After struggling with Centurylink for years. PA.Net was offering a new wireless service using an antenna on your house that communicates with a tower on the hill, and 25mbps! The good: speeds are as promised about half the time. The other half they're pretty close. The bad: if it is any time after 8pm and the internet goes down, you're going to be down until morning. CTI/PA.Net doesn't have any kind of after hours support. Unfortunately, this isn't a rare situation and is very frustrating if you rely on the Internet connection for TV or work. Any snow or thunderstorm you can bet that someone has to go to the tower to reboot something, and they aren't going until after the start of business when they get around to it. If that's not the case, the main office has a power issue or flooding. They need to do better because the second something better comes into the area people are going to drop them like hot potatoes.

They talk over you when you are trying to explain to them what is wrong. They do not care what you have to say and are not willing to assist in any way. The second appointment I had they kept telling me that the technician was there and had called me but I did not receive any phone call from the technician and they did not arrived during my window time. 20 minutes past my window time I received a message of "sorry we missed you". I was still at my residence and confirmed they did not "miss me". I'm told the internet service is great IF they come and install it. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
