I have continually been disappointed here, no matter my requests. I am asked to empty my bag, call out (out loud while others wait behind me) the items I am dropping off (i.e. 1 dress, 2 blouses) for the counter person. That way I will remember what I am leaving??? Today I was asked to sort them for the counter person and told that anything with ruffles or pleats probably won't look very good when I get them back!?! Really? So I took half of my clothing back that had those construction details and I will now take them to work with me in Dallas and have them picked up by my dry cleaner I have used for 5 years. They never ask me how to classify my clothing, never tell me they can't make my clothing look crisp and always thank me for my business. Very disappointed by how I was made to feel difficult in my requests and almost embarrassed when I left with my bag of clothing that they chose not to dry clean/press. I skulked out with others looking on and left with half of the clothes I brought in. Be prepared to drop off jeans and shirts that need starch. Anything more is out of their reach.

Not only do they have very large washing machines but the dryers are free. The service staff that was on site were basically miracle workers. If you come to this place on the weekend during the daytime, it is extremely packed. The parking is kind of limited but it is all their parking space. I was in and out with my entire house washed and dried within 2 hours. I was able to get back home put everything up and continue my day.

I walked in and the lady greeted me, explained that the machines work with either a card ($1 to purchase and then you add money to it) or you can download the app which doesn't require the card (however it does have a minimum required to load onto the card). I was able to wash and dry 3 large comforters in a little over an hour! They have vending machines so you can purchase washing supplies (there is also a DT within walking distance) but the most important thing is this place is CLEAN!!! They also offer and washing service where you can drop it off and they wash and fold it for you. This was a time saver and I'll utilize this place again!

The washing machine has built in soap, bleach and fabric softener and they also supply dryer sheets for free. Right now dryers are free to use during the week. I wasn't sure at first but I've been coming here for a couple months and I really can't see myself going anywhere else in the area. They're super friendly here with my son and I and it's always immaculately clean. Definitely check them out.

When I asked why it wasn't I they lied and said I never told them. They said they wouldn't charge me for the laundry. All of the garments I dropped off need dry cleaning not laundry. When I dropped off my dry cleaning they wouldn't give me a quoted price or estimate. I asked them how much each item was the price the older woman gave me was lower than what I was charged. I asked why that was and she lied again saying that was what she originally told me. Even with the supposed discount it was still significantly more than other shops I've gone to in the past. I will not be returning to this business.

All of our garments were being brought oversees for our destination wedding and all of our items kept their freshness. Anchor also provides great tailoring and alteration services at a fair value.
