Arugula and shrimp salad. The only pic we snapped because everything else was so good.

We finally have a good restaurant in Littleton that's nearby! The food is very tasty and affordable for a date night or dinner with the family. There are plenty of options for everyone and the quality was top notch. Our server had us cracking up all night. The place was also super clean!

Ok we gave it a try. Good service and atmosphere but the food wasn't overally impressive or special. The cesear salad was great and they brought some anchovy's the Alfredo was solid garlicky but dry shrimp. The piccata was disappointing not flavorful at all dry chicken and boring I make this at home and it's lemon garlic and buttery this was blah and don't care for spaghetti in this dish angel hair would have been better. Very few capers. We will go back and try the pizza but think there are better Italian dining options in town.

We were happily surprised by a second location opening up in Littleton after moving from Englewood to Highlands Ranch. The Englewood Colore was one of our go to's! We went on a Sunday night around 6pm and it was fairly busy, we were seated outside per our request and our server, Jennifer, was phenomenal! We started with the calamari which was tasty as always and then we ordered that evening special - prosciutto parmigiana - and the baked penne bolognese. The penne bolognese was delicious, as it always is (we almost always get this), but the plating was differing than the Englewood locations! We were both unfortunately underwhelmed by the special, for the price ($26), we felt it was a bit lacking as there were only four shrimp, and while it was mixed with prosciutto, it was almost like a jerky version of it which was odd. We kind of thought it tasted like lomein, which again, strange from an Italian restaurant. You just never know with the specials, but we will still obviously be returning as we know we like some of the other staples!

We love the food, wine and the service, but acoustics are terrible in the restaurant when it is busy. You can't hear anything.

Was there for lunch and as always, a perfectly prepared and delicious meal. This is one of my Denver favorites for Italian.

The unquestionable star of the show was the barchetta- it was a big piece of their crust, stuffed with ricotta cheese, spinach, mozzarella, and garlic. I could have eaten this for breakfast lunch and dinner for the rest of my life. It came with marinara sauce but it was totally unnecessary. The Italian margarita also had a strong rosemary flavor that was interesting and different with the sweetness of the margarita flavors. The martini was excellent too. The montepulciano wine was a bit dry but totally drinkable. The saporita pizza didn't come with cheese, which we thought was just... standard on pizza? If the sauce and the crust weren't so stellar, it would have been an issue, as it was it was fine but worth noting. It looks like we could have added cheese had we asked. Our server was sweet, upbeat, and checked in the perfect amount of times. I really adored the use of wine bottles throughout, especially at the bar. So pretty and right on target for a wine bar. Highly highly recommend, and will be back to try the rest of the menu.

You get seated in the dining room which is fairly large. The tables and atmosphere is nice if a little dated. This restaurant has been around for 59 years and many patrons come time and time again. We came on a Sunday for a pre-birthday lunch/dinner (does anyone else call it linner?) The server was very friendly and we started with soft drinks and an order of mozarella fritti, which is fried mozarella served with their homemade marinara sauce. It was fried to perfection, hot and delicious. The entrees come with soup or salad and bread. The salad was nice and fresh and perfect before pasta. I chose Romano's Triple Treat, which comes with eggplant parmigiana, chesse ravioli and pasta. It comes with meatball, sausage or mushrooms. As it is served with two I chose one meatball and one sausage. It is a very large portion so a lot was taken home. Everything was cooked well and I had the homemade spaghetti for my pasta. Romanos is delicious and will definitely be coming back.

I've tried quite a few items on the menu, and they all arrived piping hot and delicious. Some particularly flavorful items that stand out in my memory are the Triple Treat, the Romano's Special Pizza, Margherita Pizza, White Pizza, Baked Lasagna, Baked Cheese Ravioli, and our personal favorite, the Baked Mostaccioli. Even the plain Spaghetti with marinara hits the spot so well. I also really enjoy the cold and delicious salad that comes with the main dish. Don't get me started on the awesome warm Chocolate Chip Cookie with Ice Cream, as it's awesome, especially on a cold snowy night! I've never had an issue with parking, as there are two parking lots nearby, and even some parking right in front on Windermere St.
