Really great customer service. Wanted to buy the pink Razerbook laptop(1TB), and I had purchased it online the night before I was about to leave for a trip. I didn't think it would be ready in time and had planned to just pick it up when I got home from vacation, but I was contacted immediately and it was ready to pick up the next morning. The online response was quick, letting me know they had the item in stock, and the store's response was also great, as they had the product ready for me to pick up in less than an hour. I was able to jet down to the store real quick right before my flight and get my laptop, so it was nice having it with me on vacation! The Razerbook is a great product, I've been able to game on it, along with doing college work. The screen is also touchscreen, which was a nice surprise cause I didn't actually read the description for it, I just wanted a pink laptop. read more

Employees are incompetent and don't know their own products. They only want your money and don't care about your gaming experience. Purchased a wireless mouse from here. When I went to pay, the sales woman recommended I purchase the docking station and could do a bundle to save me a few bucks. She was just trying to upsell me and unfortunately succeeded. Turns out the docking station is incompatible with the mouse I bought. I was in Vegas for a vacation and can't return the docking station. Very disappointing read more

Did y'all see those lights!!! This store had a grand opening about a month ago, but we just recently found out that there was a Razer store in Las Vegas. Apparently, the only other retail store in the US is in San Francisco. I'm not really understanding why they would choose to open at The Linq Promenade, but not everything in Vegas makes sense. Don't know much about this stuff since I'm not a gamer, but from what my husband tells me, Razer makes good computers, keyboards and mice. Yep, he really likes those keyboards that make a lot of noise. The store was clean, organized and oh so pretty with those colorful lights! The employees were friendly and knowledgeable about their products. Expensive, but I guess you gotta pay to play. Definitely a cool store to check out if you're living that RGB life! read more

Came here for the Grand Opening, and they gave out goodie bags for attendees! It was a wonderful grand opening full of people happy and enthusiastic about Razer. This is even bigger than the San Francisco flagship store! There's a second floor, where a DJ was playing music, and it was super cool to look down from the balcony onto the whole atmosphere of people in the store. We also got to test and play on the computer stations. Boyfriend and I were playing as a team on Overwatch, and at one point while I was playing as Mercy, my gaming was being showcased on the big screen in the store! It was a pretty cool feeling, and to feel like I was part of a community at Razer. There was also a huge giveaway, but we were unable to stay around for that. It was all very fun, and we had a great time at the new Razer store. What an amazing addition to the LINQ Promenade, especially with esports becoming a bigger and bigger attraction to gamble on in the Vegas scene. read more

I really enjoyed coming to this place. The employees were very nice and informative with the electronics. I ended up getting the Razer Blade 15" (GeForce 2060). It's definitely on the higher end of gaming laptops but it was worth the purchase. Though, I wasn't able to buy a protection sleeve or backpack as I didn't have enough money to buy more things lol. The razer store displays pretty much all of their products, seeing all of the chrome lights makes you feel like you're in a razer store. The staff is friendly and very helpful, they gave us tips and informed us on a variety of peripherals that suited us very well. A definite recommendation from me. read more

The E key on the new Razer Blade 15 laptop has a problem, so I called Amazon and was given Razer's support number (855) 872-5233 and was on hold for one hour and twelve minutes. The gentleman I spoke with at Razer was named Francis, Francis was very polite and respectful. Francis told me to call Amazon back and request that the laptop be replaced by Amazon because I was still with in the thirty day window. So I called Amazon back and was told that they could not replace it because they no longer have any of the same model that I purchased. I only ask to have the laptop replaced with same or better model. I believe that is only fair. I did not purchase it, only to have it returned and my money refunded. I don't understand why I was asked to just accept that over and over again. I do not want to complain about how I first I called Amazon by phone then I was disconnected and could no longer connect to them thru there online app. so I started a chat and was online chatting for well over 3.5 hours with Amazon. I had 3 different people come in to the chat. All of them telling me the best they could do was refund my money. The model Razer Blade that I purchased was on sale for $1099. 99. I did see a same model as the one I bought offered by a different retailer on Amazon for more then what I spent for mine. So if I accepted the refund and purchased that same model I would have to pay more. Amazon knows this and still I was asked to accept the refund. I had to explain this over and over again to all three different person that joined the chat. Look I get it Amazon wanted me to just roll over and accept there offer. I am service connected disabled American veteran and I didn't get that way from giving up and rolling over. I will not budge, so the last guy in the chat (Jack Daniel) told me a new team of people will contact me by phone tomorrow at 9:00 PM. That is 24 hours from now. This story is not over and I will get satisfaction! I am firm and fair, let us see if Amazon has guts enough to be the same. Updated: August 10th 2020 OK, so I did get a replacement from Amazon, but they never contacted me. July 24, 2020 the model I purchased was back on sale for what I paid and they had stock, so I did get mine replaced. Amazon never tried to contact me, but Razer did. I only wish Razer would offer a 30 day return window for all there products instead of there 14 day return window, plus Amazon always has better deals on Razer products. I changed my review to 4 stars instead of just one, and I would have given a 5 star review had I not had a bit of a run around getting help. I am still a big fan of Razer Products, but from what I have read online Razer has had a bad rep for customer service. I pray and hope that I get run on my new 2019 Razer Blade 15 basic. Be Mindful! I went to Vegas for my 21st, and my Corsair headset started bugging out after 3 years of wear and tear. Came to this store to try and buy something as a gift for myself and talked to one of the employees about the best purchase. Of course, he showed me one of the more expensive ones, but figured as long as it works spending some extra money was worth it. I get back from Vegas, and not only does the headset mic not work, but if it manages to catch audio it becomes distorted and breaks frequently. Needless to say, I wasn't happy about troubleshooting a brand-new headset fresh out of the box. The best part about this is when I tried to return it, I can't do it by mail, only going back to the physical store with the Receipt. Talk about a cheap sales tactic, going online to the main website didn't help they just told me to deal with the store. The store then ghosted me for multiple weeks after saying "Send us an email", so of course I couldn't return it nor did the bank refund me due to the fact I used a debit card. Even when I mentioned shipping it back to return it, they dared to say I needed to pay for shipping for a return. Needless to say, don't buy from here, as much as it would be nice to buy more Razer products I doubt I'll be buying something from them again. read more
