Netgear says zero data again. I am reporting them to the Federal Trade Commission today also, the better business bureau I would not use them. i learned online that when Verizon towers get overcrowded they slow down or cut off brokers data first vs thier own direct. That is clearly what is happening and they just want take payment for unlimited data but it is not available. since they do not respond I assume they are not open for a business. they could be going out of business since they do not return any calls and keep taking my money. bad bad news. you can get verizon direct home internet as well as T Mobile.

The company is providing no recourse at all for blatantly breaking the contract they have with me. I will have to pursue legal action for breach of contract.
