I still have my old PlayStation, Nintendo, Wii, etc. I get to play from time to time. Unfortunately, I can only play games I currently have. But lucky for me, Pink Gorilla Games has old games and game consoles and accessories. It's a small shop. They have PlayStation 1-4 games, Wii, Xbox games ranging from $20 onwards. The games are organized so you can easily find what you're looking for. The games and the consoles are used so double-check before you buy.

I was looking for a shop in Las Vegas that sells Pokemon cards, and upon entering Wii Play, I was amazed by the variety and quantity of cards available, from blind-bagged, beautiful rares to graded specimens--they were all there on display! Most importantly, the card selection was great, and I ended up leaving with quite a few handfuls of awesome foiled Pokemon cards. Their prices are fair, sticking within (sometimes below) the current market value or online listed prices. The friendly staff has a no-pressure selling attitude and gives you space to check the cards while also being knowledgeable enough to provide information and insight about your purchases. This has now become one of my go-to shops for Pokemon card hunting and impulse buying anime and gaming fandom merchandise. PS. Now I typically do not care as long as I really want the cards and i love supporting businesses with good ethics. But when I had asked the woman to see my cards, she had already passed a look to me. I told her that I wanted to see my cards, we could move to the side and that she could help the next customer behind me. I guess she had a hard time understanding what I meant, because she caught even bigger attitude when she asked "did you mean weren't ready when you wanted to look at your cards" in a very condescending tone. Okay, cool you finally understand me! I laughed out loud at the audacity, but I said to her again, "well i did say you could take the next customer so we could look at the cards" and she threw whatever was in her hands on the counter and called for the next customer. At that point I felt gross from her attitude so I just dropped everything and said "you know what, we're good I'm not getting shit here we're leaving" and yes, before I left I told my cousin that "no i'm not getting anything anymore, the lady is being a bitch" out loud so she could hear. not nice, no, but felt justified considering I was being judged for triple checking some overpriced cards. Never going back here and nor am i ever recommending anyone to come again. I had issues with attitude by this repeat woman but I always brushed it off. Nah, never again.

But, a day later, prices weren't up on their website for the booster box, I went into the store and asked about the store credit, the owner mentioned that the store credit was only $50, because they were gonna sell the boxes for $149.99. So I took the store credit anyway. No point arguing. Then, when they finally came up with the store pricing. It lists on their website for $120. Yeah, I get it, pricing fluctuates. But words should be kept. The website's and email's customer service is almost non-existent, I'd recommend calling them and asking questions if needed.

I bought a 3k laptop from this company a few 5 years ago apparently they don't sell parts so I had to send it the laptop and pay 100 diagnostic fee for a broken charging port they want me to pay them 1500 to replace the charging port because they say they have to put a new mother board but the mother board they are putting is 5 years old because it's the age of the laptop wich is very outdated now and doesn't cost only a few hundred dollars please do not buy from this company there customer service is terrible and they don't care about there customers at all its a scam and after I pay the 1500 they only guarantee the work for 3 months you can buy the same laptop brand new for 1700 and that has all the updated components with is way better than the laptop I have please do not use this company read more

I had an amazing experience at the Razer Store in Las Vegas! The Customer Service and staff were outstanding, especially the new manager, who was incredibly helpful. He facilitated an exchange for Christmas headphones I had received which I wasn't entirely fond of, and helped me pick out ones I loved even more. His knowledge of the store's products, willingness to go the extra mile, and wonderful attitude made this experience truly remarkable. You can bring your own (has to be RC not remote controlled cars from Target/Walmart etc) or you can rent different vehicles from them $15/hr. We rented and also got 2hrs of track time. We had a blast and we're going back soon to buy a RC truck. The shop is awesome too! I talked to Steve and he was super helpful and I could tell he loves this stuff. He helped us pick out the best one for our needs. They have other hobby projects also for all ages young and old. They have 3D printers also. Lots of parking and clean restrooms available. They sell drinks and snacks in case you need a little energy boost.

Mostly all we knew was we were tired of spending money on junk to only have it breakdown in a week or so. First thing you notice when you pull up to the store is the racetrack painted in the parking lot complete with several ramps. Guess what? It's free to use! 24/7! We went inside and we met with Floyd ceiling RC cars, parts accessories everywhere! It was exciting to see just how far this rabbit hole could go! In another section of the store stem-centric toys (like science kits and build your own RC Lego cars) and another section is dedicated to 3-D printing. Still further in are three indoor tracks that you pay for time on. One is a super fast carpeted racetrack, and then there are two rock crawling tracks one for minis and one for regular cars. Dotted throughout the store are numerous arcade games that are free to play. All of that sounds awesome enough, but the friendly staff are amazingly knowledgeable and endlessly helpful. They don't make you feel like idiots for not knowing everything they do. They really are friendly and I've already spent a small fortune there!

Also included (because they are so nice) was a phone charger case. 250 dollars....but for you....blah blah. Phone charger case is ok....eh. Not worth the money as there are equal quality less expensive options. However at least they still work. My best friends charging phone case stopped worked a few days after she got home. She is still trying to get the $20.00 lifetime replacement charger. They "include" these plastic cards that are "warranty's"...but no where on their "website" will allow you to register. Buyer Beware. I expect more faceless positive reviews after I post this. My advice....stay away. Scammers.

After waiting several business days with no refund, I had to file a dispute with my credit card company to recover my money. I recommend that other customers carefully review any charges and not rely on verbal refund promises. Keep all documentation.

However, this was my last time shopping at The Awesome Card Shop. I bought 6 packs of 2018 Bowman Platinum fat packs totalling over $450. When I went to pick up the packs, I asked the cashier if they could throw in a box of top loaders and she said "Sorry, I can't do that." Shocked at her answer I replied "Really?! Even after spending $450+ on product? You guys usually do." She replied with the same response. I left the store feeling annoyed and unappreciated. You think a local card shop would have better business sense when it comes to customer retention. I guess it's just Legacy Card Shop from now on.

I would come back to awesome card shop since they have so many boxes of One Piece as well as a bunch of basketball boxes and packs.
