Isn't open 30 minutes after time advertised on website. Completely wasting their customers time.

I bought a stationary bike. It arrived in a beat up package…read moreand upside down. It broke within 2 months. It took multiple explanations to multiple people for them to even believe me that the product was broken. Their solution was for me to bring it back to the store. I told them I don't have a pickup truck and I'm one person so how am I going to do that (I ordered online from their store and it was delivered to me) They had no help and just told me to do it. So I'm stuck with this broken bike and if I want to return it I have to make a friend with a pickup truck or hire an outside person to help me return the damn thing EVEN WHEN IT BROKE WITHIN THEIR WARRANTY. The whole reason I bought from a local store was so I could try out the bike in store and hopefully it would be easier to return to a local store than Amazon. (They also only had 2 bikes to try in the ENTIRE store, making that a waste of a trip). I was wrong. Just order from Amazon, you can use their Pilot program to pickup your bike if it breaks. Here at Dick's (which should have better customer service) they live up to their name and suggest you figure it out and bring it back yourself, even if you're disabled, live alone, and don't have a pickup truck. Thank you for NOTHING Dick's Sporting Goods. I will never be back.

To add on to the quality, I was then shown the current coupons and even had them applied for me to further discount what I was purchasing. Great experience, tremendous prices, and even better help in store!

I can't really say too much about this company either bad , or good. I've only bought one item from…read morethem(a DVD) other than that I've only browsed their inventory for the most part, recently asked to see a barrel for a build. The guy who showed it to me was accommodating enough. I chose not to purchase it, upwards of $300 was a bit out of my budget. found one with the same specs online for about half the price and got a little more knocked off as a veteran's discount. Pros they offer a discount to Military, Vets and LEO etc., As good of customer service as you can expect. Cons Prices are a bit high, but hey if you want quality.....Also they seem to cater more to the Tactifool community than anyone else. I'd like to see more items for AR platforms and less apparel, though I got my eye on that M-65, just for nostalgia.

It has now been 20 days since the order was paid and processed...a label was created 10 days later...that is where it has sat since, UPS has not received the package (shipping billed at $33.90), I have reached out to them after 17 days and was told: "They are working through them as quickly as possible. I was advised it will ship by the end of the week." I checked, today being the end of the business week...UPS has not received the package. This happened with my previous purchase, it ended up taking 1.5 months. I thought that I would give them another shot, since it has been a year, yet same crap, different day. Avoid this place like the Plague, if it were free shipping, I'd cut them them some slack...but paying that much to have crap service...not acceptable. CS doesn't even offer apologies or anything, I'm sure that she (or AI) is tired of taking the anger of all of the unhappy customers, with no real explanations to offer. Do yourself a huge favor- select ANYONE else, the customer service and lack of stress in trying to get your order in your hands is WELL WORTH IT!

Excellent spot for apparel and accessories for the outdoor enthusiast or those who simply want to…read morelook like they spend time in the great outdoors. Alpine Shop is a local business with multiple locations in the St. Louis area. Intrigued by the array of brands offered, and needing warm clothing and layering pieces for the months ahead, I decided to stop into the Chesterfield location, located in a large strip mall near Barnes & Noble. The store is well merchandised and the staff are knowledgeable and helpful, even going out of their way to call to another location to order a Kuhl fleece vest that I was looking at that was not in stock in my size at the Chesterfield location. It is not easy to find Kuhl apparel and the selection here rivals that on Amazon. In addition to the vest, I ended up purchasing a pair of Smartwool fleece-lined leggings, along with a couple of long-sleeved layering tops. After doing a major coat closet purge earlier this season, I was in need of hats. Alpine Shop delivered, as I managed to score a coal gray hat with a decorative pompom detail, and another, oatmeal hat that is fleece-lined and also features a pompom--perfect to pair with my Canada Goose or Moose Knuckles parkas when the temperatures plummet. The area near the cash register also features handy guides and checklists on packing for skiing, hiking, and camping trips. While the pieces I got are not the most fashion-y variety, I know they will stand the test of time and be wardrobe workhorses to keep me toasty in the bone-chilling cold of a Chicago winter.

Great service. Excellent selection. Fair prices. I always have a good experience here.read more

They were marked the appropriate size, but the toe box is uncharacteristically narrow. The "factory store" wouldn't take them in exchange for a different pair, because I'd purchased them too long ago at Kohl's. I don't know the relationship between the store and the factory, but if it's truly manufacturer owned, then I don't understand why they wouldn't stand behind their brand. If they're not manufacturer owned, then their name is misleading. Either way, I found it disappointing, as a longtime Sketcher consumer, that the purported "factory outlet" wouldn't offer a trade for shoes which were clearly in new condition and uncharacteristically sized, causing pain. Incidentally, I offered these Sketchers to family members who wear the same size shoes, for free, and they were returned to me with comments that they didn't fit. This is disappointing and expensive. In my opinion, it is bad factory policy one way or another. Also, I purchased 3 new pairs of shoes at that visit. The shoes are good, but it seems that the purported "factory" doesn't stand behind them.

Normally I go to Rack Room shoes for my sneakers but when I saw an actual Skechers store it made sense to go there since I was buying brand specific. Since stores like Rack Room carry so many brands their inventory is limited so it was great to go to an actual Skechers and see all they have to offer. They have everything from sneakers to dress shoes and everything in between. One of the best surprises was the slip on options. Denim, leather, pleather all in a variety of colors. I'm glad I found this place.
