I originally looked at a sterns and foster at another store they didn't have the one i was interested in. Reis said I think we have that mattress went back and checked and said yes we have that one. Walked in store greeted by another associate very friendly he notified Reis we were there. He was with another customer but very politely said I'll be with you shortly. They have Carolina Furniture concept marked mattresses in store. Reis encouraged me to try hybrid firm copper mattress no high pressure sale. My husband and I tried it couldn't believe how amazing it was and decided to go with that mattress. Has a great warranty. Good pricing. Was delivered in a week . Very nice Store friendly Reis was very good salesman. Had a few questions Customer service called back with answers and they were very friendly and Knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this store for any of your needs. Salesman Reis McCall very friendly attentive and Knowledgeable give him a call.

When we received the sectional couch we ordered it was delivered; however, it wasn't put together correctly with the connectors. Not all the back cushions had the same amount of "filling" so they were are varying heights when you looked at it from the back. Also, one of the legs was crooked. And the pillows were flat with almost no filling. The worst and most obvious defect was the chaise lounge piece was not the correct size. We couldn't deal with England furniture directly so we had to go through customer service at the store. We dealt with Cynthia and she was our liaison for England. We were told the chaise lounge piece would be remade. We just received it a couple of weeks ago and the replacement cushion is still not the correct size. It hangs off the frame. Please see pics attached. I called again and was told England was going to do nothing else as the variance was within their "tolerance level." I said it was not within ours and it did not look good. They will not do anything else. I will also be contacting the BBB. Please do not purchase anything from them or any England brand furniture. It's sad that companies we tried supporting: England and a locally made product from an American company and a local furniture company: Carolina Furniture Concepts and neither take accountability or stand behind the products they make OR sell. Lowe's My wife and…read moreI recently embarked on a rather complicated project which included completely removing our deck and building a new one. We decided to stop at Lowe's and get a feel for the materials available and costs associated to a project like ours. As we entered the store Lowe's pro sales specialist, Tony Pisano ask if he could be of help. It was certainly our great luck to have had this chance meeting because he has become an unbelievable source of information and guidance. he simplified the composite board menu available to us and helped us make the right choice. He also suggested other materials that would be needed with this type of wood. He helped find the best prices and delivery options available to us. His advice has resulted in our saving quite a bit of money and knowing that he is only a phone call away if we have a concern is a real confidence builder for us. We also want to give a shout out to Alina Lavrenyuk , 8another pro sales specialist from Lowe's who gave up her lunch hour to help us with our project and convert our existing account to a Lowe's pro (business ) account, which gave us even more savings. It's our hope that our compliments will filter from management back to Tony and Alina with thanks for being such dedicated Lowe's employees and their importance to attracting and keeping customers.

This is the WORST Lowe's store I have ever experienced, multiple times over. My most recent…read moreexperience involves the cabinet department. Long story made short, a cabinet associate quoted us for a project in a color we didn't want, we requested the color be changed to make sure everything was what we asked for and she refused because "color doesn't affect the cost" and we can change it at check out. We said ok and changed the color, not only to find out that no stock and no projected stock was available for the color we wanted, but that Color does in fact affect the cost in a significant way. The stock issue and color cost difference issue should have been something relayed to us when the cabinet pack was designed. They also refused to make this right. This store is run by a manager and team of other managers who clearly do not care about training and managing employees, which would explain what happened to us, as well as their perpetual short staffing. Don't shop here. Also, if anyone else has had a similar experience, you should contact Lowe's Executive Customer Service. That phone number is 866-284-8989. Again, this store is poorly run, poorly staffed and the manager should be looking for a different career since they obviously care so little about their staff and the customer experience.

They then say they sent me the quote but can't provide any record of the email to show it was a "emailing mistake" (because this wasn't) This is nothing short of poor customer service, people falling through the cracks, and failure to follow up with customers. I'm glad we will be remodeling our kitchen with another company, after the runaround just trying to get a quote I would hate to experience actually working with them on a project.
