My sons name was not in the system and the entire process was very unprofessional. After camp, my child explained to me that he got to play legos and minecraft all day. He was bullied on day three and the camp director called to report the incident. I began dropping him off late and picking him up early to avoid conflict. I cancelled week three, and carefully proceeded into the 2nd week after talking to the program manager about all the above concerns. The stem and playbit all sports itinerary was thrown out the window and the counselors allowed the kids to be self led to reduce stress as per the camp director. The 2nd week in my child was hit by a bully in the head with a golf ball that was brought from home. Although the child was sent home that day, there was no guarantee that he wouldn't be back. We did not go back and spoke to the operations director regarding the above incidents. Per the operator, Kidztopros does not screen for special needs kids because they cannot discriminate. This program was not a safe summer camp experience for my child and we will not be back. I will be telling everyone I know to stay away from this company including our local school that handed out flyers recommending them.

It took me a little time to process what happened this past Sunday before writing this review…read more I want to start by saying Tanner, the young man who worked our party, absolutely made the day. He was incredibly helpful with the kids, repeatedly apologized for everything happening (even though none of it was his fault), and remained kind, attentive, and professional the entire time. Tanner is the ONLY reason we managed to have any sort of birthday party at all. We booked the Ultimate Birthday Party package for my son's 7th birthday from 2-4 PM and also added the pizza and drinks package. The day before, I called to confirm everything, including our food order: 2 cheese pizzas, 2 pepperoni pizzas, Sprite, and lemonade for 12 kids. I arrived around 1:35 PM expecting a busy Sunday crowd. When I checked in, I was immediately told our party room would not be available until 3:15 PM -- despite our party being scheduled from 2-4 PM. That meant we would only have the room for the last 45 minutes. I was shocked. The employee at the front desk was kind and explained the manager had overbooked parties. Meanwhile, I was left standing in a packed lobby with decorations, cake, plates, and favor bags with nowhere to set anything up. I eventually asked to speak with the manager. After waiting about 15 minutes, he came over with absolutely no sense of urgency. He was dismissive, condescending, and repeatedly told me the room timing was listed in the "fine print" of the emails. Maybe technically it was, but it's honestly ridiculous to advertise birthday parties without guaranteeing space for the actual party. After offering no real solution, he simply walked away. As guests arrived, Tanner took the kids onto the obstacle course while I grabbed a couple of lobby tables to hold gifts and belongings. Thankfully, because of Tanner, the kids still had fun and had no idea what was happening behind the scenes. We finally got access to the party room around 3:30 PM, leaving only 30 minutes in our reservation, and there was still no pizza. Tanner helped us rush decorations up while the kids were already hungry and thirsty. When I asked about the pizzas, Tanner checked with the manager and came back saying they claimed I never ordered them. That was completely false. I would never host a party for 12 children without food. Tanner apologized again and later informed me they had "just ordered" the pizzas -- at 3:45 PM, with the party ending at 4. The kids were hungry, drinks were running low, and there was still no food. I asked for more time in the room, and once again Tanner had to speak with the manager himself. We were eventually allowed to stay until 4:30 PM and the pizzas were comped. Unfortunately, by then most parents were already preparing to leave because the party was supposed to end at 4. I rushed to cut the cake so the kids could at least sing Happy Birthday and eat something. The pizzas finally arrived at 4:10 PM when only three kids remained. To their credit, they comped the pizzas and gave us free gym-time coupons. I appreciate that gesture, but after the way the manager handled everything, I will never return. I'm honestly shocked I still paid $329 for this experience. The reason I'm writing this review is to warn other parents. Birthday parties are expensive, and your hard-earned money should go to a business that values its customers and knows how to properly manage events. During the entire three hours we were there, the manager never once apologized. The only staff members who showed professionalism or empathy were the younger employees -- especially Tanner. They are lucky to have him. As a business owner myself, I can confidently say the current manager will drive this business into the ground. He was dismissive, incompetent, condescending, and rude from start to finish. Save yourself the stress and book your child's birthday somewhere else.

