Excellent! Courteous and professiona. while waiting I observed a stressed elderly woman come in and ask if they could check her car, she ran over something large where road work was occurring. This was near closing time. They said yes, and told her the car checked out fine and their mechanic even took it for a drive to make sure. By now it is past closing time. I'm just waiting for my inspection to be done. The lady asked his much she owed....he told her "nothing." I will never go anywhere else! I was also reassured that my tires were fine but air pressure was off. They topped off all my tires and told me to bring it back in if the light didn't go off. as usual, I have no complaints. Overdue on my oil change since my grandson had my truck for six months. They did a complete look over to make sure everything was good. The only thing I need eventually is new tires . Knowing I don't use the truck very much, they gave me prices that not only fit my budget, but we're made for the type of driving I do. I was visiting the Asheville area from out of town and picked up a couple of screws in my tire. I stopped into the shop to see if they could service my tire while I waited. They had an opening that afternoon so because my car was still drivable, I went on a hike to see the waterfalls at Dupont State Park. I arrived at my appointment on time and my vehicle was taken in immediately. There is a large, spacious waiting area along with a small arcade off to the side. that is a pleasant environment to wait in. I had my 14-year-old grandson so we had fun playing Pac-Man enjoying the free drinks as . My service advisor let me know that I had a turn signal and running light out and asked if I wanted those addressed as well. Of course I be safe in my travels and said had my car back in less than an hour and the cost of repair was under $100! I having enjoyed the experience as part of the adventure of our travels to Asheville with a very pleasant taste in my mouth. I don't know if I'll ever need to return there again as this was somewhat of an emergency repair, but I would recommend this shop to anyone who needs service! read more

The culture is awesome! Front desk and mechs are great doing the expected work. But they are even better with discoveries. Options are always given. Not unusual to hear it doesn't have to be now - meaning they will discuss options for the car and you, not them. Pros every step of the way!! Always will to converse with you. If I could give this place NEGATIVE stars, I would. They talk down to women (Andrew loves to mansplain) and completely took advantage of me in a vulnerable state. They damaged my car while repairing it, overcharged me, and I still had to go and get my car repaired elsewhere. My new mechanic pointed out some super shoddy and sketchy work (after dragging it out of him because he was very professional and didn't want to say anything bad!!) DO NOT RECOMMEND. Kevin at the front desk is as dull as a doorknob. They charge you 3% on credit cards and NOT up front about it. I spent over $4,000 here! Terrible, impersonal, will destroy your car, AND they take forever. Please don't go here. I promise you will be sorry! Save your car! read more

Not the same place it used to be! Avoid!!! This used to be a solid shop. I used to take my vehicles here all the time but haven't been in for a few years. My latest experience was completely different. New faces and I had to chase them down to try to get answers. Then had to pay for a brake inspection that they couldn't do for over a week. I've been a satisfied customer here for 5 years, but after yesterday, never again. I took my 2016 Subaru in for routine service. They kept the car from its 9 an appointment till about 4:30, and charged $797 -- for prices like that, I could go to the dealership. read more

I have had a few repairs done at this shop. Customer employee interaction is good. The repairs were minor nut and bolt, remove and replace components type jobs on two vehicles. They replaced my steering rack and supposedly aligned the front end. I have doubts they did the alignment since the vehicle still has a wobble. A couple weeks later I had them correct and replace a front brake caliper and diagnose my ABS Traction and stability system. The truck would engage the ABS during every left hand turn even while driving to drop off the truck to the shop. They test drove it and claimed to not be able to replicate the issue. They could not diagnose the issue and suggested that the wheel speed sensors need to be inspected and cleaned. I lost confidence in them right then. I did this repair myself and just replaced the sensors since they were not expensive. This did not fix the issue. On my 2007 Lexus they replaced a fried alternator, valve cover gasket and charged me $123 for a interstate battery that they claimed was weak. Two years later my car won't unlock and engine had a weak turn over which I felt was because we don't drive this car everyday and it's winter. After diagnosing the issue I found a completely dead battery however it was not a interstate battery but a old NAPA battery. CARZ never replaced my battery and the original battery lasted another two years and 10k miles. They replaced my battery after I called them about this. I requested them pair my key fobs and disarm the anti theft system. They claimed they could not do this because my wireless key receiver is not accepting the signal, it needs to be replaced. I again felt uncomfortable and knew they didn't know what they were talking about. I got home googled how to pair and disarm the anti theft , found the answer in 1 min and reprogrammed my car in 5 mins. Easy. This place has lost my confidence in doing electrical, ABS diagnostics. I will not be taking my vehicles to this shop. read more

I have always had precise and reliable diagnosis and repair for several years now. I have never had an unnecessary part installed. They watch out for me by telling me what its going to need next and informing me of manufacture repair schedules. I have it serviced every 5K miles since new and now it has a 140 K. No unexpected breakdowns have occurred. Great prices on tires for their customers. I have sent many neighbors to them without any backlash. read more
