So disappointed. Don't go. Had consultation with Dr Larrabee. Left being given a verbal $2000 quote, told I'd receive an email with details in two days and that I could have the procedure the following week. After 12 days and no email - I contacted the office. They apologized. Then I received a basic letter with very few details. I contacted them 2 more times. Each time I'd receive a bit more info. Final info: $3,528 for procedures he had NOT told me about. The $2,000 quote for filler and Botox would be additional and he could not tell me what that would cost as it would depend on how much I needed. HE did say what a vile of filler would be and what Botox injections were. However I have no idea how much I would need. CRAZY! I wasted hours and paid for a worthless consultation. It's hard for me to believe this so called high quality center can operate successfully with such untimely and rather deceptive communication. And who knows what results? I'm for sure not going to find out. Thoroughly disgusted. read more

Dr. Larrabee performed a rhino-septoplasty on me and I couldn't be more pleased with the results. It was a very complicated surgery and I am so thankful I trusted my face in his skilled hands. My request was to fix my deviated septum so that I could breathe better, remove the bump on my nose, slightly lift the tip of my nose, as well as minimize the size of the bulb of my nose. This was no easy feat! Dr. Larrabee is truly an artist and I cried tears of joy when my bandages came off. The results were natural and beautiful, I still looked like myself, and ten years later I am still incredibly happy with my results. Dr. Larrabee is the best!! I'm so thankful to him! read more

I've been going to Larrabee for laser hair removal for two months so far. Lauren is the most professional laser technical I have ever worked with. The fact that I have had to use more than one is a testament to the poor service I've had in the past with laser treatments that have cost me double what Larrabee's rates are for not only inferior treatment but also dangerous treatment that left me with scarring and continued hair growth. The staff is amazing: attentive, careful, friendly, funny and a pleasure to see whenever I visit. Lauren is a shining star at this beautifully decorated office as well. I just completed my PRP treatment for hair loss at the Larrabee Center. This experience was far better compared to my first 2 treatments at a different hair restoration facility. There was little discomfort compared and he was able to use more PRP in order to cover all of my areas of need. It's really too bad that some businesses don't realize the front desk IS your business. The aesthetic team is very qualified and talented, and the location is easy so I would come consistently if it weren't for the front desk. In the past I have sometimes gone other places just because I never get a call returned or a question answered from the desk. Last week each time I called for an appointment I got VM, it's been over a week with neither call returned. I just called and got a live person, who said they were just too busy right now. She apologized, but not with too much enthusiasm. So sad too bad. There are a lot of other places to go. read more

I had a great experience with mole removal from Dr. Ridgway. The staff at the office is courteous and kind and Dr. Ridgway is very thorough and incredibly skilled. I didn't ever really consider removal because I was scared of the procedure. He came very highly recommended by a friend and I scheduled a consultation. He answered all of my questions, discussed all options, and really put me at ease. The thing I most regret now is that I didn't have this done sooner. The procedure was quick, pain free, and I have a great result. When you are trusting someone with your face, the thing people see first, you really want to know that you are in good hands. Excellent - I've been getting facial treatments from Lauren Jackson Gross for 14 years: IPL first, then Ulthera and Laser Hair removal. I believe I've had a treatment roughly every 2-1.5 years. I've had excellent off-the-charts results, though I think I have 3 factors that account for the effectiveness of the treatments beyond that intervention itself. I've used sunscreen daily for 30 years, rain or shine, so my facial collagen has been well-protected and I've never been outdoorsy anyway; my mother at 80 without any intervention but moisturizer looks 60; and I'm a little chubby so my face has padding. The condition of your skin, collagen and genetics do make a difference. That being said, Lauren, has been very responsive to my sensitive skin which is also very reactive to lasers, medicine, needling, tattooing, piercing - basically manipulation/modification of any kind. I am routinely pegged as years younger than I am. Results last about a year, maybe a year and a half. As far as IPL and particularly Ulthera, it's not cumulative and it cannot reverse aging, it can only improve the appearance of aging. I did have two negative reactions over those many treatments - with one I really jumped during a pulse and had a welt that lasted for about 4 months, and a red patch that lasted longer. My fault - but just mentioned to let you know that not moving will keep this from happening to you. In another instance the skin at my temples is particularly thin, and I did lose fat there. Over time it's filled in and I don't get that area treated anymore. Still, even with those two experiences (which would have happened with any provider, and without her experience (she's been doing Ulthera longer than anyone in Seattle, I believe) I'm certain those two experiences would have meant real damage. For me, both were passing marks. I enjoy my time with her even though laser therapy is not comfortable/a bit painful (and I refuse meds, takes too much of my day to be groggy). She's funny, kind, honest, thorough and when there's been an issue dealt with it directly and professionally. read more

I arrived on time. The front desk was busy my paperwork was complete when she came for me. Consult with Dr. Patel was thorough however similar to talking to a snobby elitist, who was in a rush. The remarks she made about a chronic painful condition I live with truly showed her ignorance and judgemental attitude. After that she proceeded to administer needles and seeming annoyed I preferred numbing cream she reluctantly gave me numbing cream as if it was unheard of ! Then she says she did not have time to do the the fillers OK. To top it off my botox was $3 extra PER UNIT because I had seen Larrabee 6 years ago when lived nearby /first moved to Seattle but had not returned only because I chose a new center 2 blocks from home. I have been getting Botox for years and this is the best place I have ever been. For one, the office is beautiful. It was so easy to make an appointment, and the woman who scheduled my appointment was very nice, helpful and professional. I arrived for my appointment and was quickly helped. Marlyn RN took me back to her office where I got my injection. She is so genuine, personable and very comfortable to be around. She and I had a lovely conversation and she is by far one of the most knowledgeable and gentle injectors I have ever met. She did an amazing job. I also got to meet Shay at the front desk. She was just as sweet as can be. I left the office feeling beautiful and like these people really cared about my experience and wanted to get to know me. This is for the skin care section of The Larrabee Center. The office is clean, nicely decorated and the staff is very friendly. For all of my skin care needs I see Natasha. I must say she is one of the most personable skin care professionals I have ever been to and, let me just tell you I have terrible skin! So I have seen many a skin care professional. My first visit was for a consultation on laser treatment to remove my acne scars around my jaw line. During this visit I was told about some other options because doing laser treatment in the summer time is not the best way to go and, that if I was still interested in winter we could revisit the idea. From that day on I have been going in every 4 to 6 weeks for extractions and chemical peels. I was also given a daily skin care regimen due to the fact that I was never told you shouldn't wash your face with hand soap (THANKS MOM!). I actually look forward to washing my face now! Furthermore the scars on my face have actually decreased in color and size due to the magic she preforms. At my recent work holiday party I was told by many coworkers that my skin looked flawless. FLAWLESS! me? my skin? I nearly broke in to tears. Never in my life did I ever think I would have GOOD skin. On a side note, I have had this deep wrinkle next to my eyebrow since I was a child.
