My sister and I recently moved to the area, and this nail salon was the first that popped up. We absolutely loved it! They were literally closed and still took us in for our nail sets! Tyler was great he did my nails. They were super friendly and talkative so we didn't feel awkward or anything. Not only did the take us in on a closed day, but they took such care of our nails. Most places rush just to get it done, but they really took care of us! Great place and I definitely recommend even if it's a little more money than other places because they take such excellent care of their customers. read more

Since this place has been under new management, I've been LOVING IT! Bella and I worked together to create these beautiful nails. She was patient with me for all the adjustments and designs that I requested. We did a dip powder with rhinestones and I have never been happier! This was my first and last time at this salon. The tech who did my nails didn't know what he was doing. The acrylic beads were so wet they were sliding off my finger. There is absolutely no apex on the nail. When i asked him about how thin they were, since I am paying for these and you could literally bend my nail still, the nail tech proceeded to tell me that is how they do it there and if I don't like it oh well. Things only went downhill from there. My nails are uneven, misshaped, and I'm pretty sure I might get an infection since he was so pissed off he didn't even have me wash my hands after applying the acrylic. Not to mention the design looks nothing like the picture I showed him. Albeit, he did ask if I wanted "freestyle" but if I knew that meant a 4yr. could do it I would have said no. read more

My mom and I came to Florida to visit my best friend. The three of us stopped in for a pedicure and felt like royalty. Everyone was so kind, it was clean and our pedicures looked amazing. They took their time massage, buffing and polishing and we had fun talking with them for things to do in the area. Would definitely recommend! read more

I will not be going back to this salon. I was cut, and when I flinched the tech just said oh and stopped filing my nails. At that point there was only 4 nails left to file. Why not finish without cutting me?? None of my nails are even or the same shape. They are a very unflattering shape, extremely thick with a big bump by my cuticle. The nail tech overall didn't do horrible but they were violent when filing and made my cuticles bleed. My cousin who also came was unhappy as the nail tech she had didn't follow the reference at all, she claimed to have good memory but proceeds to mess up multiple times. The polish on one of my nails is messed up and I was brushed off even as I said it was messy. I'm very unhappy with the service I was provided; the other members of my party did not have as bad treatment but as they did gel and not acrylic so it wasn't as bad for them. read more

A part of me doesn't want to rate this place so low but I am for 2 main reasons. 1 I went for a pedicure and wanted to relax but the tall thin & young woman & the short man hounded me to get my nails done almost the entire time & I already had acrylic nails. 2 the woman who did my nails cut my big toe. Went there on Monday for a pedicure. Today is Sunday and my toe still hurts!! I will probably be going to the Dr tomorrow to make sure I don't have some sort of infection. I was hoping my toe was sore but the pain is constant and not going away. New owners very nice but the person doing my toes used a metal stick and kinda poked too hard and caused something. Update: I went to the doctors and my toe where she poked is infected. Luckily I've been cleaning it 3 times a day and putting antibiotic ointment on it or else it would have been much worse. Went here yesterday with my mom and in law because it was close and reviews were good, FYI (reviews can't be added or edited anywhere else but here, so it'll always show a good review even if it's not, if you search through Google) Anyways, we spent over $260 and tipped over $30 here in couple hours and you would think they would correct THEIR fault that was presented to them!! NOPE, I don't remember the lady's name but she basically "told" the manager (Tyler) to update the price list and they left it at that. So this was the issue, I wanted a gel builder fill,which I've been doing for awhile now and the price list said it was $40 but they charged me $50 and when I pointed it out to her, she had the stinkiest attitude, started to rush my nails and then kept pressuring me to get acrylic fill cause it's cheaper. (I still got the gel builder) She told me the list needed to be updated and that the manager probably must have missed that part. Which makes no sense because if you go to a restaurant or store and the menu/price says $50 that's what you're expected to pay they can't charge you more and say it's a mistake!!! Now just because they don't know how to run a reputable business, they lost 3 customers over $10 lol! Always remember the customers are always right and without us, your business would not exist!! This was my first and will be my last visit to this nail salon. They were very rough and not polite. The place was very clean though. I got a full set and all of my skin under my nails was stuck to the tops. I still have a few that I'm going to have to separate myself. One nail is so thick it's probably going to break within a week. I got a full set with gel polish and it was $55 plus $35 pedicure, I just thought it was a bit pricey. Won't be going back. read more

So my 14 yr old daughter and BFF went to get a full set with gel polish and came out with a full set no polish when they quoted her $80 (this was not a price for both girls either)and that they charge by the length. Went in for a pedi & take off. Man that works there was extremely rude, as well as the tall young lady that works there as well. Charged me a full $10 to take off 5 nails. Went in for a mani/ pedi on a Sunday, 5/19/19. Friendly but my tech was very slow - luckily paws and claws was the only thing on my schedule for the day so I didn't mind too much. As I am sitting there getting my pedi, an older man with an veterans hat on walks in for a pedi, he seemed to be a regular as he was greeted excitedly by everyone as if he were a regular. As my pamper comes to an end I am sitting in the back of the salon drying my nails/ toes and the conversation the older man and his tech were having happened to catch my attention as they were talking about his leg massage. He proceeded to say something on the lines of "you can come to me for a massage" and the tech responded "nooo" and laughed uncomfortably. She continues stating "I can't afford to pay you for a pedicure" obviously trying to revert the conversation. He then says "there's other ways to pay for it" then continues to state how he could give her a "good massage and she can pay him in other ways" obviously being perverted. At this point I am getting uncomfortable for this poor lady, and pissed at that. The older man continues on to repeat the same statements 2-3 times more. I cut my nail drying short as I see the store manager walk out the front door with some boxes and I wanted to catch him to discuss the sexual harassment on his employee in hopes he would do something about it. As I began speaking to him advising how inappropriate it is that this customer is sexually harassing that tech, before I could even finish saying "that man in there..." he was already shaking his head saying "I know" as if he has heard it himself or heard it from the employee.. I find this behavior unacceptable and I am completely disgusted that the manager of that facility knows that his employees are being harassed by gross ass men and not doing anything about it. They need to reject that mans services if he is going to make the women workers uncomfortable like that. Fck that vet and fck that salon. I will not be going back ever. Perverted entitled ass white man. Not to mention now that Ive looked on their site, they charged me for a deluxe mani pedi & I did not receive a deluxe service. Two of my nails broke within two days of having them done. I had them done for my wedding and walked down the aisle with two broken nails on my left hand. They charged me for services I didn't request but they did anyway. Since it was my first time getting fake nails, I didn't know what to ask for, so I chose the $40 pedicure and $50 manicure. My daughter also had a manicure and pedicure and they somehow came up with the total price of $248.00. Also, when I checked the credit card bill $10 extra dollars were added. I tipped $40 anyway, so that would total $288.00. I just can't believe that for nearly $300 in services and they broke in less than 48 hours. This is the first negative review I have ever written but I don't want other brides to get their hopes up for exceptional nails when they just rush through in order to get to the next customer. Absolutely THE BEST pedicure I've had in years! The leg massage went on forever and the paraffin wrap was soooo soothing! It even included a hot rock massage all for only $35!!! My gel nails were done at the same time which saved me tons of time. This was not only the best experience I've had but also the most value for my money.
