Our family of four was confirmed to have lice, and understandably we were stressed. I also work in the hair industry, so I'm very familiar with hair, scalp care, and how easy it is to miss things -- which made me even more appreciative of how thorough and professional they were. I haven't had to do any touch ups and it's been over 8 years since I've finished treatments. I've been receiving tattoo removal treatments for a couple of years now (not nearly as consistently as I should though)! The two that she has been treating have faded considerably. Both were very old and very dark and I didn't have much hope that they would lighten very much. Boy was I wrong. They have faded so much that some of the line work has disappeared completely. Initially I went into it just hoping that she could lighten them up enough to have coverup pieces done over them. At this rate, they might actually be completely removed! Amazing. Today I just received my first IPL session to correct redness and some melasma. I expected it to be uncomfortable (it was not at all). To my dismay, I learned this clinic attempted to charge me an $85 cancellation fee for not following through with their "treatment" (extremely predatory practice, especially since I said I'd contact my dermatologist for medical advice before moving forward with any treatments). Seattle Aesthetic Laser is trying to falsely claim I "cancelled" my appointment, or didn't show up, when nothing could be further from the truth. I engaged in extensive consultative dialogue with the provider spanning the course of DAYS. The only way I could get out of the cancellation fee is by agreeing to a different form of treatment their clinic offers (surprise, surprise). Obviously, I told my card issuer to reject the charge as fraudulent, but on principle, a respectable clinic would never treat patients this way or try this scam.

He did not greet me before the surgery nor after the surgery. It was a botched procedure. Like I said, He told me he was experienced with Dermabrasion. In my view, he had never done this before or had such little experience, he did not know what he was doing. I am not the only one who feels this way with comments from dermatologists and plastic surgeons like, "... he didn't even feather out a transition between treated skin and non-treated skin." Theodore Roosevelt: "To educate a person in the mind but not in morals is to educate a menace to society." Like all victims, I blamed myself for doing the wrong thing. Tax laws changed in early 1990s. The change made cosmetic surgery a non deductible item for federal 1040 tax returns. Many providers planned for any changes. Only the poorest planners would up empty handed or poor cash flow. Dermabrasion with the mechanical device takes years of work and practice. You can't imagine how my life changed because of his lack of integrity. I was permanently scared for life. After 10s of thousands of dollars of treatments and procedures, I am not anywhere close to recovery either physically, emotionally, or financially. I can provide a letter from Larrabee in which he states that, "my age of 50 was the primary cause of any problems I may have." This is just not true.
