The owner, Joe plus his two installers, Gilvan and Leonardo could not have been more responsive, prompt, respectful, or did a better job installing carpeting in my home. Joe actually left his office in the middle of the afternoon to come back and adjust a small detail that needed fixing. The carpet looks great and is so comfortable to walk on with the extra padding that Creative Carpeting used during installation.
