Everyone is so nice. I bring my dogs not nail trims and they are so good even though my dogs hate it.

It is difficult to find a place that treats your pup nicely and does an excellent job grooming him or her. I found one though. I love this pet salon and would recommend others to try this place out. My little girl walks out pretty and refreshed each time. The employees even listen to my requests when I tell them how I want the trim to look. Bonus!!! We found this place needing a replacement as our amazing groomer was leaving the state. First time, the dogs were amazing. Just amazing; probably best they've been. This is the second time we've done a full groom, and my kiddo came back with razor burns on her private parts.. This is absolutely unacceptable, and I wish the groomer working on my dog be reprimanded if not fired. Our other dog is shaven around his ear for absolutely no reason. Atrocious job, would rate negative stars if I could. Unbelievable, now we're looking for another replacement, never trusting Pawparazzi again. UPDATE: Raised a star (so far); we spoke to Jenna on the phone who's attempting to figure out and fix things with us, and has been incredibly responsive in her replies and willingness to resolve the issue. We'll keep updating accordingly. UPDATE2: Raising another for great communication and flexibility on getting doggies fixed. Almost there! UPDATE3: Jenna and Sue cleared up the situation, our doggies got fixed up and the issues cleared up. I'll be happy to change to 5 after we have a few more visits with them, as she's regained our trust to go back. Thank you Jenna!! read more

I have an older cat- 18 years- that was in major need of a grooming. She's not a fan of brushing so had developed some mats. I called/ left messages for numerous groomers. Many never called back or no longer groom cats or offered me an appointment in January! I didn't know what I was going to do. Jenna from Pawparazzi called me back today and offered me an appointment today or tomorrow! She was wonderful with Baby! She only needed to shave her belly and was able to remove everything else with a good bath- so much better than I expected. Jenna had her ready to go for me in about 1 1/2 hours. Baby looked and smelled fantastic and she was purring- no stress noted! I can't thank Jenna enough for taking such good care of my little girl. My cat had never had a haircut and has never seen a dog in his life. He was absolutely terrified. He literally escaped the owner's grip and was trying to climb the front windows. With my help, a harness and a muzzle, my cat was finally calm. The employees were so patient, calm and kind. They let him calm down and we finally got the haircut done. He looks great. He feels great. I will definitely be back. So sorry he was difficult! Before and after pictures are attached. If I had to recommend one thing, perhaps there could be a separate cat room where they are groomed separately. I know my cat was stressed being groomed right next to a dog. The location is very open concept, so right behind the front desk are all the tables for grooming and then a room on the side for bathing and drying. If your pet gets stressed by a lot of action, this may not be the place for you. But the results were amazing. read more

They all treat Max (my dog) & Sassy (my cat) with as much love and care as I do and they both certainly give the love right back. Long story short, if you're struggling with a solution for anxious babies, I highly recommend PAWPARAZZI. When I had surgery, I asked Jenna if she could come over and take care of Max and Sassy and every morning promptly at 6:15am she was here taking care of my animals. I used to be a loyal customer of wizard of paws and was upset to hear they were closing down. Little did I know, it was for the better. Most of the employees from there now work here and it is the best pet grooming place around. I have a boxer that gets really scared to get his nails trimmed anywhere else to the point he shakes. When I come here, he happily wags his tail and they do such a great job with his nails and keep him calm and happy. Also, the owner did a great job with the decor in this place and I just can not say enough good things about the super friendly staff and overall professionalism and atmosphere of this place! By far the best grooming experience I have ever had. I just moved into the area and was looking at reviews and came upon Pawparazzi. It was as easy as scheduling an appointment via the messages and dropping her off. When I picked her up I couldn't believe how amazing she looked with it being her first grooming at the new place and knowing how difficult she has been in the past. The staff is very kind, friendly and down to earth- not at all pretentious. My cat was bathed, dried, combed/de-shedded, nails clipped, and I had requested that they shave the areas that tend to get more knotted (his behind, back legs, and belly). My cat was ready to be picked up after an hour and 15 minutes, which is fast. I'm not a fan of groomers that have my cat for half the day before he is ready to be picked up, so therefore, I was very happy with the speed of Pawparazzi's service. They did an excellent job de-shedding his fluffy persian coat. The parts they shaved were even and smooth. My cat seemed calm after his hair cut. The price was reasonable, and most importantly, I felt like my cat was in good hands. I love their cute name- "Pawparazzi"- very creative. read more

I LOVE THIS PLACE! Wont' take my dogs anywhere else! I have a shih tzu that gets his grooming done by both Sue and Jenna and he always comes back looking perfect! They take great care of him and is very knowledgeable. I completely trust them with my dogs. I also have a shiba inu that gets his blow out and nails trimmed there.
