Return to safe and comfortable travel home for the day.

We travel from Puget Sound area to the west gate of Yellowstone National Park 3-4 times a year. We have discovered that an overnight stop in Spokane area is convenient on the return trip. This business gets 5 stars because of value and courtesy. We used to stay downtown but have discovered the convenience and value of this off the hi way spot. The staff is extraordinarily friendly and helpful the rooms are large and quiet and comfortable! This is a dog friendly place. TIPS: 1) Request a 2nd floor room which is parking lot level to avoid stairs or elevator when walking the dog at the wee hours of the morning. 2) See if you can get a room at the far end of the building to avoid lobby traffic. 3) Request a parking lot side room for quiet. 4) Please tip the kitchen staff who provided your free breakfast and cleaned up after you. These are hard working folks and the gratuity is meaningful.

Check in was super easy and found the hotel on their app, the price was pretty good for one night and the room was cozy and comfy, it was also spacious and there's nearby shops and places to eat as well. The bed was pretty comfy and the room was just super clean. If I needed a place to say I'd come back here again in the future.

I always appreciate staying in a hotel that is clean. This Comfort inn fits the bill. We need a place to stay for a night and this Comfort Inn location fit the bill. Easy access to the highway. We walked in and it was bright and clean. We were warmly greeted at the reception desk and headed up to our room. I noticed that there was fresh popcorn in the reception lobby, along with water and a coffee and tea station with some fruit nearby. Nice set up. Our room was clean and comfortable. We took a couple of moments to clean up before heading out for dinner. After dinner, we went down to the pool. The pool and the fitness room are right next to each other. Fitness room is not huge, but it has enough to get what you need done. The pool was bright and offers both a pool and a hot tub. We didn't spend too much time in that area because our stay coincided with a wrestling tournament nearby. Lots of kids having a great time The room itself is quite comfortable and we slept fine. I do think it it's important to know that this location is in our hospital so occasionally you do hear sirens. It was not enough to disrupt our sleep at all. I'd stay here again

Stayed at the comfort Inn for three nights. The staff was really really nice. Breakfast was good. A nice hot tub and pool indoors. Our room was really clean. The hotel was close to a lot. Easy to get around. We'll stay again sometime

We called ahead and asked if we could have a room close to the pool, so that the kids would be more contained and we could change easily. We requested early check in at 2pm if possible, due to it being a school night. We called in the morning as instructed to see about early check in, and they would see us at 2. When we showed up, they said that they were just now starting to clean the room and could we please wait for 30 min. We waited for closer to an hour. We had already ordered pizza and paid for it. We tried to check in while the cleaning was being done, but were told that they could not do that. So we didn't really get checked in until 3. Then they let us know that our son could have everyone in the lobby but that the 2 other children were not allowed in the pool. We noticed that no one was in the pool. Another family had a birthday in the lobby and then went swimming. They had more kids than we did, but there was plenty of room. No one else was around. We ended up taking the kids to the park and having to go back and forth to get the pizza and all of the treats and everything. A 50 mph windstorm had hit town. It might not be policy to have a friend, but no one said anything when we made the reservation or sat waiting for an hour. After the party, the pool room fumes were so bad, we just went back to our room. The room was freezing and the air conditioning was on. We were not able to get the temperature to work. We finally got one an adult back and the other went to check. It was on a thermostat on the wall. We finally got settled. The room itself was small but nice storage bench to stow items. There was a rolling desk and chair to put suitcase on as well as a counter on top of mini fridge. We have chosen to do this every year, as do many of our friends who have winter birthdays, and never had a problem. Last year at Comfort Inn, not only did we feel welcomed, but they came and helped us take out the excess trash and allowed us to use some items from housekeeping to clean up our room after we ate and had presents. We tried this place this year because our son was excited to play in the lobby and so were we. Breakfast was not great. Rubbery eggs and paper thin, no taste bacon. Hard boiled egg still had shell to take off and was also rubbery. There were a few other options we didn't try. My son said the pancakes were good. They had plenty of things to put on them. The blankets were fresh smelling but so slippery that they kept falling off of us. They were very thin. Not my favorite stay.

A friend recommended this hotel because it's away from the hustle and bustle of downtown Spokane, it's clean, has many amenities and extremely affordable. I made a reservation online using our AAA card for a discount. We booked a king bed room with balcony for $98. There's plenty of parking available. They have way more amenities than we need, but the price was so reasonable we booked it. They have a restaurant on site and offer room service! It was well stocked! The rooms are nice and fairly updated. I liked how the bathroom had two sinks, one in the toilet shower room, and another by the coffee pot, making it super convenient to add water and clean out the carafe. The TV in the room was nice and big. They had MANY channels available. The remote worked properly and was easy to use. The balcony was a nice feature. We walked into the room and it had a faint smell of smoke. We opened the balcony slider to air it out a bit. The smell wasn't bad enough to make a fuss, so we just stayed put. There were two chairs on the balcony as well. Our room was 4326, top floor corner room. It was a nice, quiet location. Far enough away from the traffic noise so it didn't bother us. As shown in my photographs, the sofa was completely unusable. It's clear that ownership and management have chosen not to replace this significantly damaged piece of furniture. Due to the exposed wood and cushioning, we were unable to sit comfortably on it. Secondly, the smoke detector in the bedroom was left dangling above the bed. Although I believed it to be safe, my wife was concerned that there might be a hidden camera inside. I find it hard to believe that the cleaning staff missed this issue when preparing the room after the previous guest. Third, early on in our stay, the toilet continued to run. This forced me to remove the tank lid and adjust the chain so the flapper would seal and stop the water from running. Finally, the grout on the bathroom floor tiles appeared as if it had never been cleaned or resealed for an extended period. The grout was extremely dirty, requiring us to walk on towels after showering to avoid stepping on it. Marriott, I hope you read my review, along with the numerous previous reviews for this property. The bed was comfortable and I appreciated the well working air conditioning. Water pressure in the shower was great and the water was hot and never turned warm or cold.
