood promptly-it's been 6 months and we still have our broken hood. Adam Dunn and Adam Feldman will lie, twist words and manipulate in order to not address, and properly replace their malfunctioning products. This is not a high end furniture store. It is full of snake oil salesmen who only care about their bottom line. Please walk away while you still can. read more

I has some grear experiences from this Appliance factory location. Micah and the store manager Ahmad helped me and my family so much with picking out our dryers, washer, and fridge. They are very knowledgeble of their products and helpful. Most of all, their price is THE MOST COMPETITIVE of all major appliance stores. We've been to home depot, costco, bestbuy, etc and this place gave us the best price. After the purchase, Micah made sure the delivery and installation went smoothly. The delivery/installation process went nicely as well. The crew showed up on time, professional, got the work done perfectly. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND GOING HERE FOR ALL YOUR APPLIANCE NEEDS!!! Don't let them install! We bought high end appliances which cost about the same anywhere (prices set by manufacturers) so shop around and if you buy here do not let them install. Damaged cabinet and if my general contractor had not been here they wouldn't have been able to install the oven. It took them almost 5 hours to install the oven and a range hood. My GC will install the rest. read more

The people we dealt with in sales were very helpful, from the first phone call through the purchase. Someone from delivery call as promised to say there had been some difficulty, but the washer would be delivered the day after promised. That was fine, but we never got a call giving us a window and I was not home when they arrived. I got a call saying they were at the house and hurried to meet them. The installer borrowed a socket wrench to finish unpacking, then said they were unable to install because hoses were not on the order. I remembered being told they were, and he rechecked. I wouldn't even buy a toaster oven from this company. My partner and I went to Contract Appliances after being referred to them by our kitchen designer. We met Steve Shaw and at first we thought it was going to be a great experience with decently priced appliances. After some back and forth we decided to take the plunge and purchase. Steve neglected to write anything down and out the wrong appliances on the work order. When we called him to fix the problem he informed us that it would be an additional $1,000. We felt like it was a bait and switch, luckily we noticed before delivery and cancelled the order. I went to quite a few appliance stores and was very impressed with Contract appliance and furnished my whole kitchen with them. I came to the contract appliance with some online research what I wanted. Their sales people were wonderful, Cleat and Mitch informed me the different product lines and models available. They helped me with discount, rebates, promotions I was not made aware of to save me the money. I was very pleased to get the best price in the market for such high quality products. I purchased on May 15th. and my kitchen was installed on June 15th. It was right on schedule. I was very happy with the delivery people and installation. They did great job.