But this is from their website under the Red link: INTERMEDIATE PROGRAM ( U-9 U-10 ) This program starts to develop players for the competitive program. There is a greater demand on the players both mentally and physically as more advanced methods are introduced. These players will have a well trained staff and age appropriate activities to guarantee player development for higher levels of the game. Our coach is a nice guy, but he doesn't possess the soccer knowledge that we were expecting. Upon contacting the office, they said that this is not part of their Rec requirements, so the website is very misleading in terms of ability levels. That being said, our team has been completely outmatched in their first 3 games. The skill of other teams is far ahead of our team. Maybe it's just bad luck or something, but it doesn't feel like RMSA is on the same level of other Rec teams. The admin is working to correct things though. They have worked to sign up additional girls, and we were actually able to have subs for the first time today, and I believe that they may be sending some of their other coaches to help out. This post is an update from a previous one after our first two weeks giving them 1 star. I will look to update as the season goes on, and issues arise or are resolved.

While our experience was not completely bad, I would caution families of what they are signing up for. We had a good experience with the coaches, however, I will say that Hispanic families are treated a little better. Even the administrative staff has been quoted as saying the "United States sucks... Mexico is better." If you carefully see who is writing the favorable ratings on Google, you will see a trend. Regardless, this league is not organized. One may think with an administrative staff that has worked there for so long they would know the ins and outs of how to streamline operations, and provide families information more timely. They expect team manager volunteers to go above and beyond all the time. On top of it, when volunteers try to get answers for other parents, the administrative staff will either ignore the questions or forget to answer, despite getting numerous calls, texts or emails. Additionally, this administrative office won't take suggestions from parents, but this is a good way to get removed from volunteer team manager duties for those looking to get out of getting the constant run around and thankless role. While this league touts costing less than other leagues, I would say this league struggles to collect money from families, and pass the cost on to families who do pay. They will also collect money to hold practices in indoor facilities when weather is bad, however, half the time the administrative office failed to secure the facilities as some paid for practices that ended up being cancelled. Ultimately the cost ends up being around the same as other leagues, with no real savings and more time is spent on trying to collect money or answers. RMSA's administrative staff assumed responsibility of collecting money, after dismissing the team manager of one of our kids team 3/4 of the way through the season for providing suggestions. Even months after season ended, the administrative staff was still trying collect money from families for the past season. While surprising, but not shocking, there is a Google review that mentions the league trying to collect from debt 5 years ago. If the family paid or didn't pay, shouldn't the RMSA administrative staff be held accountable after not doing anything for so long? Why are they trying to collect for something 5 years ago? Sounds terrible but maybe somebody is trying to cover their tracks for being sloppy. I end this review with the following question. Does this sound like an organization that knows what they are doing?

At first, my daughter only took ballet and tap, but little by little, she started trying more styles, and now she's learning so many different types of dance. She's always been a bit shy and used to hide in the back, hesitant to try new things because of her fear of failure. But thankfully, the teachers at Mercury have been incredibly kind and supportive. They've taken the time to really understand her personality--encouraging her strengths and gently helping her work through her challenges. As parents, we all know that progress comes down to how much effort a child puts in. My daughter never used to practice at home, but now she does on her own, and each year we've seen her grow more confident and skilled. It's been such a joy to watch her journey and transformation.

His teachers have been nothing short of incredible. They all truly have a passion for what they do and are genuinely invested in every child in their classroom. The growth we've seen in not just academics, but also in social confidence, emotional development, and problem-solving skills, has been incredible. The wide range of activities he's able to participate in at school, like soccer shots, little gym, and zookeeper visits, among others, makes every day an exciting adventure for him, where he's genuinely excited to go to school. He's heading into kindergarten extremely well-prepared and is excited to continue learning. School operations are fantastic as well. The school does an excellent job of parent communication, has a safe and efficient drop-off/pick-up system, and great overall facilities.
