The guy who showed it to me was accommodating enough. I chose not to purchase it, upwards of $300 was a bit out of my budget. found one with the same specs online for about half the price and got a little more knocked off as a veteran's discount. Pros they offer a discount to Military, Vets and LEO etc., As good of customer service as you can expect. Cons Prices are a bit high, but hey if you want quality.....Also they seem to cater more to the Tactifool community than anyone else. Shipping label was purchased on 7/24 and tracking number provided. As of 7/29 the shipping company had not received my package to ship. I get daily spam emails from this company 3x a day and nearly all of them advertise the same item I purchased as "in stock". Not sure if this site is a complete scam but it's certainly operated like shit. I requested a cancelation 7/29 and was told they would cancel order. Today is 8/6 and item has still not shipped and i have received no refund. I'll be calling Visa to file a claim. I am not a fan at all...I have purchased bulk ammo from them twice...I am currently awaiting my 2nd (and final) order from them. It has now been 20 days since the order was paid and processed...a label was created 10 days later...that is where it has sat since, UPS has not received the package (shipping billed at $33.90), I have reached out to them after 17 days and was told: "They are working through them as quickly as possible. I was advised it will ship by the end of the week." I checked, today being the end of the business week...UPS has not received the package. This happened with my previous purchase, it ended up taking 1.5 months. I thought that I would give them another shot, since it has been a year, yet same crap, different day. I wish they were more honest regarding their stated shipping times. After a total of 5 orders so far, only one order arrived within their stated time frame. In my experience, if their site says "In Stock" and "Ships in 3 to 5 days" it really means 3 to 5 weeks. I did have an email exchange with "Rachel" (Tacticalshit customer service) who stated they were extremely busy. I had one order in particular that had not shipped in 3 weeks. I reached out to see if there was a problem and was informed they were behind and trying to fill order as fast as possible. I then ordered the same product from one of their competitors and received that order in 4 days. It was nearly 5 weeks before I received my complete tactical shit order. If you need ammo for a scheduled match/event, do not rely on their stated ship times. It may be better to pay a little extra and get the item you ordered within a reasonable time. I have been told that they list items as in stock and they do not actually have in stock, that the shipping delays are due to them waiting on their next shipment of the item. I am unsure if this is true, but if you look at their reviews, there is a consistent report of delayed shipping. read more

Purchased PMC X-TAC 5.56NATO Rifle Ammo on Jan 26, 2024. Product was listed as "In Stock" with a 2-4 Day turnaround for shipping. Sent an email requesting status on Feb 7th, no response. Sent an email requesting status on Feb 9th, and received a response on the 11th stating that they were understaffed and my order had been delayed so the company could give preference to California customers due to the injunction on ammo laws. I was told my order would ship the following week. Sent an email requesting status on Feb 15th requesting tracking. No response. Sent an email requesting status on Feb 16th requesting my order be refunded or shipped immediately. On Feb 19th I received an email with just a tracking number, no apologies for delays or explanations. I reached out to the customer service number at least 45 times for status on my order and no calls or voicemails were returned. I will NEVER do business with this company again. Not sure what they are up to, but they had no issue charging my card the day I placed this order. They advertised a 2-4 Day turnaround, and they took 21 days to ship. Incredibly poor customer service. Charged my card immediately, not at the point the goods were shipped. Honestly, the biggest burn here is the blatantly misleading information they provided coupled with them having no issue telling me that California orders placed after mine had become a priority. Sorry, if you live in California, that's your choice but this company seems to think that they are doing the world a favor by pandering to customers in that state. I highly suspect that this company takes and charges people for orders until they have enough cash to make bulk discount orders to the manufacturers they represent. Here it's now 23 April and I still haven't received even a shipment tracking email. TS purports to be too busy to quickly respond to customers (ships 600 - 700 cases of ammo a day? I doubt it.) but I have business with many other suppliers which are much bigger and better known and they have highly responsive and effective customer service. Great staff huge variety of stock everyone is on the same page but has their own set of skills to help you find anything tactical or firearm related they also have training classes that offer discounts on gear or supplies related to the the class they don't have it they know where to get it and get it shipped quickly .
