Paid my deposit and never heard from him again. After repeated messages to him, 3 days later he claims to have gotten the starter, but that it was used and he would need to reorder. Proceeds to reorder and then goes silent again. Only after I threatened legal action did I get a response, almost a week after I paid my deposit. After replacing the starter and doing the oil change the car stops working within a day. Towed it to a reputable mechanic who says that Ryan short changed the car 2 quarts of oil, causing irreparable crankshaft and cylinder misfires. Basically, the engine blew because there wasn't oil.

I contacted Terry on Monday morning and he was straight on with the recovery and repair of the truck which was finished by Tuesday. Terry kept me updated throughout and fixed it for half the price I expected. I was unable to recover the truck until Saturday and Terry immediately offered to collect me from the airport after dropping off the rental (100 mile round trip for him) which saved me the cost of a Taxi back to Gatesville. To say he exceeded my expectations in every way does not do service to this Gentleman. What an absolute Diamond - thank you Sir!

I want to start this by saying I've been to stones several times and have never had an issue…read more I went in last Tuesday because I had a nail in my tire. They fixed my tire and I left. When I got home I looked closer at my rim and noticed that the rim was completely scratched up. I have a brand new car, with zero damage on any wheel. So I called and was told to bring it in the next day. So I did. The guy told me that in all his years of working, when using the tool that removes the tire from the rim, it always damages the rim. (I literally have that on video) so apparently every wheel they've ever fixed has been damaged by this machine. I cannot imagine a company would make a product that knowingly damages clients property and think it's ok. The guy took my info and said they'd call me. Never heard from them again. Called today and was told they would refund my money and try to buff it out. To me that's not acceptable. So I get that it's a minor thing and obviously doesnt effect how my car drives- however it's the principal of the thing. They damaged my car and refuse to fix it. It's not right and they need to retrain everyone how to use the machine properly.

Came here 12/27/19 at 1:20pm…read more I called at 1:18pm as we were driving through town and asked if they change oil in motor homes. Over the phone I was told by Hector "yes" and just in time because we just pulled up. My husband got out and Hector said to loop it around and park behind a truck that was getting serviced but was just about done. By 1:23pm we were in the service garage. We were done by 1:42pm $68 with coupon. Good deal Hector was awesome!!! Can't believe we had such a quick and great experience on the fly during our cross country trip. PROS: - fast and easy. In and out in about 25 minutes. I was able to walk my dogs around the dirty area real quick. - replaced our air filter - 6.5 quarts of oil - Hector helped us to back up and he even went into the street to stop traffic and wished us a safe trip CONS: - a little tricky trying to find a coupon. $5 coupon only - vending machine eats money. Needs to be fixed
