You have a problem, walk in to this brand new outlet to get it taken care of. Inside the facility it is really expansive. Large outlet with enough staff to take care of you. They have separate stations for cellphone, internet, and TV situations, and I am sure you could have all three taken care of at one. This was a very nice outlet ... give it a try.
