We came to Ultimate Foot Store to check out insoles for my husband and myself. The workers there…read morewere pretty helpful. We actually went there for me to get new insoles for my shoes. It was just lucky that they were having a sale. It was like 25% off Dr Morris's brand. I asked the salesperson if they could find the exact insole that I had in my shoe. They told me which one would work best for Dr Morris's brand. They checked and there was none in stock. So disappointing. My husband thought it was a good idea to get insoles for himself. He found a pair for himself with Dr Morris's brand. They said my size was very popular and that's why it was out. They said that I could leave my name and phone number and they would call me when it was in. I think they called me once but this store isn't really convenient to where I live or work so I wasn't able to get it. When I had a free moment to get it again, it was out of stock again. I called this time just so I would not waste a trip driving out there. They still didn't have. The other store had the brand name one but Dr Morris's one is cheaper even without the discount. Hopefully they will get more of those size 7 Met insoles in stock for Dr Morris's brand. I have a brand pair of shoes coming soon.

Redeeming rewards does have its benefits though since they didn't have my size in town I love the convenience of checking online to see that they did have my size here in Kaneohe. Love to take the drive out here as it's just so quite and nice besides I didn't get a chance to visit the newest addition to this Windward Mall location on the second floor and found it nice as it's obviously new though the inventory is up too high here as what they have in the reachable area is very limited to I had to ask for help to reach the very tippy top box which the staff was more than helpful to do so but would be nice if I would be able to try it on my own as I already knew exactly what I wanted but if I didn't know and had to keep asking for assistance that would be a bit annoying for me personally as I like to do it at my leisure. The deal was fabulous as I earned double points and had bonus $5 credit on top of the sale price it was well worth the drive and to get the exact pair that I really wanted. Thank you!

Those were the most memorable places because they had AKSHON! Cosmic candies was another memorable spot! I think when they closed down, that's when the mall changed! Afterwards, kids grew up, adults got angrier, teens dispersed and Kaneohe no longer was FAMILY! It opened up to a new generation. Yet, they still have this mall. Constant changes, new businesses every 3-5 years. None that sticks around. Only a handful didn't leave. Let's hope this place can become a family place again.

Everything from frame up rebuilding to any repair you might think of. Mike is really thorough in everything he does and it definitely shows in his work. He makes sure the customer is happy and takes pride in his work, which is not a given nowadays. I brought my bike in to have some work done with a front fork once and a broken spoke recently. I'm always impressed and very pleased how it was professionally repaired, very meticulous and knowledgeable. This Windward Mall location is located on the second floor and since I was looking for a specific item the staff here is just fabulous as I did find something but asked if there was anything similar for me to compare with. There are a couple other locations Pearlridge and Kapolei but I came to here as I had other errands to do in Kaneohe and had some Torrid cash to use which is useable with $50 purchase though mine was $49.50 and feels like it's done on purpose (just kidding) but is so frustrating is my only complaint as I felt like was forced to purchase another unneeded item just for the deal. Regardless it's a deal and found what I needed but hope that I will use the forced item and not for it to be wasted as I hate to do so and am trying to downsize and purge items that doesn't go with my vibe.
