seasonal color cosmetics, makeup products, lipsticks and palettes, beauty consultation to
    Joonduck J.

I had such a great experience at Colorbrity. Before coming here, I honestly wasn't very interested in personal color, but this completely changed how I see styling and what actually suits me. I went before my wedding, and it made a huge difference. I was able to choose colors that worked best for me, and my photos came out so much better. It also gave me a lot more confidence going into such an important moment. The consultation was very helpful for everyday outfits as well, and now I feel like I understand my colors and overall style so much better. I also really liked that they recommended cosmetics, skincare, and perfumes that match my tone. It made everything easy to apply in real life. I was also able to purchase the recommended products online at great prices, so I've been continuously reordering them and even buying them as gifts for others. Claire is truly amazing. She's very knowledgeable, detail oriented, and really takes the time to find what works best for you. You can tell she genuinely cares. I highly recommend Colorbrity to anyone. It's definitely worth it and something everyone should try at least once.

I went to Colorbrity for a color analysis with my sister!! Claire was so amazing! She provided us with a wonderful experience where we learned about our seasons, what works well and what didnt complement us, and skincare/ make-up recommendations!

ALL TEN TOES DOWN WOULD RECOMMEND Colorbrity ! when I got my first color analysis, I truly was amazed by how in depth Claire was in her session! This has truly helped me save so much money in shopping, Makeup and Skincare! She will go through all the categories from what hair color, fragrance, and even the size pattern you should be wearing. She also sends you a PowerPoint of everything that was discussed so you don't forget! The way that I view things differently because of my session has truly changed how I feel as a person! Claire is super friendly and very knowledgeable as I am aware that she is certified in Korea! I love my session so much that I've booked her for a lot of my events! It is definitely a crowd favorite and people have mentioned that they really enjoyed their session! I know she also does a lot of corporate events so it's great to see that as well! I would highly recommend Colorbrity!!

I've been wanting a color analysis for so long! It's been all the craze in Korea and I'm so glad they have this service in LA. Claire is so sweet and patient. She makes the entire process seem easy. Booking online is simple, and there's usually ample appointment time because she does work hard to make sure there's so many slots available which I appreciate. I booked the essential color check and it was an hour session. She first goes over the basics of color analysis and discusses the color wheel. This is important for understanding your results later on. She starts out analyzing the skin on your face and body. And finds out if your undertone. Then the color analysis starts. She drapes the different color shades on you and find your best color scheme. This part is normally everyone's favorite. She then will also do best hair color, glasses types and best perfume choices as well. In the end she'll tell you your best color schemes, 1st and 2nd. She'll send you a summary at the end, 15 page pdf summary of your visit which is quite comprehensive. She offers make up services, custom foundation matching as well in her make up follow up session which I would love to try in the future. So fun! Definitely would recommend.

I decided to surprise my girlfriend with a color analysis session and found this place through a friend -- and wow, it did not disappoint. From start to finish, the experience exceeded our expectations. Claire was incredibly thorough and thoughtful throughout the entire session. We were honestly shocked by some of the results, but in the best way possible. It completely changed how we see clothing, colors, and even accessories, and now we feel way more confident about how to build our wardrobes moving forward. She started by helping us understand the right skincare approach for our skin, then moved into a detailed color analysis -- breaking down which colors work best for our skin tones (warm, cool, etc.). She even helped us figure out what types and colors of jewelry suit us best, which was such a nice and unexpected bonus. This truly felt like a once-in-a-lifetime experience. I would highly recommend Claire to anyone who's curious about color analysis or wants to invest in understanding their personal style better. Totally worth it.

It was such a fun experience. I went with my sister and niece for the once in a lifetime for 3 people. The location was easy to find and the building has a parking lot and metered parking. The room itself was bright, clean, and comfortable and the vibe was relaxed and welcoming. Claire runs colorbrity and is super sweet, patient, and very informative. Her voice is very calm and she makes you feel at ease. We started with skincare and skin prep. All the products I used made my skin feel soft, smooth, and hydrated. We learned about our face shape and body type and what types of hairstyles and what style of clothing would suit us. The fun part was the color draping and watching how all the colors affected the shadows on your face. It was really cool to see the diff between the colors that work for you vs the ones that don't. Another part of this experience that I really appreciated was the makeup portion. We did a foundation match and tried eyeshadow palettes and lip colors in the colors that suited us. Another great thing, the products that we tried were also available for purchase at our session! I think this is something fun to do for yourself or with friends or to have at events and parties. I walked out with a feeling of excitement because I can't wait to find these new things in my color season.

honestly didn't expect to learn this much from a personal color analysis. The session at Colorbrity was super fun and surprisingly eye-opening. Claire, the owner, was incredibly kind and knowledgeable, and she made the whole experience feel really comfortable and personalized from start to finish. She explained everything in a way that was easy to understand, and once she showed me the colors that actually fit me best, I could instantly see the difference. It honestly changed the way I look at clothes and styling now If you've ever been curious about personal color analysis or want to better understand what colors fit you best, I definitely recommend checking out Colorbrity. Such a fun experience and totally worth it!

Had an amazing experience and learned many things about my wife's best colors from the Essential Color Analysis. Claire was super helpful in guiding step by step and shade by shade which color was the best. As well as best gift ideas for jewelery, perfume and make-up which makes gift buying for my wife more easier for me. Would definitely recommend and would consider doing the male version essential color analysis for myself.

