Our family of four was confirmed to have lice, and understandably we were stressed. I also work in the hair industry, so I'm very familiar with hair, scalp care, and how easy it is to miss things -- which made me even more appreciative of how thorough and professional they were. Yes, it is expensive -- but it was absolutely worth it for the level of care and peace of mind we received. They took their time, were incredibly detailed, and made sure nothing was missed. Everyone was beyond kind and patient, especially with my girls. They chatted with them the whole time, kept things light, and explained what they were doing in a calm, non-scary way. My youngest daughter has a very tender scalp and asked to take a break halfway through, and they were completely understanding and accommodating -- no rushing at all. They were also very informative and reassuring throughout the process. On top of everything, they got us in first thing the next morning after I texted them past midnight, which meant so much during a stressful situation. Ultimately you find yourself in the tough spot of needing to invest in a solution, and this is a good place for it. They care about their patients and their overall health rather than just cosmetologic issues. The location is great, easy for parking and their office is spacious and welcoming. Dr. Rachel Garton and Dr. Brenda Newman are both well trained experts in their field. I have seen both of them on separate occasions. They both are attentive to your needs, listening to the problem and they take the time to really examine you and find the best solution. Even despite being doctors they will call you to clarify prescription refills or even see how you are doing. This kind of humble kindness cannot be found anywhere. It helps that their expertise has really improved my dermatologic problems over the years. I would not go anywhere else.
