    Tender 2 Piece Basket

Chicken is always hot and delicious, fries are crispy, great selection of Stubborn Sodas which is a fun change, best ice in the world, and fun ambiance.

Chicken, my favorite! Comet Chicken is hard to spot when driving by, but once you spot it you're on your way. Fast and easy service where you order at the front and they bring it out to your table. The staff were all courteous, kind and helpful. The interior is gorgeous and very well spaced out and designed. Table, booth, high top and patio seating, yeah, they have it all. We opted for the tender meals and weren't wowed, but it's good food. The sauces are odd in flavor and the coleslaw could have tasted better, but the chicken and fries were on point. If I'm ever back I think I'd try one of the sandwiches or tasty looking bowls.

Stopped at Comet Chicken for a late lunch and weren't disappointed. Their menu is limited but it does the job well. We ordered the 4 piece, which comes with fries and two sauces and is enough for two people to share. The sodas are off brand, but we thought the ginger ale and the cream soda were really good. The food was fresh, hot and delicious. We sat outside enjoying the nice weather. Definitely recommend.

I've now ordered chicken from Comet Chicken twice - once for delivery, once for takeout, and I am in love (as you can tell by the different angles of the same sandwich, just so you can appreciate each side of goodness)! I walked in most recently in the middle of the week, and strolled right up to the counter. A bubbly young woman bounced up from the kitchen and asked what we were looking for, suggesting the Nashville hot if we liked spice. Yes, yes, I do like spice! I ordered the Nashville hot sandwich, opting out of the combo she offered, since I knew I'd be more than full after seeing the size of another sandwich heading out the door. When I unwrapped this massive beauty, I knew I was in for some delicious pain. The crust of the chicken glistened with fiery sauce, the fluffy bun soaked up the drippings from the fresh slaw and piping hot oil from frying the chicken. The first bite was perfect - sweet crisp followed by a wave of spicy heat, which was tempered by the creamy slaw. I devoured the entire thing and wasn't mad about it. Since it's walking distance from work now, I foresee a few very unhealthy, but oh-so-delicious, options to many upcoming meals!

Btw, I have been to France many times on business, have eaton at some of the best restaurants in Paris, really good, just not to my taste. Ok, we went here last Sunday, I wasn't hungry, but my wife was, so we thought we would use the card. Wife ordered a beef dip, one of her favorite sandwiches, not on my top 10 list. I ordered a charcuterie plater, figured we could take it home, which we did. Anyway, I took a bit of her sandwich, and even though I wasn't hungry, I ate about half of it. One of the best sandwiches I have ever had of any kind. Very simple but delicious. Baguette was amazing, beef appeared to be cured somehow, huge flavor, au jus was great. Today I am going to Timnath to meet a friend for lunch and I am going to make a 30 minute detour to get a sandwich for us for dinner. Not inexpensive, but worth it. Life is too short to eat mediocre food, plus I am a stingy with my calories, like to spend them on delicious food. Thank you La Boutique. Sincerely, Bret and Michelle

I just love the FoCo food scene and wanted to try something new. The barista made a few suggestions. It was before 11am, so that eliminated all the pretzel roll options on the menu. I decided to go with the Roma. She was right! It was refreshing. I loved every bite. Very bread-forward but clearly a high quality bake. My partner got the French Dip and enjoyed it. There's a few small tables as well as barstools along the wall, but most people ordered to-go. Check out the marketplace items, too. So cute!

No way are their so many five star reviews after the sale of the Fort Collins icon Choice City. This new rebranding of Choice City is way way over priced, totally destroyed the cool beer taps-Chimay Ale used to be on tap. It's all gone, chill vibe, great sandwiches, deli counter meats. All gone. In its place is a sterile Over priced mess of a restaurant that was decorated with on line IKEA furniture and a terrible Sysco Foods mass produced food product. Awful stay away and PS fire the BS level hospitality consultant that you hired for this. Sorry for the mean review but it is what it is.

Their lettuce is so fresh and…read morecrisp that I genuinely think about it between visits, which is a strange thing to admit about lettuce, but here we are. The portions are huge, the ingredients are clearly high quality, and here's the real miracle: they give you enough dressing. Every single time. No sad little dressing cup that runs out three bites in, no awkward "can I get more on the side" moment. They just get it right from the start. The sandwiches and wraps are every bit as generous and fresh as the salads, packed with ingredients rather than skimping to save a buck. You can tell the food is made with care, not just assembled. Beyond the food, the space itself is spotless. You can tell they take real pride in keeping it that way, and tables turn over quickly even when the place is busy. I've also used their catering for events and they've been consistently reliable, which is not something I take for granted after dealing with catering flakes in the past. If you're local and haven't tried Snack Attack yet, fix that. Your salad dreams will thank you.

2.5, edging down to 2 stars…read more Not the best food experience I've ever had. They're rated really high -- actually one of the highest-rated restaurants in Fort Collins -- and from a food perspective I don't really understand why. Sliders with sweet potato fries -- fine, nothing extraordinary. Potato éclairs -- . It was really just mashed potatoes with some topping on it. I honestly didn't even finish it. Mountain oysters -- huge letdown. They came out so overcooked they were basically crunchier than potato chips, with the batter crumbling off. I've never had them before, so I didn't get a good representation of how they're supposed to be -- these were just super-cooked batter. On the space: we ended up sitting in three different spots to eat. We went outside by the street first -- super loud, and people were smoking, so we headed back in. The open spot inside was right under the AC and about forty degrees, so we moved to the back area. The back was fine -- covered -- but pretty dirty, with mop buckets and clutter sitting around. The one drink I had was a good value since we were there at happy hour -- some kind of fruity whiskey drink. It was fine, but nothing I'd seek out again. I hate to give such a friendly place a bad review. It'd be a really great spot if you're a college student who wants some cheap bites and a drink -- but honestly it's just bar food, and the ceiling is probably a 4 on a really good day. I wouldn't get excited to head down there, and parking is a bit of a hassle too. Would recommend only if you're after very cheap eats in that area -- check them out for happy hour. But I would not return.