I been wanting to do a color analysis for a while and I'm so glad I invested in Colorbrity to find what's best suited for my skin tone. I got the personal color & full makeup class -- worth! Jin was extremely kind, informative and patient with me. She showed me what matched me best as well as how to accentuate my facial features through makeup. Turns out I am on the cool side, specifically a muted summer + dark winter. Definitely a great investment if you want to learn more about yourself!

It was an amazing experience at Colorbrity. Claire was incredibly welcoming, professional, and attentive from the moment I walked in. You can really tell she really cares about her clients and takes pride in her work. I left very satisfied with the results and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend Colorbrity to anyone looking for quality service and a great overall experience!

I made an appointment for my girlfriend and we had a blast. I wasn't expecting much, but as the session went on and we saw the changes with our looks I ended up more invested lmao. Thank you Claire! She was amazing at explaining anything confusing and overall just very patient with us.

[Parking]: As long as there are no special events in Little Tokyo, the Aiso Parking Garage (101 Judge John Aiso St) is your best bet. [Selection]: The shop has transitioned from primarily selling traditional decor / ceramics / cosmetics (which the shop still carries but in a smaller section) to focusing mainly on plushies and blind boxes featuring IPs like Sanrio, Pokémon, and other Japanese anime. Even though an officially licensed Sanrio store is located next door, Maneki Neko still has an excellent selection of Sanrio items that you can't find at the next-door licensed Sanrio store. [Conclusion]: This is one of those shops where I can probably find a Sanrio plush that I am willing to buy as a gift. It is a perfect example of a thriving shop that has learned to adapt by keeping up with changing consumer tastes.

Whether you're shopping for yourself or looking for something fun for someone else, chances are you'll walk out with something. The staff has always been friendly during my visits, and while the store can get pretty busy at times, the overall experience is still enjoyable. Prices are fairly decent for the area which is definitely a plus. Every time I come here I always end up spending a couple hundred for big hauls because I want everything haha, but prices aren't bad at all. This last time I got a free diffuser as a gift with purchase! They also suggested buying these Japanese cough drops since I was headed to a concert (which - good looking out! was absolutely needed and helpful). They even checked the ingredients in Japanese to make sure that I wouldn't have any allergic reactions which was so sweet! Service has been consistently great every time that I've visited here. This last time I went was super early on a weekday though, so wasn't busy at all. It was shortly after they opened because I happened to have an appointment in the area and needed some beauty products for a trip. They were great with answering all of my beauty questions! The only con may be parking when it's busy or later in the day. I've tried coming here at night before but struggled to find parking when the lot was full and there weren't any spots on the street nearby. So definitely try to plan to come earlier in the day/when it's less busy.

However, I believe there is room for improvement when it comes to customer service. On multiple visits, I've noticed that one employee, who regularly wears a face mask, appears to follow me throughout the store while checking what is in my shopping basket. At first, I assumed it was a coincidence, but during my most recent visit, my friend noticed the same behavior. Being closely watched while shopping creates an uncomfortable experience and makes it difficult to browse at ease. As a person of color, this interaction was particularly unsettling. I hope management takes this feedback into consideration so all customers can feel welcomed and comfortable while shopping.

We were interested in stopping because it was our first time there and wanted to see it, however, we only had approximately one hour to explore. The shopping center wasn't too busy yet since it was so early, but also most all of the stores were closed as well. We did not get the complete experience of everything that this mall offers. A couple of bakeries were open when we visited and I am glad that we stopped! They allowed us to get some sweet treats and pastries, and they actually became one of the highlights of our trip to Little Tokyo! Although some of the stores weren't opened yet, it was great just to explore the area! All of the storefronts at the mall and surrounding Plaza were decorated for the holiday season. This brought an extra layer of charm to the shopping trip and helped create a cozy, festive ambiance! The quietness of the early morning hours created a amazing environment for us to walk through and enjoy our short little excursion to this beautiful shopping center! I've seen Anime Jungle evolve and take over the entirety of the underground mall area. RIP to Fairytale Boutique, Fickle Wish, Xenon, and the day and age where Anime Jungle had their own dedicated shop for visual kei and J-rock. Never forget what you've lost. Other businesses have come and gone, like the mochi ice cream place. If you ever get mochi ice cream at the supermarket, it's likely from them and the macaron place that I loved, but alas, tis the world we live in. Other than the Anime Jungle that I go to and Little Akihabara LA for their pop ups and events, I also go to Monkey Pants, sometimes I swing into the Sanrio shop (they usually do the character meet and greets here, if not at JapanLA or somewhere egregiously far), Tokyo Japanese Lifestyle (they got staff POSTED there due to the thefts I'm sure, but I've gotten my bearded dragon keychain here and now I have them in all sizes), Catch (located on the 3rd floor and is MASSIVE for blind boxes and other goods), Neko Stop (I've gotten better deals here than the location in the Santa Anita Mall), and I've stopped in the Nijiya when I've been trapped there to get snacks or some bottled tea. Love the bakery there and the meat buns that they have (despite prices constantly rising due to the capitalist hellscape we live in) and the cafe to get affordable savory dango and takoyaki. The okonomiyaki place is one of the best, if not only places to get okonomiyaki at a place dedicated to the dish. Once in awhile they do a collab with multiple restaurants, not just at the mall too, such as Silent Hill F, Reincarnated into a Slime, during AX, Arknights, etc. Really drives the crowds and businesses here which is nice. Parking at the structure is a bit pricy and can get super fisted with bad drivers though, so keep that in mind.
