It was not until I opened my trunk at the Domain that realized that I had gotten large socks instead of medium one. Good news...there was another Lululemon at the Domain. As I walked into Lululemon Domain, I immediately noticed that the store was densely packed with customers and a long check-out line. In order to defer the long, meandering check-out line, I decided to check the sales racks. While the Domain store had a larger variety of sales items, I did not find any item I wanted to purchase. By the time, I finished combing through the sales racks, the line had decreased. After scanning the SKU#, the sales associate said she was able to locate 9 pairs of socks in store. Then she went off to secure one of the nine sets of socks. In no time, she came back with the size medium socks. She rang me up rather quickly and offered me reusable shopping bag. This was an even exchange at $0 cost to me. In addition, I was captivated by the big screen behind the registers. As a side note, I love their reusable bags. Often, I carry my gym items in the Lululemon bags. You can use them as a lunch bag, grocery shopping bag or on a picnic. They are extremely portable. My sales associate gave me one of the new designs in red.

This store has an easy-to-follow layout, but I noticed it is different from the others in Austin. Curious. Most of the displays were in good condition, and the clothing was in good order, easy to find sizes. I noticed there were places in the store with large open floor areas. It looked very odd. You can see it in my photos. The floor isn't very attractive, so it really stands out. I saw a few employees walking around the floor, but no one approached me to see if I needed any help. In all, there's nothing special about this location. It's your average Old Navy.

Stopped in here and selection seemed limited from what I am used to seeing. But really the kicker was that no one spoke to me the entire time I looked around. They helped the other person shopping- told her about the sale, started a dressing room, etc, but I felt invisible. It was just so odd because I typically have the opposite experience at Loft stores. I went today to buy my Spring wardrobe and walked out with nothing entirely based on the service. I was in the store a total of 20 minutes and picked out a few items. Both salespeople were behind the counter talking. After waiting for awhile to interject on the 2 sales people's loud conversation about whether skinny jeans were for older women & out of style I asked about a specific item I saw online. They did not have it in store and started to offer to order it for me. Instead of following through with the order they went on a tangent amongst themselves about how THEY didn't even get their discount on that particular (Beach) line. I stood there about few minutes listening to them talk about the discount percentages they got on everything else. As a customer I should not hear this conversation, nor do I care one bit about their discount when I'm paying full price for items. I set my items down and walked away, thinking one of them would snap back to the task at hand which was helping me, as a customer. As I walked out I heard one of them say robotically, "have a nice day". I went back in and told them both exactly why I would never spend money in that location again to help them achieve their daily sales goals. As a customer we have options where & how we spend our money. Sadly, I will stick to online to avoid crap in store service.

Finally I waved a young guy down at the dressing room, but the young kid walked up to me, said hold on and pulled out his phone and started scrolling on his phone. I finally said " Excuse me I just need to pick up an order. He goes " Oh..." and just stood there continuing to scroll a bit longer before finally walking back to get my order. When he finally brought it back a few minutes later I told him I did need to try them on before I left, and asked for a dressing room. He said ok you're gonna have to wait. Mind you there was a cluster of people in line behind me waiting. I told him there was an empty dressing room right behind him, to which he just moved out of the way and stood there, before another girl finally walked up and opened the door for me before she rolled her eyes and walked away. I tried the jeans on, but sizing was way off. When I tried them on they fit like they were 2 sizes too big. The was the beginning of the teenage staff being beyond rude. While still in the dressing room I asked the same girl that let me in the dressing room if they had the jeans in stock in a smaller size. She asked zero questions, disappeared for a minute, came back and asked which ones they were again. Then stood there and stared at me like I was speaking a foreign language. I asked if she wanted to see the picture, and she said "sure" then proceeded to look it up on a tablet type thing. She didn't ask what size I needed and walked off again. Came back literally 10 seconds later and said " we don't have them..also you can't switch them out today you will have to come back tomorrow or something during another shift." When I asked why I needed to come all the way back another day she said " because we need 24 hours before we can switch them out for you they don't even show them in our system." Rolled her eyes again and walked away. Not sure how she looked them up in my size without asking for my size. I then proceeded to find them myself in my size. When I got to the front counter a different girl proceeded to check me out. I cannot explain how many times she just stared at me blankly after asking me a question and getting an answer or being asked a question. At one point I asked her about the 24 hour thing and she just stared at me for a very uncomfortably long time before shrugging her shoulders and saying idk but I can switch them. My encounter at this store was not only uncomfortable, and awkward but whoever is hiring the employees needs to reconsider the age requirement in which they are seeking out their employees. These kids obviously don't want to work, have no respect for anyone, and don't know how to provide customer service. The Gen Z stare I received from 2 employees yesterday was so uncomfortable I thought about asking both of them if they were ok. Definitely don't recommend this store until they get new employees, not to mention the store is always a mess in the front. Not sure what any of the employees actually do.

The location is Round Rock is extremely new and functions like their pop-up locations. There is a ton of deals on great clothes at markdowns that you cannot scoff at. I left with a pair of shorts for myself and a top for my girlfriend that she wanted at less than $100 which is rare for lululemon products. Since the place had just opened it was absolutely packed to the brim and the line almost wrapped around the store. It felt like I was fighting with people to look at merchandise because they would hog up areas. I think it's just a kink with the store just opening. It's cool to have a place like this nearby because I think a true lululemon (not an outlet) would be extremely successful in Round Rock because so many people in Hutto, Georgetown, and Round Rock would go to it vs having to drive into Austin for their athletica. She…read morewas continually talking to us to the point where i could barley talk to my friend. we tried to walk around the store but she continued to follow us around recommending clothing and pointing out obvious things on the tag such as " if you want a low rise shirt, look on the tag for the word low rise". the last time i came here the same employee acted that way towards me and my mom. i didn't catch her name but she had glasses and a side part that day with blond hair. this costumer service made us leave the store early with out fully looking around the store
