The portions are huge, the ingredients are clearly high quality, and here's the real miracle: they give you enough dressing. Every single time. No sad little dressing cup that runs out three bites in, no awkward "can I get more on the side" moment. They just get it right from the start. The sandwiches and wraps are every bit as generous and fresh as the salads, packed with ingredients rather than skimping to save a buck. You can tell the food is made with care, not just assembled. Beyond the food, the space itself is spotless. You can tell they take real pride in keeping it that way, and tables turn over quickly even when the place is busy. I've also used their catering for events and they've been consistently reliable, which is not something I take for granted after dealing with catering flakes in the past.
