He explained everything he was doing as it was different than I was used to at the salon that I had been going to. He wanted to make sure I was satisfied and even changed the color for me when he sensed I wanted a little deeper pink. The salon was crowded, which was a good sign. The salon is under new management and it doesn't warrant the lower rating here on Yelp. If you check their Google ratings, they have a 4.8 rating. The new management has turned the salon around. It's clean and the staff are friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend Bella Nails. You can walk into the salon, call for an appointment or book an appointment on their website, too. I also liked that I could pay through Zelle. So convenient. I loved how my nails looked when Danny was done. I will definitely be back again.

Her long hair was down and it kept touching my feet throughout the pedicure which was uncomfortable. While filing my nails she was distracted from the TV and cut my skin which made my toe bleed, she didn't acknowledge it or apologize, even when I pulled away from pain. On the positive side, the leg scrub was thorough and my nails lasted a long time. I don't think she meant any harm, but still injured me without apologizing. Overall my experience was decent, for this specific technician paying more attention to the client and their nails would improve the experience.
