The hotel is nice, very inviting lobby and staff is friendly. We are staying at this hotel during the COVID-19 quarantine so they have limited breakfast items, it appears they usually have hot, buffet style food available however due to the virus it's all individually wrapped pre-cooked items like jimmy dean breakfast sandwiches, eggs pancakes, yogurt, cereals, etc; we are low carb so the pre-packaged items are a bit difficult to keep low carb however we made it work and this is to no fault of the hotel of course. They give awesome little toiletries like mouth wash and have full sized shampoo and body wash in the shower. There is a decent amount of road noise but not unbearable.

Room was adequate I guess for sleeping. I had to clean the shower in the morning as there five long black hairs on the walls. Grossed me out.

Super friendly staff! WiFi - free Parking - free Business center Pool Hot tub Exercise facility Breakfast 630 to 930 am. Hot and cold buffet. Managers reception (beer, wine, light dinner and snacks) 5 to 7 pm on monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. Milk and cookies from 7 to 9 pm Coffee, tea, cider and hot cocoa out all the time. I have a standard king room on the ground floor. The room is clean, spacious. It's not super modern. But it is not outdated either. It's standard. Several restaurants nearby and a sports bar within walking distance. Would definately stay here again and recommend to friends.

Place is a dated Holiday. See pix. I wouldn't come back unless it was only thing available. Not as nice as other Holiday inns. Try the one in CDA. Much better. Staff friendly though.

    Jetted tub in room

Absolutely disgusting jetted tub!!! we spent the week camping and wanted to end the week with a nice in room jetted tub. After filling the tub and getting in and turning the jets on the tub quickly filled with the most vial crud ever! we were horrified!!! I immediately called the front desk and received zero apology. I will forever hesitate to use this chain again And NEVER THIS LOCATION!

We called ahead and asked if we could have a room close to the pool, so that the kids would be more contained and we could change easily. We requested early check in at 2pm if possible, due to it being a school night. We called in the morning as instructed to see about early check in, and they would see us at 2. When we showed up, they said that they were just now starting to clean the room and could we please wait for 30 min. We waited for closer to an hour. We had already ordered pizza and paid for it. We tried to check in while the cleaning was being done, but were told that they could not do that. So we didn't really get checked in until 3. Then they let us know that our son could have everyone in the lobby but that the 2 other children were not allowed in the pool. We noticed that no one was in the pool. Another family had a birthday in the lobby and then went swimming. They had more kids than we did, but there was plenty of room. No one else was around. We ended up taking the kids to the park and having to go back and forth to get the pizza and all of the treats and everything. A 50 mph windstorm had hit town. It might not be policy to have a friend, but no one said anything when we made the reservation or sat waiting for an hour. After the party, the pool room fumes were so bad, we just went back to our room. The room was freezing and the air conditioning was on. We were not able to get the temperature to work. We finally got one an adult back and the other went to check. It was on a thermostat on the wall. We finally got settled. The room itself was small but nice storage bench to stow items. There was a rolling desk and chair to put suitcase on as well as a counter on top of mini fridge. We have chosen to do this every year, as do many of our friends who have winter birthdays, and never had a problem. Last year at Comfort Inn, not only did we feel welcomed, but they came and helped us take out the excess trash and allowed us to use some items from housekeeping to clean up our room after we ate and had presents. We tried this place this year because our son was excited to play in the lobby and so were we. Breakfast was not great. Rubbery eggs and paper thin, no taste bacon. Hard boiled egg still had shell to take off and was also rubbery. There were a few other options we didn't try. My son said the pancakes were good. They had plenty of things to put on them. The blankets were fresh smelling but so slippery that they kept falling off of us. They were very thin. Not my favorite stay.

It appeared that families who mentioned the tournament were charged higher rates than those who did not. This felt inconsistent and unprofessional. As a team, we booked together with the understanding that there might be some form of group coordination--even if not a discounted rate--but selectively adjusting pricing based on a guest's response was disappointing. Additionally, I had requested extra blankets and pillows in advance, which were not provided in our room upon arrival. Breakfast was average but sufficient for a busy weekend, and the pool was enjoyable for the kids, which we appreciated. However, the overall experience left us uncomfortable, particularly due to the pricing practices and the requirement for upfront payment, which is not typical in our experience. We had originally canceled our reservation at The Davenport in order to support a smaller property, but unfortunately, this stay did not meet expectations. Moving forward, our team will be choosing alternative accommodations. Thank you for your time.

A friend recommended this hotel because it's away from the hustle and bustle of downtown Spokane, it's clean, has many amenities and extremely affordable. I made a reservation online using our AAA card for a discount. We booked a king bed room with balcony for $98. There's plenty of parking available. They have way more amenities than we need, but the price was so reasonable we booked it. They have a restaurant on site and offer room service! It was well stocked! The rooms are nice and fairly updated. I liked how the bathroom had two sinks, one in the toilet shower room, and another by the coffee pot, making it super convenient to add water and clean out the carafe. The TV in the room was nice and big. They had MANY channels available. The remote worked properly and was easy to use. The balcony was a nice feature. We walked into the room and it had a faint smell of smoke. We opened the balcony slider to air it out a bit. The smell wasn't bad enough to make a fuss, so we just stayed put. As shown in my photographs, the sofa was completely unusable. It's clear that ownership and management have chosen not to replace this significantly damaged piece of furniture. Due to the exposed wood and cushioning, we were unable to sit comfortably on it. Secondly, the smoke detector in the bedroom was left dangling above the bed. Although I believed it to be safe, my wife was concerned that there might be a hidden camera inside. I find it hard to believe that the cleaning staff missed this issue when preparing the room after the previous guest. Third, early on in our stay, the toilet continued to run. This forced me to remove the tank lid and adjust the chain so the flapper would seal and stop the water from running. Finally, the grout on the bathroom floor tiles appeared as if it had never been cleaned or resealed for an extended period. The grout was extremely dirty, requiring us to walk on towels after showering to avoid stepping on it. Marriott, I hope you read my review, along with the numerous previous reviews for this property. The bed was comfortable and I appreciated the well working air conditioning. Water pressure in the shower was great and the water was hot and never turned warm or cold. The hotel was very quiet, but I don't know if that was due to excellent sound proofing or that it just didn't seem very busy at all.
