Love this theater. If you get a seat upstairs, there is beer and wine available. The pizza is also yummy and you can buy 1/2!

Great place for pizza and movies at a reasonable price. My family comes here at least twice monthly.

They had me at couches. Really. There are couches to sit on. Add wine, fine pizza, fun atmosphere. Great value.

We order a half of a pizza and sit up in the balcony where we can get beer to go along with our pizza.

Big parking lot and easy access from Leif Erikson Dr. We just wanted a quick few bites before leaving Astoria. From the people eating there, looks like this is a place for locals. The youthful staff are friendly. P grabbed a deluxe burger a la carte so he could help me finish. No sauce cuz we're not into condiments and I got a basket of curly fries. The fries are nicely seasoned and perfectly crispy. P said his burger was good. Between us it was just the right amount of food and prices are pretty reasonable to boot.

The cooks and the drive in person and everyone waiting for a takeout order knows how she feels: She is saying it very loudly. We know how she feels about her sidework (she's not doing it.) we know how she feels about the phones. (She's not answering them.) We also know how she feels about the woman who is opening in the morning. (She doesn't like her) The woman at the front counter does not care that I have never been here before or that I still have 42 minutes before their 9 o clock closing time or that a menu is not readily available- she wants to know what I want to order NOW. I am waiting for a "pizza" as I was rushed into ordering something and am not sure what they have available without the menu she is unwilling to give me. I hope there is pepperoni on it, but I was scared to ask. I am giving this place two stars before even trying the food (not sure I want it if the food mirrors her attitude) because she is terrifying and I am scared what will happen if I only give her one. Hey lady, I get you don't want to be here. Everyone gets you don't want to be here. But chill. And give the sweet young man who brought my pizza to me the 30% tip I gave you on a carry out order.

The folks that both work here and eat and drink here are so inviting and kind, and you can tell there's a huge sense of community here. The food... genuinely some of the best pizza i've ever had! My friend and I shared the Pesto Pizza, as well as the chicken and waffles and they were both amazing. Beyond the rolling fog of the Pacific and tucked within the historic charm of Astoria, lies a sanctuary of pure and unadulterated (maybe a little bit of adulterated) perfection. It is called Xanadu, and it is quite possibly the most beautiful display of queer community I have seen in years. I have traveled across the nation and spent time in countless queer spaces from coast to coast, yet Xanadu stands in a league of its own. Imagine a world where the staff and the patrons exist in a state of authentic joy. There is no drama in sight. There are no pretenses. It is a place where people gather for the simple pleasure of a shared laugh and genuine connection. The atmosphere is vibrant and fun, but it is the people who truly make it shine. The staff goes above and beyond to ensure every guest feels like they belong to something meaningful. And then, there is the pizza. It is genuinely quick, thicc and fantastic! It provides the perfect fuel for an evening of celebration. In a world that often feels fractured, Xanadu offers a beautiful symphony of community and warmth. It has earned a permanent place in my heart and I cannot recommend it enough to anyone seeking a slice of heaven on the coast. If you find yourself in Astoria, do not pass this door by. You might just find the secret to happiness hidden right inside. Special shoutout to Josh and Brandon!!!

Very popular since most of the onsite seating were occupied (6/20/25). No surprise after glancing at their menu, easily I could gravitate towards several of their sandwiches. Lots of merch and deli items are also available to select from. I ended up ordering a half pound of proscuitto (0.52 lb for $17.67). This was carefully sliced thin, packaged, and wrapped carefully, which was duly noted and greatly appreciated. We paused at window counter seats and had to sample the purchase before departing. Absolutely delicious! Helped elevate a meal the next day too. I may have to return to indulge in one of their Italian sandwiches. Update: we did return to dine onsite at the same window counter seats (6/22/25). The Homie had the Hot Meatball ($14). Meaty with zesty sauce. I had the Salami Panini ($12), which reminded me of a fave Italian panini at Irwin's Bakery & Cafe in Seattle. Both were fantastic, hit the spot, clean plate club worthy, and definitely no takeout boxes needed! Gaetano's Market & Deli, a terrific find in Astoria!
