I have been a patron for many years and have yet to have a problem that wasen't easily rectified. The bouncers do an amazing job at keeping the riff raff in line. The dj's are always experienced. I have seen on rare ocasion staff disrespecting patrons but management keeps a very tight leash and i have seen bouncers get fired over an insult. read more

I used to go to this club all the time.... Especially when I first turned 18 because there are not many options for 18-20 year olds to go to in RI. I recently turned 21 and Halloween night was the first night I have been back to Colo in a very long time. It will be the last time I ever go to this club. I now know why I haven't been. First off the place is scummy. The girls bathrooms are absolutely disgusting. I was walking on puke and piss in there. The dance floor is filled with nasty and trashy people. Not saying everyone but most. I couldn't even dance with my boyfriend because everyone was trying to grab me soon as I would step away from him for a second. That stuff is kind of expected in a club but what really got me was how I was treated. After being served all night I went to get another drink. I stood at the bar for a good 15 minutes waiting. Finally some girl that was the bartender and appeared to be drunk asked for my ID. I already was carded at the door and had a bracelet. Confused I handed her my ID. She handed it back to me and said she couldn't serve me. I told her that I'm really 21, and she could ask me anything off my ID and I could tell her because it's mine and real. She still wouldn't serve me. She actually started swearing at me and telling me off which looked very trashy and unprofessional. I simply asked her to get someone I could talk to about this situation and she wouldn't. So I had to find security myself. I spoke to 2 guys who also appeared to be drunk. Finally I was brought by security to another bar in the club which was able to serve me. Turns out the man carding at the door stamped me with the wrong stamp which was a giant X meaning under 21. Mistakes happen but the girl at the bar could have simply told me nicely that I had the stamp that means no alcohol. That way I could have got it fixed by someone at the door. After a huge process of getting another drink I tried to enjoy myself and start dancing. I ended up seeing the man that carded me at the door. I explained to him what had happened and he checked my ID. He then told me he would fix my stamp. He never once said sorry and he too appeared to be intoxicated. I waited over 10 minutes for him to come fix my stamp... Go figure he never came back. I can't believe how I was treated and how this place is ran. I will not be coming back. read more

I was physically manhandled by the owner, who was acting as a bouncer (wanted to report his to a manager & found out he was the owner). I was with a band that was playing here & had just walked out with a guitar & mic stand & walked back in to get my purse & the bouncer grabs my whole arm from behind, physically stopping me in my tracks. There was absolutely no reason to grab me like that. I had been there since 8 p.m. & left at 1:30 am, and also visibly had wristbands on my bare arm for this venue, so I should have been recognized as someone who belonged there. I walked back in 30 seconds after walking out!! I tried to explain to him that physically grabbing me was not ok, & that tapping me on the shoulder or waving in front of my face would've been much more effective & he disagreed. He was really being an ass, pretending to placate me while insulting me. Then decided he was done & walked away WITHOUT acknowledging that he shouldn't have physically assaulted me just to get my attention. He tried to say I may have had a gun on me and have stormed in but.... literally I'm wearing a short sleeveless dress and have no bag on me. How could I have concealed a weapon??? I understand safety, but I really was not a hazard at that moment. I'm just not okay with the grabbing. There are other ways to get attention. I do not support this kind of treatment of people & I suggest if this happens to you, to definitely stand up for yourself. No man or woman should think it's okay to manhandle another. Please do not tolerate this kind of behavior. read more

It was great overall! I would def. come again. Its 18+ for ladies and 21+ for the fellas. $15 cover. The music is full of techno. Variety of people. The drinks weren't expensive but a little above normal price, but I think it was ok for the amount they gave. read more

There aren't much good clubs in RI to begin with but this one is probably one of the best ones. I have been here a few times. Friday nights and Saturday nights are the best days to go. Thursdays suck! I am under 21 so I can't drink but heard the drinking sucks anyways but I did get a water once and it was so over priced! I would have rather went to the sink and drank that water for how much I payed for a bottle of it. The guy at the front that checks your ID is so nice! He is always working and one of the nicest security guys there but the security is always so nice! none of them are rude or nasty when you need to ask a question about something. Upstairs is better and outside isn't bad, but a lot of smokers. The thing is if you don't dance with friends or having fun and your just standing there the guys wont ask you to dance! There are a lot of people who just stand around and don't dance which is pointless to come to a club and not dance. I usually go like right at 11pm to get in free which is a good idea because it usually sucks so bad I leave early and its not worth my $10 or $5 because I'm a student. I hate the music because its all techno and they always ruin a great song with that shit! I would recommend trying this club once but that's it, nothing too special. read more

I came here back in February on a Saturday with four others. We drove here from Boston because we couldn't find any 18+ clubs in the area. They might have changed their age policy since then though. We pre gamed heavily in the car before though so we'd be feeling good since we weren't going to be able to buy any drinks. Although, my definitely under 21 looking friend was able to buy a shot when a woman walking around selling them off a plate came by. Guess she didn't care lol. Also, you're not allowed to leave and came back so if you're going here under 21 and want to be drunk, I'd advise you drink enough beforehand or smuggle alcohol in nips or other small, easy to hide containers. My friend and I danced with two girls around our age. It was a favorable crowd if you're looking to dance with other people. The music was a good mix of modern day songs and good throwbacks. Will never go back! Came here on a Saturday night, and had a terrible experience. A bachelorette party was ahead of us and after we paid to get in a female bouncer yelled at myself and three friends I came with and began to start a fight with us saying that we were being disrespectful and that she was going to throw us out because they don't need our money, they only need the bachelorette party's money. This all from her yelling at us to go upstairs and us having to stop and wait behind the party of women ahead of us. this made the experience less enjoyable. Other bouncers were just as rude. Never had such a bad experience at a club before. Im not going back, like that bouncer said, they don't need my money. read more

By far the worst experience my friends and I have ever had. I stood by the exit door for less than 10 seconds patiently waiting for my friend who was on his way out, and the security guard falsely assumed I was trying to sneak in, even though I clearly had my wristband on, and he saw me walk past him seconds before. The security guard proceeded to get up from his chair, and started yelling get the f**k out, and started shoving me as I calmly tried to explaining the situation. My efforts appeared to further agitate him as he continued to only yell "get the f**k out now", and another security guard rushed over to assist in intimidating me out, as if I had started a fight. I have been to many bars and clubs, and I understand that sneaking in can be an issue, with that being said, how I was dealt with was extremely unprofessional. The security guards acted more like a street thugs about to jump me rather than a person there to help and make sure the venue is safe and secure for all. Besides the poor encounter with security, the place was filthy, and the dance floor was tiny. On top of that the entrance fee was outrageous considering it was not very busy. The only positive comment I have is the bartenders did a great job serving everybody quickly, and where friendly. I would advise people interested in trying this place out to avoid this place, save your money and go across the street to ANY of the other clubs or bars downtown. read more
