This meant unbuckling toddler, hanging on to newborn and dog leash, entering the groomers (hoping for no other people or animals to distract the toddler, newborn, and dog. Tired of reading this? Imagine doing it! Then Wet Noses Grooming entered our lives when my sons were about 5 and 7! Total game changer and have been ever since! I will never give up Jessica, our groomer! She is a real professional and Molly loves her! Making appointments with Susan is easy breezy. She's so easy to work with and is incredibly patient with me at finding appointments that works with our crazy schedules. Since we first started with Wet Noses, Jess has gone through a ton of struggles owning her own business but she has never sacrificed her services or cut corners! Molly looks just as pretty as she always does. Jess had some staffing struggles like all businesses (before, during, and after COVID) and then the hit of inflation that raised prices of everything including gas and goods. It's so hard to find a talented groomer who is loving, caring, and consistent. We will NEVER give up Jessica or Wet Noses! Our sweet baby girl leaves the house looking like a scraggly, overgrown polar bear and looks like the adorable Maltese she is after being groomed. The grooming van is equipped with all sorts of goodies like warm water, heater, AC, hair dryer and other needs to make my girl look good. It truly is a doggy spa on wheels. They don't need anything from us except for Molly to groom. The van is clean, sanitized, and disinfected between each client. I never have to worry about handing Molly over. My sanity and my dog are both so grateful for Wet Noses Mobile Grooming! Believe me... SO well worth the money!

Our usual assigned groomer told us after the last grooming in July that we couldn't schedule our next one direct with her because she was going out on leave. No problem, I'll text to schedule like i have in the past. Text, no response Week later text again, no response Called, they don't take voicemails - they said to text. I again text. Nothing. 3/4 weeks later email again asking if they can't service us to please have the courtesy to respond and let us know that. Understandable they could be short staffed. Radio silence. Ghosted. Never once heard back from them. Not once. Absolutely terrible. The only reason it's 2 star instead of 1 is because Tori, our groomer, was a fantastic groomer with fantastic communication. Your loyalty and business is not valued here.

This is inaccurate. I was told "He has some matting and will need to cut a little shorter to take that off." This sounds a lot like de-matting. What this did not indicate was a full body shave down to the skin, even across areas with no sign of matting whatsoever. The result was a lazy shave, since it's easier to just do a buzz cut than to actually handle or groom an animal. See before and after photos below to form your own judgement. For clarity, I will note that I fully see the validity of complaints from previous reviewers. The etiquette after an incident is sorely lacking. It seems that management spends most of their time online picking fights with their reviewers rather than ensuring the wellbeing of pets under their watch. Just saw the dog who had his ear cut off during grooming, so I guess we got off lucky with a bad shave and an attitude! Update: Be warned - the owner's note below is false. We've been going since our girl was a little nugget; Now she's 9 and our little boy is 2. They know Bentleys = Getting spoiled! This particular location is large and they have grooming services too. We have Shiba Inus so grooming isn't a needed service. But this is super convenient if your pups need it! The selection of food is great, and frequently there are free samples or deals on certain brands. There's a whole chew bar of yummy pup snacks too! Dry, wet, freeze-dried, meal toppers... you name it, they've got it! The staff are super friendly too.

The kind where your powerful dog finds something disgusting to roll in during the night, and you do your best to wrestle the dog into the tub even though she hates watee. And you soap her up multiple times and rinse it out and dry her off the best you can and she still stinks and wants to sleep in your bed. And you pet her stinky fur for 90 minutes before she will lay down and go to sleep. All 3 times this has happened to us, South Paw has been ready to help us right away when they open. Once the woman we spoke to was stressed by how many appointments they had and she still got us in. They are always friendly and the dogs smell good and are in great shape afterwards. Nails are well trimmed. They are speedy too. And their prices, for washing at least, seem very competetive. Highly recommended.

They give you a little shower with hose, a blow dryer, shampoo, conditioner, brushes, a towel, and a few treats. For $20 this was perfect. I wish I had taken some pictures, because it was the perfect setup! I walked in without an appointment and got right in. I was in and out in less than 15 minutes.
