Over the past two years, she's learned so much--she can count to 20, recognize letters and their sounds, and has developed a wonderfully expressive vocabulary. Beyond literacy and numeracy skills, TNP has given her essential emotional tools: she's learned how to recognize and regulate big feelings with breathing techniques and gentle guidance. She's even started potty training with confidence! From day one, the care and thoughtfulness have been evident. As a baby, she was fed every 3 hours and given all the cuddles and comfort she needed. Now, she enjoys 3 healthy meals a day provided by the daycare. (Truly an unexpected bonus given how affordable the daycare is!) She's also soaking up Spanish too! The variety of activities keeps her engaged and happy--community walks, sprinkler time in the summer, music and art classes, and plenty of free play. She's learned manners, how to take turns, and how to be a respectful friend. She's built a sweet circle of friends she enjoys seeing outside of daycare, too. And i listened to it. They have helped me in so many ways, it's like Im dropping him off to my sisters house. He's comfortable there and cared for. As a first time parent, it's not easy to let your little one go and put them in the care of someone else's arms. But i would choose them over and over again. All the teachers knew both my boys personally and would communicate daily about their milestones. The admin team at the time of Ms. Erica and Mr. Richard were also phenomenal. They communicated effectively, and despite running a school with so many young people, knew my boys well! TLE felt like a home away from home. We had traveled to the daycare/3K site and only left to be closer to home and have less of a commute. This woman has harassed us multiple times after asking to please stop, with text messages and calling my husband at work. This would be infuriating to anyone and is completely unacceptable. My daughter was only there for FOUR days and she is making these remarks since her third day there, attending part time. This provider should learn more on separation anxiety, the use of walkers in her daycare, and TV usage on kids. As a daycare provider, she should be more aware of the American Association of Pediatrics (AAP). TV usage is not recommended for infants, such as walkers, and maybe learn a thing or two on what separation anxiety is and how to help a child and parent cope. I dont recommend this place unless your newborn, infant, or toddler is independent, and doesn't cry. She is lazy and just wants a paycheck, if you have too much to say about the welfare of your child, she calls you demanding. This woman is rude and I can not believe she is in the field of working with children. Edit to add: Also, she doesn't respect my daughters allergies. During the interview process , I told her my daughter can not consume dairy, and has a special formula called Nutramigen, that I provided. She gave my daughter yogurt and cheese and who knows what else. And when I tried to explain to her that it was medically necessary, she asked me how would I know that if I never tried. My daughter was very sick from CMA very early on, so for her to question me over what my daughter has to eat, was a little alarming. This lady needs a lot more education on kids. I am enraged and disappointed in this daycare. I would never recommend this place. I have copies from the registration process where it was written to you that she is in on a special formula due to dairy allergy. I also have text messages and photo of my daughter in a walker and asked you to take her out because there is risk of dangers and you said no, its okay because i am watching her and its good for her legs. So please do not write here, that you do follow the recommendations of AAP , because when I mentioned it to you and my husband, you had no idea what that even was. With the milk allergy, you didn't even understand what I was telling you. You are very misinformed and will come up with excuses to save yourself. You need to be able to listen to parents. You talk over me and expect someone to still be patient. You call someone demanding, when you do not like what has to be said. My daughters schedule is different from the other children because she is still an infant and takes two naps a day and drinks formula every 4 hours as well as solids at different times. These were things all discussed during the interview process and nap times and meal times were written as well. This is all in copies from the registration process. If the provider did not agree with this, she could have let us know at the time of the registration. I had to bring an updated copy of the schedule to explicitly let her know that she can not consume dairy. She never asked for a different letter about her dairy allergy although it was mentioned multiple times during the interview by my husband and I. Her formula is prescribed and covered by insurance because it medically necessary. Our daughters lunch and formula was provided by us because this provider told us she does not give her her own food until 12 months, but this was not the case, which is why we constantly had to reiterate what our child needs. This business may have been around for 14 years but obviously they are not updated on health risks and how kids learn developmentally. There is no quality at this daycare.

I was also concerned by incidents involving children pushing or shoving one another, and I did not always feel those situations were addressed as thoroughly as I expected. The classrooms themselves were cared for by the teachers, who I often saw wiping tables and mopping floors. However, the overall building did not appear to be maintained to the same standard. During my visits, I noticed dust buildup around the air vents and felt the facility could benefit from more thorough routine cleaning and maintenance. Given how easily illnesses spread among young children, this was disappointing. Another concern was the frequent staff turnover. It seemed like there were constantly new faces, making it difficult to feel there was consistency in my child's care. At times, some classrooms also appeared to be led by very young staff members, which made me question the level of experience available. Finally, I attended the recent graduation ceremony and personally felt the Hollywood theme was NOT the best choice for an early childhood celebration. A bit inappropriate if you ask me.
