This is the best nail place I've ever been to. I would highly recommend to anybody that wants their nails done by true professionals

I started getting my nails done at nail Fx about 6 years ago. I use to come here regularly, about once a month, but since now that I have two small children, I don't get to come as often as I would like to. I went to get my nails done here a couple months ago, after neglecting my nails for about 2 years, and jade & tony (the owners), remembered me. They remembered everything; asking how my family was doing, work, my kids, etc. It was surprising how much they remembered after not seeing them for such a long time and it was definitely a good feeling. They really have great customer service, forming a personal bond with their clients and taking interest in their lives. Plus they do a great job on my nails! I've always had such a good experience here at nail Fx. My nails always come out looking great, and I'm always 100% satisfied. Wish I had the time to come here more often. I've ben seeing Jade and Tony for about 5 years. It has been the best pedi and mani that I've gotten in this area...EVER. Melina is my favorite when it comes to pedicures. I walked in at 5:15 ON A FRIDAY and very rudely the owner jade told me to she's not taking me even tho they close at 7 pm maybe because I'm younger or I'm not a regular but she was so rude about the situation I even called to ask what time they close before coming in. I have had my nails done for 35 years and by a variety of nail techs. I left my last salon after 5 years to come to Jade. I had seen work done on another patron and was extremely impressed by her nails. (She told me it was her third week...mine didn't look as good and were only four days old!). I asked where she got her nails done and she said Nail FX. Booked my appointment with Jade ...a true perfectionist. Each nail tip for the pink and whites are precise in measurement ...every edge exact...every cuticle edge perfect. (I could continue but anyone who gets their nails done gets the picture) Their shop is in Wesley Chapel. I live 25 miles away. With the quality and price...Doesn't matter...period! The shop is clean the staff is funny and social and if she could make my body look as good as my nails and toes I'd think I'd died and gone to Heaven..:) If you are trying to find someone that does beyond fantastic and is cheaper than most around...I know...I've been to the others...go to NAIL FX You will never be disappointed...(she is a perfectionist) read more

I tried them because they were close. Worst nail salon experience I've ever had. The equipment is old - spa chairs covered with duct tape to camouflage rips. The young girl did my pedicure and she did a great job. But, as she was doing my pedicure I listened to the owner's wife talk about her husband, who had just left to run to CVS FOR HER! He called while he was out to ask a question and when they hung up she began telling her customer how stupid he was, she calls him a fxxxxng asxxxxe. This was so unprofessional to be talking like this publically in the salon, especially with a new customer there. Her husband came back and he did my manicure. It was ok. I had french shellac and he was very careful to cover my natural tip with just a little bit showing on each nail - result - you could really see my natural tip after 5 days. On the 10th day after having my nails done, the shellac began peeling at the base. read more

I had a terrible experience today at a business I have frequented for the last 7 years. About every 2 to 3 weeks I get my nails done. She knew exactly how I like them and her prices were great. In all those years I was late twice (and only by about 10-15 minutes). On many occasions, I was on time but had to wait (sometimes 20 to 30 minutes) until she could see me. I had an appt but still had to wait. Today, I ran into unusual traffic surrounding a small accident, which caused me to be about 10 minutes late. I politely called to let them know, and that I would forgo polish so that she could get to her next appointment in time. I was given attitude on the phone and was told to "hurry up because she has a very busy day". Almost as if I was going to lollygag and get there when I felt like it. Of course I'm going to try and hurry. But I'm certainly not going past the limit because her time is so precious. I arrived and was happy at the fact that I was only 10 minutes late. They only had 1 client in the whole shop. As I walked in, her rude husband shook his head in disapproval and told me (while looking sternly over his glasses) that they would have to reschedule my appt. I was in shock. I mentioned that I've been going there for all those years & I've only been late twice. AND the many times that I was told to wait. She informed me (with quite the attitude and her hands on her hips) that she was running a business and her time was valuable. He then chimed in and said if I didn't like their attitude I could take my business elsewhere. At this point, I was already sitting at her station, so I promptly stood up and walked out. I immediately took down the reviews I gave them and put a NEW one up explaining how rude they are to their faithful customers. Why can't people just be nice and do the right thing?
