My review did not reflect that as well as I wanted it to show. That said, after speaking with the technician, they are reducing some of the installation cost and replacing the deadbolt with a thinner profile at no extra charge. I should have called them first, instead of venting online. Thus the reason I don't like the ability to write quick reviews. I would definitely reccomend this company to you for your locksmith needs. Just be sure to confirm the cost before agreeing to the work so that you are not surprised. Again, the technician was professional, kind, and easy to work with. His work was done well and we are happy with the functionality and quality of the locks. I really appreciated the fact that he took time to listen to my concerns and offer good advice without trying to upsale me to more expensive locks than I needed. Again, after calling them and talking through my frustrations at the total cost, they showed kindness and concern when they could have blown me off and not cared. A high quality locksmith with quality products is not cheap, but in the long run will be worth the cost. I will definitely be calling them back for any future locksmith needs.

I scheduled for the 2-4pm time frame for someone to come and give me a free estimate, and two guys showed up at 1:53pm. I was surprised, because I was told I would get a text, but I didn't. It didn't work in their system for some reason, I saw him try in front of me. But it was a pleasant surprise, I was available! Their names were Elmer and Kingston. They assessed the door, told me what they would have to do to fix it, gave me the honest price point, and asked me whether I wanted to hold off or have it done immediately. I decide to just get it done, and so I asked them to hold on for me to secure my cats so they wouldn't run outside. They literally had to take the door off of the hinges! They used that time to go grab tools and a patiently waited for me to let them know when my cats were secured. The job didn't take that long, I didn't actually time it.... Maybe about 40 minutes? They were efficient and really did their thing. So now, my door is fixed and I'm ready to go on vacation. They aren't the closest geographically, but they do serve the entire area. I have a 2005 Merz, a great little car I've bought for my teenage son. One day, the key died. I'm…read morenot complaining, it was nearly 20 years old. But I was shocked when the dealership asked for several hundreds to make a new key. I would have to leave the car there, they would "test" it, then program a new key etc. etc. I forgot an exact amount, but the quote was in $500-700 range. I called my (great) mechanic who specializes in German cars, he said he would search aftermarket. The news weren't great either. Something like $250 only for the fob. Plus programming. Phew. Then a friend recommended the US Locksmith LLC, and we hit a lottery. Yonni came to our house and it took 30-40 minutes for him to program the key for a fraction of the cost, and it was a GENUINE Mercedes key, not even aftermarket! And it was a pleasure to meet Yonni and chat with him, he's a great guy. The key has been working perfectly, and it's been several months. Highly recommend!
