    Wine spritz cocktail

We sat outside. Waitress was very attentive. Brought us a speaker to set the mood. Took our order for drinks and entrees without even writing it down. Wonderful array of cocktail and wine options. Homemade spaghetti was excellent. Many dessert selections all homemade. Excellent choice fo

From the moment we walk in, we're walking on home to a new family. The art displayed on the walls is inspiring and the warmth of the establishment transmits feelings of an international presence. The service is better than anywhere I've been in the local area and the food is always top notch. Thank you for always treating us well!

I live down the street and have had positive experiences dining in person here, although I feel it's a bit pricey for sizes. Unfortunately one night I ordered take out and ordered the fried calamari and it was literally like a handful of calamari for the price of an entree ($16.95). I was so excited because I'm from NY and love a good fried calamari, but was pretty bummed. I also don't think fried calamari did well with takeout because it was soft rather than crisp. I haven't gone back or ordered there since. The wait staff has always been kind though, the restaurant is clean, and the chicken piccata is delicious! As well as the garlic knots and pizza!

I'm used to this store being open early (8 am) so this morning, when I walked in at 8:30 and I was kind of in my own head thinking about what kind of nice steaks I would like to buy for my son's birthday, I was abruptly yelled at and told to go away because the store was not open. It was so shocking and so rude. I thought the person was joking. I said you're joking right and she goes, "No, I'm not joking! We're closed! " Even though the doors were wide open, I guess they were open for employees coming in. I was ready to spend several hundred dollars, but instead I walked to my car and placed an online order from Snake River Farms. I got $25 off and two day delivery so I'm thrilled. It might be a while until I go back to Tonys. It's OK that the store was closed. I just wish the employee had used better tact.

As such, you get great cuts of meat, house-made sausages, bacon, pre-made meals, and roasts, etc. This fish selection is strong, and they have an excellent deli. That said, given they are a small independent shop, you will pay more for some staples, and you will pay more for higher quality items; you won't have the same selection of produce as a 60,000 sqft grocery chain. All of this, though, is fairly obvious when you walk in. Tony's is focused on quality over quantity.

It looked more like a Chinese restaurant than a pizza joint--red tablecloths, wine glasses, neon signs, a random Christmas tree, and tons of weird little decorations. We legit thought we were in the wrong spot. The menu was labeled as pizza and pasta, but there weren't many options for either. The combos were kind of all over the place--lamb, octopus, pork--so we tried to keep an open mind. But once the food came... yeah, it didn't get better. The pizza dough tasted frozen and was super soggy. The pasta dish was mostly meat with barely any pasta, and the meat wasn't even good. It just wasn't it. Wouldn't go back.

We tried the following this time: Burrata e Pomodori Luxuriously creamy Burrata cheese, complemented by fresh basil, juicy tomatoes, and a drizzle of olive oil. A simple yet divine start. Costolette di Agnello e Asparagi Juicy lamb chops paired with crisp asparagus, delivering rich, aromatic flavors that melt in your mouth. Branzino al Vino Bianco Pan-seared seabass with olives, butter, lemon, black risotto. 10" Margherita Mozzarella, fresh tomatoes, and basil on a perfectly crisp crust--classic simplicity done right. Mini Cannoli Homemade Ricotta Filing with mini Chocolate chip, stuffed with maraschino cherries, shell imported from Italy, and sprinkled with Powdered Sugar & Cinnamon. The favorite of the night was the Branzino. Definitely order this and their Burrata. The Mini Cannoli with the big flavor gets a two thumbs up as well.

The unquestionable star of the show was the barchetta- it was a big piece of their crust, stuffed with ricotta cheese, spinach, mozzarella, and garlic. I could have eaten this for breakfast lunch and dinner for the rest of my life. It came with marinara sauce but it was totally unnecessary. The Italian margarita also had a strong rosemary flavor that was interesting and different with the sweetness of the margarita flavors. The martini was excellent too. The montepulciano wine was a bit dry but totally drinkable. The saporita pizza didn't come with cheese, which we thought was just... standard on pizza? If the sauce and the crust weren't so stellar, it would have been an issue, as it was it was fine but worth noting. It looks like we could have added cheese had we asked. Our server was sweet, upbeat, and checked in the perfect amount of times. I really adored the use of wine bottles throughout, especially at the bar. So pretty and right on target for a wine bar. Highly highly recommend, and will be back to try the rest of the menu.
